got to luv Sir Charles...but this vid doesn't explain why he gets away with saying stuff other people don't. People accept the loose mouth as part of his personality and view him as a comedian...ir's not that HE 'doesn't take himself seriously', but that OTHER PEOPLE are like, 'that's just Charles, he crazy'...also, that sense of unpredictability in the most predictable world of sports media is fun
Would love to hang out with Chuck drink a few beers break out a few windows just don't talk about Obama! Love the Inside the NBA guys those guys r more fun than the actual game itself! Shaq, Chuck, Ernie and Kenny should have their own television series u know like a sitcom or something!
Charles has come a long way speaking wise. His coaching has helped. But Charles is disillusioned to think he can whatever he wants. He may be opinionated and colorful in his thoughts but trust me he does not have cart blanche to voice every thought out of his mouth. Chuuck can be snatched out of the media at any second. Look at all the politicians, movie stars and athletes who are now ostericized for what they have said and done. Wake up Chuck you're not that instrumental in the grand scheme of things but you do draw television ratings and that's it.
I've only had one sports hero in my life. But after seeing this, Sir Charles can join Carlton Fisk as one of the most admirable athletes--and individuals--of my life. Both have graced the public stage with not only their physical talents, but their strength of character, their perspective of wisdom, and their remarkable lack of self-importance. And Chuck is also hilarious!
Charles is definitely one of top 15 all-time best players.... & he WAS indeed a tremendous rebounder....
but sorry, he's not close to best rebounders ever.... Wilt, Russell, Elvin Hayes, Moses Malone, Duncan, Karl Malone, Garnett, Olajuwon, Shaq & a few others were ALL superior rebounders to Chuck.
I think "Sir" Charles is my new Greatest (one of) Hero of all time (I never really had a feel of what type of human he was, until today. I had just been watching a number of clips of him); and to be a "honest" person, oh my, is just too much
no, Charles, that is NOT why you get to say whatever you want. it's because you have CHARM. you're one of the most likeable entertainment figures ever. tons of athletes say what is on their mind and tell the truth and are chastised by it. but you have the best combination of humility, ego, accomplishment, intellect, humor, sass, and charm that make people respect your opinion no matter what it is.
except lebron who was so salty and decided to take personal jabs with his past unlike barkley who strictly criticized him with bball related facts. You know ppl take it to the personal level when they got nothing left to counter with.
Lebron is a beast as a player but he needs to man up like his old nick, "Manchild"
Sir. Charles has my respect. I am not a big fan of his basketball game nor his commentary skills, but definitely a huge fan of his personality and humility. He is a great tipper, which says so much about him. Very inspiring.
I just wanted to say that you are doing a phenomenal job with getting the perspective on great players in the NBA. You're gift to allow the greats on the court, be greats off the court. The questions are always on point and you tap into questions that we the fans want to know and ask. Keep up the awesome work. And thank you for your contributions to the culture of journalism and authenticity.
Great interviews. I would definitely like to see more like it. I noticed that your selection of people you've interviewed on your channel have been entertainers in some way (mostly sports). I would like to see you expand your demographic or selection of people to interview in more avenues of human success. Perhaps that can earn you more subscribers if you do (just a suggestion, not telling you what to do). I've subscribed so keep up the good work.
These are the greatest Basketball interviews, but with that camera angle when you sit in the background, you look like a little smurf on your little chair. Which is not true and it does not do you right.
These interviews are always so great because you always have really interesting and researched questions. You are very professional and good at what you do. You let the guy speak. Honestly your interviews are some of the best I've ever seen. Great work.
You interviews are great Graham, I keep coming back for more. keep up the great work. if I may, I would love to see more Soccer players, Pele, maradona, Cristiano, Buffon. you ask great questions and seem to do your fair bit of research, but you also allow the guests to speak their mind. I've seen 10 of your interviews and they're all great.
The class of drugs that Levitra, Viagra, Stendra, and Cialis belong to are called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by relaxing tight blood vessels, allowing more blood to surge into the penis and cause an erection, says Gregory Bales, M.D., an associate professor of urology at the University of Chicago.
The little pills do the trick for more than two-thirds of men with Viagra protects the heart (ED). They also work for guys who simply need them for a short time to get their “confidence back,” says Michael Eisenberg, M.D., director of male reproductive medicine and surgery at Stanford University.
