Good info. Also add the watermelon (the white part has the most citruline). There is 2 grams of L - arginine per 100 grams of commercially available pistachio nuts.
Given that high calorie nuts seem to add nothing to weight (see Dr Greger's film on that subject), this is a very good reason to eat them regularly!
