That little bottle green bottle of Tabasco jalapeno sauce and a spoonful a tablespoon full of that with milk maybe 3 or 4 tablespoons of milk will cure just about anything. I have found it to be in some cases even better than garlic. It is really good to get rid of flu and sore throats and I have not had bronchitis for years since taking it as soon as I feel any sign of a sore throat.

I saw on youtube about several benefits of Garlic. Next morning i took one garlic, cut in small pieces and took it with Water. I had the chest burning for the whole day. In order to get cured of acidity, I took milk a few time. Anyone knows the short cut.

First try adding it with your food then if you feel your ok start with 1 or 1/2 but never eat more than 2 or 3 (depending) on an empty stomach.
I found the same; was nearly sick first time. To stop that burning / sick feeling try by finely grating garlic and mix it into honey and extra virgin olive oil in a cup. Add to this if you want some finely grated Ginger. You can then drink down this thick and pleasant tasting mix. Increase or decrease each of the ingredients until you find the right balance mix for you.
Never *EAT* a garlic in the first place, just slice the garlic in tiny pieces and put it on the spoon and take it in and swallow it with water..
