I am surprised at the negative comments. She is talking common sense and reminding us that there is a reason why native/ local foods are better and cheaper instead of following the West blindly and eating foods not grown in our environment. Wish she would list the research she quotes in her talks so that the public can go to the original source of the claims she makes.

I am happy that she is focusing on regional climate, local economy & global ecology while choosing food. Also, She mentioned to avoid packaged food for swach bharat bcz those packaged food are worst for our health & polluting environment with plastics at the same time. it is combination of food and exercises including walking too. Actors crores me fee lete hai, to unko advice denewale bhi unse waise hi paise lete hai. Actors pay from 2000 to over 5000 for just just a hair cut. whereas it can he had in Rs. 50 too. So your point is not valid
