I can personally attest to the health benefits of a vegan lifestyle, including helping with erectile dysfunction. I was on a strict keto diet for about 4 months, nearly two years ago (less than 20 grams of carbs per day). During that keto period, I definitely noticed that my libido was not as strong as when I was on a regular diet (eating everything, carbs, meat, fats, etc.). I also noticed that my erections were soft and I just did not get them as readily (especially waking up in the morning). After I went to a vegan diet, the libido came back, and the erections also came back. I'm sure it has something to do with blood circulation as well, since I frequently had tightness of chest during my keto phase.
I bet, it was due to insufficient calorie intake. Plant-foods are typically much less calorically densed, which requires eating more of them. And calories underconsumption usually causes fatigue and loss of sex drive.
Exactly. I'm always amused by the anti-vegan people who conveniently use ONE example from their personal lives to somehow magically 'prove' that the vegan lifestyle does not work. The funny thing is, these anti-vegans never seem to hold themselves to the high standards they hold vegans to. Us vegans can show scientific studies and clinical data showing the health benefits of a vegan lifestyle, and the anti-vegan crowd easily dismiss it without taking one look at the studies ("vegan propaganda" they mutter). What utter hypocrisy and ridiculous double standards; this is why I don't take the anti-vegan, pro keto crowd seriously. At all.
And for women, in theory (because it has not been studied) the improvment of blood flow in the body thx to the WFPB diet can increase the number of nerves around the vagina which can lead to more pleasure during sex
I BECAME A EUNUCH IN 1998 .. NO LONGER DO I THINK ABOUT SEX.. IT WAS SUCH AN EXPENSIVE DIRTY HOBBY THAT CAUSED ME AND OTHERS SO MUCH PAIN... I ALSO JUSTIFIED IT WITH SCRIPTURAL FOR THOSE WHO MIGHT BE CURIOUS READ MATTHEW 19:12 ,,,, 12 For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.
Erectile distinction has to do with hormone and circulation. Circulation has to do with hart.
Anything I learned from these videos is some plants like beets and arugula help with that along with cholesterol and meat.
yang how stupid are you? All your linked studies are on mice and rabbits. We are humans. Why are all you vegans so fucking retarded. You all want to push your agenda and want what you to believe to be true so badly that you completely ignore reality and common sense.
The class of drugs that Levitra, Viagra, Stendra, and Cialis belong to are called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by relaxing tight blood vessels, allowing more blood to surge into the penis and cause an erection, says Gregory Bales, M.D., an associate professor of urology at the University of Chicago.
The little pills do the trick for more than two-thirds of men with Viagra protects the heart (ED). They also work for guys who simply need them for a short time to get their “confidence back,” says Michael Eisenberg, M.D., director of male reproductive medicine and surgery at Stanford University.
