सुबह चना मूमफली 4 केल सोयाबीन दोपहर के खाना शाम को gym से आकर मूमफली केला सेक सोयाबीन रात में एक दिन जो घर मे बने वो दूसरे दिन रात को चिकन मलतब हफ्ते में 4 दिन चिकन खाना एक दीन छोड़ छोड़ कर लास्ट दूध पिये जितना आप पी सकते है या जितना अपका बजट हो। ।।।।।।इतना करने के कोई पाउडर या दावा लेने की जरूरत नही बॉडी आसानी से बनेगा। Gym करने से पहले 1 राउंड दौड़ना चाइये जिसे बॉडी में ताकत और स्टमना बढ़ाया जा सके। अब लास्ट हिलाना बंद कर दो
