Here is a study showing that 5mg daily ciallis plus 50mg viagra (as needed) improved erectile function especially for patients with severe ED and resulted in no extra adverse events compared to the group just taking ciallis.
The analogy he uses that by taking both medications which inhibit pde5 you are effectively overdosing in one medication is not accurate if you only take 25-50% of the maximum dose of each.
For example low dose daily ciallis (5mg) has been shown to relieve benign prostate hyperplasia symptoms, reduce aromatase of testosterone to estrogen, produce long lasting improvements in ED and provide significant cardiovascular benefits.
However, a low dose like this is often not an effective short term ED treatment and this is why a patient may want to use viagra on top of ciallis. If someone is on 5mg ciallis daily (25% of max dose) and they take 50mg viagra (50% of max dose) they are technically not over dosing.
+Charlie Willatts thanks a lot for your answer. I am taking everyday cialis 5mg over a year now. I will discuss with my doctor (this is the 5th doctor I change) what you mentioned to take 50mg Viagra on demand on top of cialis once a week. You explained everything very very well. If you are a doctor you must be a very good one. A last question: I was using a lot of years penile injections (trimix) with awesome results. But my previous doctor didn't tell me to stop when I mentioned that the injections didn't work anymore and the result is that a light penile fibrosis occured :( I have had a triplex and nothing severe was showed. But either if my penis is not bented or having scars ecc, I noticed a shortening a little and changed shape... Operation I don't discuss it at all. Do you think that taking pde5i will help me restore my situation over time or is it irreversible?
I would ask your doctor but i would think 15mg extra ciallis on the day you want to get down to it on top of your 5mg daily would be ok as it's within the maximum dose. Equally, as the study i posted below suggests you could try 50mg viagra on the days you want an enhanced erection though this would appear to be "off label" as it's mixing medications but technically not overdosing on pde5i (50% of max dose of viagra plus 25% of ciallis max dose= 75% of total daily pde5i dose)
The fact is daily ciallis has been shown to fight the underlying causes of ED by improving endothelial function and restoring night time erections. Long term, men who are on daily ciallis show stabilisation or even improvement and resolution of their underlying ED whereas those using a pde5i on demand show no improvement or worsening of the underlying ED
Why are doctors almost never honest? They just stick with things like, the answer is no, just to be safe.
The short answer is no: you might overdose by taking a similar medication twice. So don't take full doses of both.
The long answer yes: the drugs don't interact negatively with each other.
Yes you can take them together. I have. But I also discovered it doesn't make much difference. 20mg Cialis last for up to 36 hours. Why take or pay more? And Viagra is only a little bit cheaper. Not much. Check out these price comparison tables to see what I mean: https://freemarketforce.space/ed-pills-price-comparison/
Your video is short-sighted. Why not include your professional opinion about mixing the two together and not taking them both together.
Meaning, what are the pros and cons of taking 10mg of Viagra and 10mg of Cialis together (if you would normally take 20mg of only one medication)? As that would be the equivalent of 1 dose.
And you are correct yet way off about them acting similarly. As Viagra induces an erection while Cialis does not, only facilitates one when aroused (numerous times in the course of 17 - 72 hours). Obviously the physiological affects are completely different.
I ordered from EDMEDRX.COM one time and I didn’t have any problems with them calling me to approve the order. It’s always good to know that there is a real person behind all this. I can understand that some people find this unusual, but I guess they are not familiar with this kind of service. They call me up and ask for permission before charging my card and I never had any problem with unauthorized charges. Great online shop with good customer support.
The class of drugs that Levitra, Viagra, Stendra, and Cialis belong to are called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by relaxing tight blood vessels, allowing more blood to surge into the penis and cause an erection, says Gregory Bales, M.D., an associate professor of urology at the University of Chicago.
The little pills do the trick for more than two-thirds of men with Viagra protects the heart (ED). They also work for guys who simply need them for a short time to get their “confidence back,” says Michael Eisenberg, M.D., director of male reproductive medicine and surgery at Stanford University.
