These 8 Alkaline Foods Prevent Diseases!

When your system is acidic, the chances of diseases will increase. If the the pH level of your body is below 7 then it is considered to be acidic. When it is above 7, it is said to be alkaline. When your body is alkaline, it performs efficiently and you tend to feel energetic. Also, you will be able to prevent many health issues in that state. In order to alkalise your body and reduce the acid levels, you must consume more of foods that are alkaline. What are they? Well, the foods whose pH value is more than 7 are alkaline foods. Here are some examples. 1. Vegetables Consume vegetables like spinach, peas, onions, lettuce, kale, cucumber, celery, broccoli and beet roots. 2. Nuts Almonds and chest nuts can provide protein and can also create an alkalising effect on your system. 3. Cayenne The pH value of cayenne s 8.5! It can also minimise blood pressure and detoxify your body. 4. Some Fruits Consume fruits like pears, peaches, oranges, lemons, grapes, berries, bananas and apples. 5. Avocado The pH of avocado is 8.0 and is considered as one of the best neutralisers. 6. Spices Spices like cinnamon, ginger and sea salt are also alkalising agents. Include them in your diet. 7. Garlic Garlic is a good neutralising agent. Include it in your duet to bring down the acidic load of your body. 8. Watermelon The pH of watermelon is 9.0. Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else trying to find out menus for the alkaline food diet try Alkali Insider Tactic (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy got great results with it.

Actually normal blood pH is 7.35-7.45 and diseases, including cancer, commonly occur in an alkaline environment. Several acids in the body help protect us from pathogens, control Candida, help with the absorption of nutrients required for immunity, help prevent the spread of pathogens and cancer cells, help to maintain healthy tissues, act as antioxidants, etc. Furthermore many of the foods listed actually have acidic pH levels. For example watermelon that has a pH around 5.5. Regardless of the original pH though all foods are made acidic or more acidic in the stomach then alkaline in the first part of the intestine from the release of pancreatic bicarbonate (the so-called "alkaline response") then ALL foods get metabolized in to a variety of acids in the long run. Our pH though IS NOT regulated by what we ingest. Therefore your pH will remain the same regardless if you eat greens or you eat steak. This is basic human physiology. It does not matter is a plant is a hybrid or not. They are all metabolized the same way and ALL foods get metabolized in to acids. In fact, plants metabolize in to more acids than meats. Regardless, our pH is not regulated by diet anyway so again it does not matter what you ingest for food you are not altering your pH.
