💪 How To Increase Your Testosterone Naturally
How would you like to naturally increase your testosterone levels, without drugs or side-effects.
So you can have
less belly fat

improve your mood and be happier?
Simply stated, how would you like to be more confident, look and feel younger?
Well, if the answer is yes, please keep watching because a few months ago I made a detailed video about the 4 best, clinically proven ways to increase your testosterone levels, naturally.
Because this is such an important topic, it became super popular almost instantly with a few million views and hundreds and thousands of positive comments.
So today I’m going to make a quick summary of that video for anyone who is in a rush or just wants the key points … or you want a reminder of what you discovered in the original video.
With that said, let me quickly summarize the 4 best ways to increase your testosterone, naturally.
Food is extremely important and this primarily consists of Proteins, Carbs and Fats
Of course, everyone knows the importance of protein, but most people I think eat too much of it and/or the wrong kinds.
About 25%-35% of your diet should be protein consisting of pasture raised whole eggs, grass fed bison/buffalo and wild caught fish such as salmon.
Stay away from dairy and soy. Chicken is worthless and because of how cows are raised, most red meat shouldn’t be eaten - that’s by Bison is better.
About 40%-50% should come from healthy, natural carbohydrates such as vegetables, fruits, white rice and yams.
Eliminate all man-made, processed carbs and sugars.
Most people just don’t eat enough of good, healthy fats and eat too much of the wrong, processed fats.
About 25%-30% of your diet should be from whole eggs, RAW coconut oil, macadamia oil, hemp oil, avocados, and raw nuts/seeds such as walnuts.
Stay away from all vegetable oils.
Most people exercise too much, too long and do the wrong form.
Lift weights, 3-4x weekly and no more, or else your stress hormone cortisol goes up and testosterone goes down.
One week do 6-10 reps and the next week do 10-15 reps.
Keep your workouts short, fast and intense - no more than 45 min.
Eliminate all intense cardio such as running, jogging and so forth - they lower testosterone. Just walk 20-30 min 3-5x weekly
When stress hormones such as cortisol goes up, testosterone comes down.
Sleep is one of the BEST ways to optimize your hormones.
A positive, happy attitude is just as important - so stop your negative thoughts and complaining. It castrates you… And so do negative people in your life.
Supplements -- Natural Herbs & Vitamins
Most of us are deficient in numerous herbs, vitamins and minerals.
In fact, it’s estimated that we would need to eat at least 27,575 calories daily21
to get all the nutrients our bodies need.
And even HIGHER as we age, due to poor absorption
Unfortunately, most supplements don’t do anything and are a waste of money.
However that are specific herbs, vitamins, minerals and amino acids that are clinically proven to increase testosterone levels.
Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends.

Thank you. One reason men are warmer than women is because of testosterone. Also, more “free” testosterone also increases thyroid production and thus, faster metabolism and “warmer” body temperature. Thus, all the ingredients in AlphaViril are causing your body to produce more testosterone, higher fat-burning thyroid levels and thus, “warmer” body temperature. All good stuff! =)
Chicken worthless? So every strongman,, bodybuilder, or heck - every athlete are wrong? 😮. I guess all world records and their physiques are an illusion. Damnit, even my 5" 11ft, 230lbs body that I've built on chicken must be and illusion.
Why can't anyone make a video 100% good. Idc if you're a "doctor". If you are going to claim that chicken is worthless. Then you really have no clue. Embaressing really.. and a bit sad..
Tarun, I've already mentioned that jogging for long periods of time decreases testosterone and increases stress. HIIT isn't an activity that you do for a long period of time... and I'm ok with sprinting!
U said to stop taking dairy products well what about whey protein it is also a dairy product but the most high quality protein is whey protein which comes from dairy so how dairy is bad please explain me
Small amounts of grass fed, no-hormone treated, whey isolate is fine. But dairy, which is primary milk is not good. However, I’m going to do a video about this. Please make sure you're subscribed and you've clicked the "bell icon" to be notified when the video comes out.
I don’t have a problem with HIIT and I’ve never said that, I have a problem with high intensity/duration such as running, jogging, biking. That is not HIIT. A HIIT workout is basically like lifting weights. You hit it hard, rest, hit it again, rest, etc., etc. But running for 30 minutes is ongoing and THAT is very unnatural! =)
Please don’t compare yourself to a “professional” athlete. They have great genetics and many of them take drugs. You also don’t see them 20-30 years later like I do, when everything hurts, their hormones are horrible and they can barely walk pain free. Hormonally speaking, running isn’t good for you. But if you want to go run because you enjoy it - please go ahead. I am here to share with you what I’ve seen over the past 30 years. Short AND long-term results.
Both. Total and free testosterone levels. If possible, you should do SHBG, Estradiol (sensitive), DHT and full thyroid panel. These hormones work well together and need to be balanced properly. Thus, testing for just ONE doesn’t give you the REAL answer. This is why AlphaViril is so effective - it helps improve all of these hormonal pathways and thus, biggest results and performance.=)
Doctor I did a testosterone blood test 5 months ago and the results are as follows :
- testosterone ( 4.92 ng/ml )
- free testosterone ( 15.1 pg/ml)
Are my testosterone levels low ?
.....I also wanna know the difference between the testosterone and the free testosterone ?
_thanks in advance
It all depends on the ranges based on your testing lab. I’d need to know those results as well. But, based on general numbers, they should be improved so they are optimal.
I will do a video about the testosterone differences -- but both numbers are important. However FREE is more important as that will do most of the work. Think of testosterone as your INCOME and FREE testosterone as your NET profit (after taxes and so forth) =)
Yikes… microwave? Come on, that’s not the way to cook and heat your food. Chicken has no real value. It takes 3 months to grow, kill and serve it to you. While beef takes a few years and has a lot more nutrients. Just something to keep in mind. No essential fats, not creatine, no vitamins, minerals, etc. -- nothing! Just protein. I’ll release a new video about this in about a week.
No. It won’t affect it. IF you get a really good brand, which is hard to get these days, it has health benefits. I would suggest whole eggs (the fat in yolks) and coconut oil better for raising testosterone levels.
thank you for the video!!
whats your opinion on red/white quinoa, buckwheat and millet as carbs source?
my fat intake: 50g of macadmia nuts, 4 whole eggs, some olive oil, coconut oil, 1 avocado.. is that good so?
thank you for the help!
The class of drugs that Levitra, Viagra, Stendra, and Cialis belong to are called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by relaxing tight blood vessels, allowing more blood to surge into the penis and cause an erection, says Gregory Bales, M.D., an associate professor of urology at the University of Chicago.
The little pills do the trick for more than two-thirds of men with Viagra protects the heart (ED). They also work for guys who simply need them for a short time to get their “confidence back,” says Michael Eisenberg, M.D., director of male reproductive medicine and surgery at Stanford University.
