She is wrong on one thing. At 12:58 she says to eat Barley and Oats. Don't eat gluten such as barley and oats because they contain something called Lectin. Lectin causes a leaky gut. Leaky gut allow bacteria to easily cross through the gut barrier. That forces the immune antibodies that are mostly located in that area to go into overdrive. Not good. You don't want your immune system overworked because then you develop a low immune system that won't work well when you have a big medical problem or other invasion or attack in the body. She should know that.

I was always very conscious of what I ate ,had low blood pressure, good cholesterol levels, no family history of heart disease, 5' 8" 155 lbs., walked an average of 10000 steps a day in my job. Had 95% blockage in widow maker artery in 2006 and stent placed. Went by all the rules she is talking about. Had a widow maker heart attack in the e.r. Coma 11 days in 2009. Now have a stent inside of a stent in my widow maker artery. Huh? Been eating whatever I want since. Been almost 10 years since I've ignored the "experts"

So the cause of heart disease is stress combined with poor diet. People need to do 2 things 1) improve their gut health by eating more fermentable fiber from oats, barley, fruit, vegetables, mushrooms and sauerkraut 2) reduce their stress.

Our ancestors lived on animal fat, meat, and almost 0 carbohydrates. Fat is excellent for you, especially animal fat, it's eating that fat combined with modern day high glycemic carbohydrates that will kill you.
