I eat Stone ground Oatmeal or Oatmeal bran every single morning. 1/4 cup to 3/4 cup water. I also include a protein with that meal. I'm a rabid cyclist and I race. I am also a 67-year-old woman. It isn't the oatmeal that's bad for you if you stick with non-processed oatmeal and of course if you are active. Do your own research, don't be a lazy thinker and learn to love the big "O."

I can totally eat oatmeal all day with Greek yogurt coconut (I make it so it's basically 0 calories) then I add dairy free chocolate chips mini just about a tsp. Then 1 tsp of unsweetened coconut with a drop of pure coconut extract. A tablespoon of PB2 and pacific almond unsweetened milk....I eat this like a dessert well for me it is....all day sadly I can eat this!!!

Just dont eat it with cows milk as this will stop correct digestion. cows milk is not absorbed very easily. try oatmeal with soy milk instead. dont eat it with fruit as fruit should be eaten on an empty stomach, otherwise, digestion will be hindered due to acid and alkaline mix.

I absolutely hated Oatmeal for most of my life. It looked just like vomit to me. I just couldn't stomach it without wanting to throw up myself. Later in life I started having high cholesterol issues and my body could not tolerate any of the statin drugs prescribed to lower cholesterol. Out of necessity I had to go the route of changing my diet. I was already exercising regularly so that was no problem but, even with a good exercise routine I couldn't get my cholesterol down to safe levels. I had to bite the bullet and start eating this Oatmeal/vomit for breakfast in addition to other dietary changes. It still grosses me out to have to eat this stuff but if my next blood tests indicate some improvement in cholesterol levels I guess I'll have to get used to eating vomit for breakfast.

Like my Ma always said, old fashion oatmeal keep u filler. I put 1/2 banana, hand full walnuts,cook it then add Brown suger plus cinmonn and a little butter. Hold me until 1pm.if u are ON the go for the day ,eat a big bowl of oatmeal. It will hold u petty good until ur next meal.

Qat might be good for health but not all. For this channel that introduced many can works on Qat but the answer is NO for me. I take Qat every morning but my tummy still at large. For blood sugar. I am a diabetic patient. If you take a larger portion of Qat, in 2 hours later you will always find your sugar in your blood raised.

I don't think it can eat oatmeal by itself or even with bananas, fruits, berries or sugar... Because the taste is so bland and the texture is also mushy. It's bland and mushy bleh. I think next time I will try it with chicken breast, scrambled eggs, or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Bleh can't stand it

Oatmeal and boiled chicken is what my veterinarian recommended I feed my dog. I buy thighs being on a budget. One day I heard about the benefits of bone broth from poultry and the collagen it contains. So as I boiled chicken with bones for my dog i boiled the chicken thoroughly and normally chopped and put every part of the chicken back in the pot except for the bones. That day I only added the meat and oatmeal. I tasted it and found it a little bland so I slowly added chicken bullion til it had enough chicken flavor for me. I dipped enough out for my dinner then added the skin and gristle to the remaining food for my dog food. I then added salt pepper and sage to my chicken and oatmeal. Perfect. Better nutritionally than rice. And a beauty food. After feeding my dog the flavor enhanced meal she refused the bland way so I consulted my veterinarian and was told with just the sodium from the bullion with no more added to her food is acceptable. I feed it to her every day and to myself twice a week, which is how often I cook it for her weeks meals. Try it just for yourself and or your beloved dog of any age. You and or your pet will love the taste and benefits.

Bill Brown Dogs eat pretty much anything left to their own devices including garbage. Dogs eat grass as well as many vegetables which resulted in a fence around my garden to keep my dog out of it. She ate the peas and dug up the carrots to eat them. LMBO She does eat mostly protein, chicken, eggs and fish. Oats are gluten free and high in protein. Dairy I would only give as a regular part of their diet if they are lactating or pregnant. Dogs may be a cousin to the fox, coyote or wolf however dogs have been around since the beginning of time as pets not wild animals. LMBO As such dogs have also been eating people food as long as they have been here on the planet along side of people. LMBO

You should ask yourself; "since dogs are CARNIVORES, why would I be feeding her COOKED OATMEAL? Would she be eating COOKED oatmeal in the wild?" The typical VETERINARIAN is not qualified to advise you on CANINE DIET! The fact is that DOGS cannot DIGEST any kind of GRAINS and most dogs are also "lactose intolerant". I advise you to consult DR. LAURA BECKER who is a "holistic veterinarian" online if you are truly interested in your dog's health. DOGS ARE NOT PEOPLE so feeding your dog "people food" is a HUGE mistake!

Chuck Littleton Do what your veterinarian suggests for your dog. I would ask about benefit vs risk for white rice as it's been bleached. I have a schnauzer and they are prone to have blood sugar issues as they age. And being preemptive he put her on oatmeal chicken to keep her sugar levels regulated. He did say some fish or cottage cheese is also okay for her diet. He did say that bleached white rice the benefits do not out weight the risks. Brown rice is good but my dog would not eat it. She loves oatmeal probably because she sees me eat it all the time. Lol

Sorry, I told you in this video used my own voice but the background noise is quite problematic, that's why I just turned the volume little bit up. But I don't know this is crime or not that I stopped my robot voice. If people get used to robot voice, then why they don't get used to a real voice too. Hope you understand.

VMinKookie You want to lose weight? I will share my experience. I cut from my diet all refined sugar products, all processed carbohydrates, all alcohol and peanut butter ( I ate a ton). I started eating salads with avocados, or bowels of fruit with nuts for breakfast. My go to snack food was nuts. I could ate as many nuts as I wanted. The weight just flew off, and that was without exercise! In two months I lost 20 pounds. Another way to lose weight fast is with the above do intermittent fasting. All you need to know is on You Tube. If you are really serious about losing weight then start a regular exercising program that includes HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training)! Shazam, with a few key vitamin supplements and the occasional consumption super foods, you will be very healthy. Keep hydrated, rested and manage your stress with sleep, Yoga, and meditation. So there you have, in a nut shell, what I have learned!
