I’ve just made this drink. However I don’t think your instructions are very clear. I cut the apple (skin on) and put it in the blender. Added just the juice from the lemon, lime and orange. Added 2tsp grated ginger, 10 mint leaves and 1tsp cinnamon. Blitzed in the blender with 400ml of water capacity of blender). I then sieved the drink and added the reminding 1.6 litres of water. Is this correct?
Here, I suggest you to drink this about 4-5 weeks in a row. But things you should follow, a quite simple diet or reduce the size of your daily meal, you can skip Rice, Potatoes or oily foods and do some exercises as well. Your balanced lifestyle is as important as this drink.
I don't understand how these questions are not being answered. The directions are not clear at all. Do you blend all the ingredients mentioned and only squeeze the lemon juice in? Are you supposed to peel the apple and all other fruits? The answers you have given previously give no new clues on how to make this
Actually, I apologise for this. I rushed in that part you are talking about. I forgot to say squeeze the lime, peel the orange and add sliced the apple in the blender. Then you will take the other ingredients into the blender and blend them well. Finally squeeze lemon into this. Hope you will understand. Thanks for watching.
