I looked "PHGH" over, it looks decent. I prefer a higher dosage of arginine, 3,000 mg (ten times more than listed on there). I found that arginine and citrulline really drive the "pump" effect at these higher dosages.
I have a couple of questions 1) were you paid by any of the companies you are endorsing and 2) with the Arginine and the citrulline, do you take all three at once or do you spread it out during the day
I built Alpha Upgrade for a client of mine who is purchasing the company, yes. I designed Beat It Up, personally. I was using PenaTropin and stacking it with Arginine and Citrulline, as mentioned (at 3,000 mg per day, each) -- taken at various times, not always together. My experience is that the Butea Superba in PenaTropin was an excellent component... but, I was not a fan of the other two ingredients. John Grey turned me onto Tongkat Ali, so I put that together with Butea Superba and added a little known secret to finish it off nice - Bacopa. This way, I could hit all the target areas that create the ultimate result I wanted.
The class of drugs that Levitra, Viagra, Stendra, and Cialis belong to are called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by relaxing tight blood vessels, allowing more blood to surge into the penis and cause an erection, says Gregory Bales, M.D., an associate professor of urology at the University of Chicago.
The little pills do the trick for more than two-thirds of men with Viagra protects the heart (ED). They also work for guys who simply need them for a short time to get their “confidence back,” says Michael Eisenberg, M.D., director of male reproductive medicine and surgery at Stanford University.
