It does not matter is a plant is a hybrid or not. They are all metabolized the same way and ALL foods get metabolized in to acids. In fact, plants metabolize in to more acids than meats.
Regardless, our pH is not regulated by diet anyway so again it does not matter what you ingest for food you are not altering your pH.
