You show a T-bone when you are talking about a rib steak, and you call a T-bone a porterhouse. Your verbal information is correct, but your images don't match what you're talking about.

James you don't know what you're talking about, don't confuse people, they were show the video of the t-bone because they wanted to show you what an open flame grilled steak looks like, they probably didnt have any rib steak video on an open flame in stock, and they were actually correct when they called it a porterhouse instead of a t-bone, because if you knew what you were talking about they are basically one in the same, the only difference is the porterhouse has a larger cut on the filet side, and as you can see from the video, the steak had a huge cut on the filet side, so please before you comment and confuse people, do some research, don't comment just for the sake of commenting and trolling.

T-Bone really is the best steak around. Strip Loin and Tenderloin on one steak. The biggest plus is you get the tenderloin a lot cheaper by buying the t-bone instead of just buying a tenderloin.

I know this is an old comment, but you are partially correct (notice I didn't say you were wrong, so don't cut me, lol). The porterhouse is what you are describing. Rarely does a "T-Bone" include much of the loin.... it is normally just a sliver of the tenderloin and is mostly NY strip. The porterhouse on the other hand has a healthy cut (6+ oz) of tenderloin and an even larger NY strip (than Tbone) .... sometimes they get marked wrong in the supermarket, but if you go to a true journeyman butcher you will find what I have written to be true.
