Stress begets muscles contracting...for prolonged periods of time, if chronic stress. That uses calcium. But, where's the Magnesium to help those muscles relax? Missing.In.Action! If you live with stress, at least get enough dark green leafy veggies, to get enough magnesium, to help your muscles relax, and prevent strokes/heart attacks from that. Make sure you get sea veggies/kelps, to help get trace minerals.

Just ignore what he said and do everything in moderation and don't worry and you should be fine. All he pretty much stated is that too much of anything can kill someone and this usually happens to people who already have a heart condition .

Stress affects the heart because stress decreases Mg in the body, causing a Mg deficiency, if stress is prolonged. Heart attack cases rushed to the ER / A&E are treated with a massive dose of Mg. Most doctors will never tell you to take Mg & indeed Mg Citrate (Calm brand) should not be taken as it depletes ceruloplasmin.

The forms of Mg NOT to take are: Mg Ascorbate Mg Aspartate Mg Carbonate Mg Citrate Mg Glutamate The form of Mg that's poorly absorbed & thus is only for occasional use as a non addictive laxative is Mg Oxide. Mg Sulphate / Sulfate is best absorbed transdermally (through the skin, as in a warm bath for 20 minutes with half as much Sodium Bicarbonate (baking Soda).

Oh I don't know... Stress? Lack of love? Maybe extreme stress can cause a heart attack in a person who already has heart disease, maybe. But excess protein? Cooked protein? Does not sound right.

I believe that vegetable foods are better for me. My question to myself is: why do I keep on eating animal sourced foods? Cheese and eggs are so very convenient and quick to consume. I suspect what influences one's diet is the local market availability to type of food. Or is it just cultural? Any how or way, transition to vegan is not easy despite one's will....

Interestingly ouabaine(strophanthin) can stop and prevent almost every heart attack by affecting the metabolism. So it must be the way the metabolism is affected that leads to these diseases.

+Marco C there are things that we can control and there are things we can't. You can control what you put in your mouth and very easily give your body an advantage over repeated injury. You unfortunately can not irradiate stress, it will always be part of life and went we are fit and health we deal with it effectively. It's as simple as eat from the 4 basic food groups beans, grains, vegetables and fruit. Walk for 30minites a day. You will arrest and reverse atherosclerosis. Now we can say surround yourself with love and meditate and take prozac and sleep more and and and it ends up being a complicated thing. Everything start with diet.

+Riaan De Winnaar Might be a vicious circle: daily life frantic stress having influence on our diet and Vice Versa (the other way around)...The negative feedback of junk quick food will cause us to be even more frantic and stressed. Time is a big factor: one needs time to find good food (also good nutritional info) and prepare it and eventually eat and digest it :) It is good to listen to persons like him on the Internet and retune to a more balanced way of life.

01:55 Totally agree with this. It is discord within the nervous system that is the major cause of heart attack, not blockages or high cholesterol. Happiness is the key to a optimally healthy heart. Self love will ensure longevity. Great video.

He is right...stick to a vegetarian diet (not vegan), walk regularly and practice mediation, then you can forget all about your heart problems. Meditation really helps because with practice you can easily regulate your heart rate, blood pressure, insulin ratio and anxiety.

Dairy is infact a bigger risk factor than meat. Apart from being high in fat it contains large amounts of protien and calcium. Foreign Protein in your blood causes auto immune diseases, causes excess acid production and weakens the bones causing osteoporosis, kidney stones and then with the intake of calcium causes calcification of arteries. Igf-1 a growth hormone is also increased by drinking milk, cancer causing. Yes vegan, devoid of animal protein.

Eat meat don't eat meat. Eat fruit don't eat fruit and it just goes on. Who do we believe. Maybe his saying this stuff because he does not want us to eat animals. I have watched videos where we are told that eating meat makes you healthy than vegans and gives you stronger bones. We do not know, neither do we know who to believe. Eat drink in moderation, exercise but not necessarily like crazy, and be merry and that should be just great

You will need to think for yourself. Look at yourself and consider biologically what kind of animal you are. I am a great ape and if I eat simular to a great ape I will be healthy. Chimps are 99% plant based, add no oil to their diets and eat meat (bugs and smaller me monkeys) very rarely. We are ill equipped for eating meat.

The most typical causes of heart failing are hypertension (high blood pressure level) and coronary artery illness arterial plaque lines the interior of the arteries supplying the heart and all of those other body, meaning less bloodstream gets to the coronary heart itself. It appears that we all need to chill out and do things like meditate, breathe deep, watch a lot of funny movies and stand up comedians, not take ourselves so seriously and do whatever is necessary to contribute more peace and joy into our lives in order to keep our heart strong.   I had heard that many people died on Mondays from heart attacks a long while ago and I guess those folks were dissatisfied and stressed at their jobs. Follow your bliss.

The JOY of the Lord is my strength. God has created in me, a clean heart.. and took away my sin.. so no guilt nonsense. He give me a happy heart.. and a heart like that will cause the body to make it's own medicine. Laughter is good for the soul. I also pray the last verses of Ps 19 frequently. None of this is found in the medical journals.

Dennis Steele Any advice for sleep apnea causing arrhythmia? Based on my cpap data, it doesn't appear to be only obstructive: i am getting nonobstructive apneas also. Appears to be related to my 10 grams of mercury amalgams (some of them are 40 years in there, leaching). I say this also, because i believe mercury actually can create holes in your heart and poison your brain, causing brain fog and memory loss (and later, Alzheimers or Parkinsons).

I ate anything and everything I wanted for 59 years. I was obese and sick. 14 weeks ago I started LCHF life and am no longer obese (lost 80 lb.s so far) BP is much better and diabetes has disappeared altogether. Meat is life to Humans.
