A watermelon contain about 92 % of water, Each juicy bite has significant levels of vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. If you have kidney disease I would not suggest eating large amounts of foods high in potassium like this until getting the okay from your Dr. It may be good for the kidneys but if you already have damaged kidneys then you may already have high potassium levels that could cause cardiac arrest. People with Kidney disease have a hard time regulating Potassium and should be very careful.
ive been eating 2 small bowls of watermelon with a squeeze of lemon or lime and a pinch of Himalayan salt, also a small bowl of black grapes . ive been doing this every day for 6 weeks. the whites of my eyes turned even whiter and i can see my kidneys filtering better than ever! so even tough this video is annoying it has a lot of truth to it!
