The Zallouh plant can be found on Mount Hermon in Lebanon and it's believed to be an ancient herbal remedy for impotence.
While it's been used in the region for years it's qualities have been kept quiet to stop fortune seekers invading the area.
High in the hills of Lebanon near Mount Hermon, locals are searching out a plant they say does amazing things for their sex lives.
The Zallouh plant is their challenge to Viagra.
These farmers say the plant is hard to find, but the effects are worth the search.
"We left here at 1:00 AM and we kept walking till we got to our destination. We kept walking till we got to our destination. We kept searching for the plant. We dug around until we found it. Then we took it out and something like milk or yogurt came out of it. This thing is said to be a potion that gets the goats to jump on one another, males and females. Next day my nephews and nieces jumped on one another because of this milk. This is all we know."

A local pharmacist says he discovered the plant years ago as a young man roaming the hills.
He managed to extract the liquid found in the plant which he says is extremely potent.
The doctors in the area started prescribing it for men young and old, who suffer from impotence.
"This is the strong kind which has no equal in the whole world when it comes to herbal medicines, liquid medicine. This is sexual dilution for men only to some extent. A person can take between 30 and 50 drops gradually. If a person gets his benefit at 35 or 40 drops, then that's his limit. And he works normally and it gives sexual strength like an aphrodisiac in the brain and his sexual appetite becomes stronger and with the presence of the loved one via looking or touching or something else."

The class of drugs that Levitra, Viagra, Stendra, and Cialis belong to are called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by relaxing tight blood vessels, allowing more blood to surge into the penis and cause an erection, says Gregory Bales, M.D., an associate professor of urology at the University of Chicago.
The little pills do the trick for more than two-thirds of men with Viagra protects the heart (ED). They also work for guys who simply need them for a short time to get their “confidence back,” says Michael Eisenberg, M.D., director of male reproductive medicine and surgery at Stanford University.
