Don't think vitamin C pills are any good - it's synthetic rubbish and isn't even the whole vitamin, only part of it. ALWAYS get vitamin C from a food source and then the body metabolises it correctly and fully.
With all due respect to your kind person, the enzyme you are talking about, that work in conjuction with vitamin C (ascorpic acid) and copper to strengthen the arterial wall is lysine hydroxylase(you said it correctly this time) not tyrosinase( from your previous videos).

I was eating food I learn from my mother who were very healthy in the whole her life and had a very balanced diet. I did not told more about that. - then it was natural for me. and now I am ) now I am retired and I have the same length as I had when I was 20 year old. SO I BELIEVE BALANCE DIET IS SO IMPORTANT. al little bit of everything through out the week and not the same day.
Coronary Calcification Score of 306!! Will start taking K2 supplementation and Magnesium. Already on D3, Aged Garlic Extract and do eat plenty of vegetables. Hope this keeps me from serious problems! Thanks for your video.
Dr. Berg, thank you for this video. I am hoping I can get my hubby to listen to it...he has a stint and is on meds for blood pressure. I am one of those who cramps in the calves. I take calcium, but its citrate. Is that a better one? Thank you.
I have been having a full feeling in the veins of my hands, it's really been concerning me, and they have been seeming to stick out more than usual. Well, I took a high dose of D with K2 and in one dose see a noticeable difference. I was wondering why my hand veins felt relief and even look smaller, and was in a generally happier mood with good feelings of body calmness and relief and then remembered that I took the D/K2 today. I wonder if it's clearing up the calcifications in my body. I feel such a noticeable difference after just this one dose.

I was thanking Dr. Berg.....if you get insulted by my reference to God, maybe it’s you’re own insecurity on the subject surfacing? I wish you well, and my prayer would be that God will help you soften your heart, and open your mind to the possibility that an intelligent Creator made all this. Given the state the World is in, I can understand the skepticism. That would have been a fair reason to politely throw up a question....Instead, your approach to challenging my personal beliefs, is what most people would identify as a genuine lack in people skills. I don’t care what you believe, good manors always apply, and “real men” use them.
Cut carbs in half, sugar by probably 80% but still suspect high plaque in arteries.. had a left side burning chest pain this a.m. 2 minutes.. Took a hit of Nitro.. BP then went from high to 122/80 +- 5% Doc, I'm older at 72, but not fat and am a bit of an exercise freak.. anything else? Most of the carbs I consume are burned in a 2 mile walk, with 3 minutes jog worked into it. One y'r since Heart surgery.. 25% stronger and about 5 lbs less fat on me.. can't do much better than that. Bp pretty good, but still on the coversyl.. nothing else
Watch Forks Over Knives and read Caldwell Esselstyn's book Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease as a whole food plant based diet with no added oils is the only diet shown to reverse heart disease. Keto is not the way to go
Sorry Doctor you are contradicting yourself, in other videos you said thst that we don't need to eat sugars and carbohydrates so how are we going to get the vitamin C ? It comes from oranges, carrots which contain sugars and vegetables carbohydrates..🤔🤔🤔

I wish i found this Video years ago, unfortunately for me i had a stent put in my heart a year ago. I'm sure i didn't need it but i was so drugged up in the hospital after they swore I had a heart attack. My question is I've been on Brilanta for a year now and my Doc says I will be getting off of it within a few weeks but i will have to take aspirin for life. After watching this video I would like to know if I change my diet to drop carbs and help UN-stiffen my arteries would i be aspirin free? Because it is the main reason I'm suffering from a stomach ulcer.

I don’t like that he makes all kinds of statements with nothing to back it up- where is the research? He certainly goes against a whole lot of peer reviewed, documentable scientific evidence. I don’t trust him anymore.

Unfair accusation. Statins are recommended for people at high risk for heart disease, and whose LDL cholesterol is high. MDs do NOT "pump people full of medicines." I wanted to know as I have a genetic high blood pressure through all of my family from my mother (gabonese origin). So I take K2+ natural C + D3. However seing some other videos; some Drs would not recommend to take K2 in case of plaque presence because this can cause the plaque to rupture then a thromboses to form leading to a clogged artery?
