Wouldn't the cargo be within the ER (e.g. digestive enzyme), which is then transported as a vesicle?

I REALLY want to thank you for what u have done for all of these vedios. I am an international student studying biochemistry in UK. Before I have watched your vedios, I dont like biochemistry at all, and I feel painful when I study biochemistry. But your vedios are really good, you have made this tidious subject interesting. Now I can't stop wathcing your vedios, and I can't stop myself digging the knowledage in. Many many thanks. Really hope you have a nice life:)
