This is amazing, but to be honest unless you are like 20 this is something your parents would definitely not let you do by yourself, so its more of a dont try at home without proper materials and supervision

It ain't too bad a club, but the cut just was not clean, as the melon had broken to pieces, also a better means of sharpness testing is to cut paper. But of course as aluminum a weaker metal was used it is a decent arm to use as a club. Also out of curiosity how heavy was it?
Kamenrider FaizWizard (9 months ago)
as in like bronze, or home made steel. and compare them to store bought steel.
Kamenrider FaizWizard (9 months ago)
you could try making a shield to go with it as you did a knight's one handed sword and it would be cool to see a shield with that. also could you try making alloys? Cause i'd like to see how different combinations of metals can affect the tinsel strength of the final product.
Nick Uhas (9 months ago)
yea I didn't want it too sharp as it's gonna be hanging in the garage somewhere... the whole sword is about 7 lbs : )
Mr. Perry (9 months ago)
More videos like this please!!!! It’s super cool to see what you can do with some determination, creativity and a whole lot of aluminum!
Nick Uhas (9 months ago)
yeaaa!!! and I really like the format of this video too... it's actually easier to produce videos like this. So noted, and more on the way!

Nick Uhas (9 months ago)
Working!!! I've stuck to a release schedule for almost 2 years now and I kinda just felt like I was releasing videos for the schedule as opposed to being proud of the quality, so I think I'm gonna just keep going with the releasing videos when we have awesome content.

You got the sword. Now a shield with a crest. Then armor!
Darkatious (9 months ago)
OOOH! I would love to see that! I wonder how effective it would be against the aluminum sword.
Nick Uhas (9 months ago)
yeaaa!!! I was thinking about pop-tab chainmail
Wesley Cantrell (9 months ago)
How about an aluminum cup. I know it's basic, but you need to start somewhere right

Could u use that furnace to melt sand and make a glass sword?
shadow master (9 months ago)
Nick Uhas glass sword ,woooooowww 0-0
Nick Uhas (9 months ago)
probably not sand to glass because that temperature would melt the steel...bbbuuuutttt we could melt glass bottles and make a glass sword!!! I'm throwing this into the idea list, I think it's awesome!
Toby Smith (9 months ago)
