I want to ask a doctor .. my knees, hips, shoulders and ankles sounded bones and bones. Do I have osteoarthritis? At first I remember it's a normal sound. Over time it's getting louder. sometimes it hurts in the knee. It sounds as if to keep up with the leg. I made jogging and cycling exercise for 3 weeks and there was nothing to do. It sounds like on the knee including hip, ankle and shoulders keep going. Are jogging and cycling good for osteoarthritis ?? please reply doctor. or anyone who has experience like me and has recovered. exercise how to fit
I have tried numerous treatment for my arthritis joint pain, but the arthritis treatment “rumrum shocking press” (Google it) tops them all. It is a wonder. I am old and fairly active, work full-time, keep a vegetable garden here in South Florida, perform a lot of lifting and carrying bags of soil and fertilizers, and also harvesting and pruning.
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else needs to find out about joint and muscle pain relief try Magonsi Pain Ease Expert (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my brother in law got amazing results with it.
There are many components to exercises relieve joint pain. One resource I discovered that successfully combines these is the Nilah pain pundit (google it if you're interested) it's the best plan i've heard of. Check out the interesting information .

It is an awesome one off guide for learning how to fix chronic knee pain without the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend finally got amazing success with it.
There are several things to lessen joint pain
look for some easy exercises online
Drink plenty of papaya seed tea
Eat bananas and other fruit and also Gramflour (chapattis)

Thank you so much for sharing these techniques/hints! I am a 27 year old OA patient who is probably a few years away from a total knee replacement- (lots of pain😖) So far I just do the leg raises, but now I can add the new techniques, hopefully extending the mobility of my knee. Thank you!
Thought I was in a bad situation at 36 been given about 10-15 yrs till a knee replacement and I’m looking to exercise and diet change to to try and extend my knee life at the moment I’m on pain killers and stage 1 oa please look at your diets and the results what I’ve found looks really good so that’s going to be my first point of call

Then out of nowhere he packed on 40lbs of 100 % pure muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible - look in Google. My physiotherapist has me lie down on my stomach, with a strap placed around my left foot the strap is then brought up across my back to the right side. He places a folded towel under the left knee ( it feels a bit uncomfortable having a towel there) Then slowly I bend the leg back while pulling the strap with my right arm Hold the leg up in the bend position to the count of 5 and repeat 10x. Bend until you feel pull but not pain. I have pain but exercises do help. Good luck.
