I have Arachnoiditis, Fibromyalgia, Empty Sella Syndrome, “Military Neck”, and Osteoarthritis. Do you have natural remedies for these?
Please don’t recommend Medical Marijuana, I’ve been on this and nothing worked for me. Yes, Indica’s, Sativa’s, oils, lotions, sprays, vape, flower, and patches didn’t work.
My Arachnoiditis rules my daily life. Followed up with Fibromyalgia.
So I am eighty years old and veteran of Korea and Vietnam, and crashed in a helicopter. These are all good things to do. And things like bone broth and turmeric (not mentioned is aspirin or Ibuprofen) helps with the daily pains. When he got to stem cell therapy, that is getting far out and maybe costly. I would not use words like "fantastic," but for the most part no harm can come from some spicy foods, and some ginger and all those things that we can get at the grocery store. So the old vaudeville performer falls over, on stage, and the doctor is called. He is working on the patient when a lady in the audience calls out, "Give him some chicken soup!" he disregards, but after a few yells, he responds with, "My dear lady, this man is having a heart attack, what good would chicken soup do?" And she yells back, "Couldn't hurt!"

Seriously everyone pain and nigggles are the body saying things are not good. I'm not talking about smash up pain. Just the headaches , joint pains , gastro reflux stuff etc. All these indicators are a shout out for a policy change , that being lifestyle and diet.
wild lettuce..the most common growing weed in the northern hemisphere. .its in every garden.every sidewalk pavement.waste ground.its absolutely everywhere.you can drink it eat it smoke it or rub it in...
Nice stuff you got right there!! I should try some of those out next time I get a pain problem.
I also recommend something very Similar to Morphine. The Best Natural Painkiller that Grows in Your Backyard
Wild Lettuce is also Known as Opium Lettuce. For a good reason.
While it doesn't contain any opiates, it has similar side effects when used – it acts directly on the central nervous system (CNS) to lessen the feeling of pain, just like morphine...sold here *https: //tinyurl . com/ydguqp9x*
I recommend magnetic therapy as well. Preferably ICES by Robert Dennis. Www.micropulse.com it's cutting edge technology. The magnetic fields reduce the inflammation, allowing the tissue to recover when it could never do it by itself. Prolotherapy didn't work for me. It actually induced more pain via adding more inflammation to the fire I already had. I used it for cartilage repair of the hip tho which isn't recommended being a very complex joint. ICES has helped me more than anything. The devices are small and portable as well.
To improve circulation , and warm You up in the winter time. Make a tea out of cayenne pepper, ginger, horse radish , and Epsom salt, ans soak Your feet in a foot tub in as hot a water as You can stand. Just Cayenne and ginger with Epsom works too.
How are injections natural? The title is misleading. He's got an odd definition of natural. They might work but injections aren't "natural", nor are acupuncture and foam rollers. And there's nothing fast about finding them, traveling to hospitals, and getting injections from Dr's and acupuncturists unless you're rich enough to employ one at home. Othérwise; great video, and great advice.
Could this help someone that has wrist, hand bone implants, and grafts? Plus has a heart defibrillator, and severe arthritis pain. Any recommendations to relieve this man of chronic pain? He'd like to get off these pain killers that are killing him. I enjoy learning from you. You're very informative.

The man is a genius in regards to INJECTIONS and turned my life around along with following DR AXE instructions

My husband endures back and neck pain and is having issue supporting his legs, however when I found this back pain guideline, "fetching loni" (Google it), all the pointed out complaints are fixed appropriately. He says it gives the convenience he desires while sleeping, specifically in staying away from back pain.
Lower back pain as well as stiffness is a day to day agony for me. In my effort to look for a remedy for my problem, I have utilized various guides but to no avail, nobody has been able to help. However, utilizing this back pain guideline, "fetching loni" (Google it), was able to cure my back tightness drastically. It is very comfy. I strongly suggest this guide..
Im all for natural pain medicine, in fact found out my ten year problem with chronic diarrhea and IBS was caused by using over the counter Nsaids, sure they stop pain, but do a lot worse in the process, such as cause intestinal bleeding which then causes a bad case of almost constant craps, that many think of as IBS, and sadly for so many they never figure it out . Anyway the only issues I have about studies with testing natural pain medicine is this. More so then not they will take someone who is already using Nsaids, and then have them try a natural pain medicine instead. But they dont take in account that any time you stop using Nsaids, the body starts healing, the internal bleeding caused by Nsaids starts healing, so naturally you will feel a little bit better in other ways, even if your original pain you took the Nsaids for is still there, after all Nsaids slow the healing process. So one would report they feel better, or at the least feel better in some ways using the natural pain medicine. This may not have been taken in account during some trial or test. Would be better to try a trial on someone who dont use Nsaids to be sure it really works, and what works well. Just an opinion there by the way.
what about needing black pepper to increase the bioavailablity of turmeric? I find a higher effectiveness when I mix them together, not just in food recipes but also in creams and oils. I have also found that using essential oils in combination mixed in a hot/warm bath provide the highest level of pain reduction. I suffer from a plethora of health issues most of which have created a chronic pain conditions. I have limited effectiveness with medication and sadly prolotherapy only caused me more pain and did not resolve the issue. So far for the spinal damage I have, RFA's have been the only procedure that has provided releif but sadly here in Canada they do not burn the nerves as deeply as c9nducted in the US so I have to have them redone every 12-18 mos. But thank you for what you're doing. Been a subscriber for a lil while now and have obtained more information and some more hope to continue the struggle. Many blessings
The class of drugs that Levitra, Viagra, Stendra, and Cialis belong to are called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by relaxing tight blood vessels, allowing more blood to surge into the penis and cause an erection, says Gregory Bales, M.D., an associate professor of urology at the University of Chicago.
The little pills do the trick for more than two-thirds of men with Viagra protects the heart (ED). They also work for guys who simply need them for a short time to get their “confidence back,” says Michael Eisenberg, M.D., director of male reproductive medicine and surgery at Stanford University.
