In this video, I am going to talk to you about IBS natural treatments and the IBS diet. IBS stands for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I have worked with thousands of patients and helped lay out natural treatments to help people overcome this condition, and I know you can overcome it, too.
4 Steps to Treat IBS:
1) What foods to stay away from if you have IBS:
• Gluten - This inflammatory protein in grain can cause IBS. I suggest at the start of treatment to stay away from ALL grain products (especially wheat). After about 3-9 months, you can start adding in some sprouted or sourdough grains.
• Casein or conventional dairy products - Kefir or fermented dairy can be helpful, but regular dairy can be very destructive for IBS.
• Hydrogenated Oils
• Raw foods - salads and raw foods can damage the gut if you have IBS, so it’s best to eat only cooked foods.
• Cold foods - Ice water, Ice cream and cold foods are hard on the digestive system
• Processed or refined/packaged foods
2) Top healing foods for IBS (consume foods that nourish the colon and spleen)
• White immune-boosting foods
⁃ Cauliflower, Garlic and Onions - Cooked onions and garlic can kill off bad bacteria in the gut.
⁃ Butternut, Acorn and Spaghetti Squashes are nourishing to the spleen and colon
• Bone Broth- #1 superfood to consume to heal IBS
⁃ Bone Broth soup contains amino acid to help repair and heal the intestinal lining.
⁃ A perfect meal would be a crockpot with organic meat, bones/broth, and vegetables such as squash and celery.
3) Quality Supplements
• Live Probiotic Supplements
• L-Glutamin - amino acid that protects and nourishes the gut lining
• Frankincense Essential Oil - reduces inflammation
• Digestive Enzymes - take at meal to help break down food so it is easier to digest
4) Focus on reducing stress
• Schedule 3 things daily
⁃ Long walk in nature
⁃ Read a spiritual growth book, meditate or pray
⁃ Wind down with a detox bath at night
⁃ 1 cup epsom salt and 20 drops oil (Lavendar) and soak away

There are a few factors in irritable bowel syndrome nz. One resource I found which successfully combines these is the Stomach oracle omnibus (check it out on google) without a doubt the most incredible guide i've heard of. look at the incredible info.
No fermented veggies? I'm alternating between fermented veggies, a mono meal of a fruit such as dates or a vegetable such as steamed broccoli, and back to fermented veggies. Along with this, I'm taking Garden of Life Raw Probiotics with my meals as well as Garden of Life chewable enzymes, and I'm noticing a difference!!!
I'm a vegan so bone broth is absolutely not an option.
I love how "doctors" never adress this fact: for those with ibs-c, before you spend your money on another moron that will tell you to "eat more fiber, drink more water", look it up on "IBS Vitamin D" on google. You wonder why your symptoms get worse in the winter? Well, yep...
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to learn about how to cure irritable bowel syndrome try Stomach Oracle Omnibus (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my brother in law got amazing success with it.
i think i have it...bc everytime i get excited or have to go places i dont want to my belly goes from flat to 3 months pregnant xD its rly annoying bc i get so bloated..idk if im so stressed or what? :( or is it something else?...i am lactose and gluten intolerant so i dont eat those things...but then the bloats and passing gas..its scary :O was to the doctor she said i dont have chrone....so :O i dont rly know what could it be
There are several components to irritable bowel syndrome treatment over the counter. One plan I discovered which successfully combines these is the Stomach oracle omnibus (check it out on google) it's the most useful resource that I have ever seen. Check out the unbelievable info.
YOU COULD HAVE PARASITES TOO, BLACK WALNUT HULL, AND OTHERTHINGS IS A GOOD IDEA TOO, ALSO APPLECIDER VINEGER WITH MOTHER, EVERY MORNING, IS GOOD DO ALL OF THESE THINGS REGULARLY WITH EXCERSISE AND WATCH YOUR SYPMTOMS GET BETTER AND BETTER, ALSO IF YOU SMOKE CIGS, OR MARAJUANA, STOP!, THIS IS GONNA MAKE IT HARDER TO MAKE THIS GO AWAY, EPSOM SALT BATHS ARE GOOD TO HELP ELEMINATE TOXINS,
IBS is caused by an overgrowth of Bad Bacteria in the Gut, FIGHT IT OFF WITH ONION AND GARLIC, AND GINGER, THE REASON IT MAKES YOU BLOATED AT FIRST IS BECAUSE YOUR ATTACKING THE BAD BACTERIA, WHEN YOU KILL SOMETHING IT REALEASES TOXINS AND GAS GONNA MAKE YOU FEEL BLOATED AT FIRST, THIS MEANS ITS WORKING, DONT GIVE UP SO EASY KEEP DOING IT DRINK A LOT OF WATER, TURMERIC, MAGNESIOM HELPS RELAX THE MUSCLES HELPING REALESE THE GAS, LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS
for you all to cure this you must first understand what is causing it,....People say that eating probiotics will help, and they are on the right track, but they will do nothing if you don't first elimenate some of the bad bacteria first, the best way to do that is by eating lots of onion and Garlic, Lots of people think that onion and Garlic is bad for it, and it might at first exaserbate it, but what your actually doing is killing off the bad bacteria, the more and more you do this the more you kill the bad bacteria, other things help too like being Vegetarian perferably vegan, but also juicing, using lots of Radish, Garlic , Onion, Ginger, and many other vegetables, and switching them up, but you mainly want to put Onion and Garlic in just about every meal. Before you pass this off, WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE BY TRYNG IT FOR ONE MONTH?? Let me know if this works for you even though I know it will as it works for me and what works for me works for you

I think this is what I had since I turned 19 it might be lactose intolerance because that’s common in African Americans, but I feel like my symptoms match more with IBS. Thanks for helping. I’m tired of feeling bloated and bad in my abdomen.☹️
Oh my this could really cause people with IBS more symptoms. Those white foods are some of the most fermentable foods, with FODMAP sugars in them. My clients often have the most issues with onions and garlic.
Everyone should know you have unique triggers and what you can tolerate will be different from someone else. If this doesn’t work, don’t give up, you can get better ❤️

This food advise by doctor is not going to impact in the same way to everyone.Garlic can be good but again not for everyone so it simply depends what your body likes and what doesn't and we know about it.Everyones IBS is not the same nor it requires the same treatment. These things are complex and even doctors have no clues in most cancer causing diseases. Some doctors are lunatics when they fail patients by not identifying the real causes of broblems because they don't take it serious.
I have diarrhea problems on and off for 15 years and been to NHS doctors many times and they have failed me with no identity of the cause and instead concluded it as IBS which has no treatment as they say and prescribed relief medicines which don't work all times.Useless and careless doctors.
My IBS-D solution:
1) 1 IBGard first thing in the morning for urgency, diarrhea and pain receptors
2) 2 Methylcellulose tablets, 1 high DHA fish oil, 1 Hyperbiotics 15 probiotic, 1 Culturelle probiotic for anxiety related, and 1 Imodium ALL thirty minutes after step 1
3) Low to no caffeine (decaf tea, Kool-aid, etc carried in tumbler daily) and no nicotine
4) Avoid white vinegar (even mustard)
5) No wheat (or other allergies even if mild)
6) No fried food
7) Avoid fatty meat (add enzymes if eating beef)
8) Zinc as needed
9) Eat more easily digestible cooked veggies (vegetable soup, squash, zucchini, onions, bell peppers)
10) No hot spices
11) Aspirin as needed
12) Avoid acidic drinks and foods (Orange juice, lemon, soft drinks, etc)
13) Non-peppermint Tums with 3 sips cold water as needed
Ok so the past 3 months I had moderate IBS and now it’s gone here’s what I do
Be sure to eat healthy I personally avoid beans, nuts, too much sugar, and rice also with chicken makes digestion worse and eat food that you now you’ll be ok with.Drink before your meal I been drinking alkaline water for my stomachs to soothe with gerd. Drinking before helps digestion do one at a time. In morning I do this yoga video and also I bend down to the floor idk y but it helps. Then I have raspberries and any berry to balance hormones and just be healthy. I bought a mint plant and eat it time to time for any bloating and digestion. Peppermint oil helps I put it on salads and helps a lot. Avoid spicy foods of course and go on With your day with just healthy food helps a lot I have eat apples especially the skin helped me. Rly just any food without it to betoo unhealthy doesn’t hurt but I don’t know ur stomachs so make sure to get all vitamins in types of foods or eat it by tablets. Evening I do this yoga and have dinner no later than 8 also for my gerd. Then before bed I have tea preferably chamomile or peach and honey helps and tastes better. Then a little snack or anything I eat yogurt with berries in it for next morning. Then sleep with ur head up idk for anyone this is nessiscary cuz I have gerd but helps . And just be calm I had anxiety and ate horrible which made me get this and I honestly don’t care what others think of me cuz nerves can impact digestion a lot which was me.
This guy basically tells you not to eat anything and then says that you also need to work on reducing stress. DO YOU WANT ME TO NOT EAT ANYTHING, OR NOT BE STRESSED? I’ll take my chances with barfing, feeling bloated, and coughing up that sulfur taste, thanks.
hi everyone ,if anyone else wants to discover bloated stomach constipation try Knewreck Gas Cure Guide (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy got great results with it.
Hey every body. all who are dealing with ibs or ibs-d check your liver or your galbladder. And look to see if colesvelam or cholestyramine (BILE ACID SEQUESTRANTS) can be right for you. I know the video title says "Naturally"....but it all depends the severity and level of desperation you're in......OR,
go here on YouTube and type in *"HABBA SYNDROME, MYSTERY DIAGNOSIS, DIARRHEA"* and watch a story of a woman's embarrassing moment which finally forced her to seek medical diagnosis and cure. There will be a short pause in the middle of the video and the screen will go blank, but after a few seconds it will resume . I hope this helps someone. Love and Peace
No offense to DR. AXE, As he is a wonderful DOCTOR but im hoping to help someone too. And i dont know how to get my own channel LOL
I hate having ibs. Doctors don't help me and keep telling me "it's all in your head." They consider it "a mild annoyance" well, when I have diarrhea AND constipation within a few hours, it's a serious problem. I've lost jobs and relationships because of it.
Scyber_Sounds Of The Future
i haven't been able to lead a normal life either and was forced to quit a job i absolutely loved because of it. i recently started a new prescription for gallbladder and liver. and i am suppossed to take twice a day but i find that every other day did the trick. I'm on my way back to MySelf again.
When doctors tell you its all in your head thats because their ego is too big to admit they dont know what to do and how to help you. I did 2 years of research and tried everything from fasting to paleo, to fruits only...everything! and i now found a breakthrough through the Mercy and Grace of God
I have IBS and Cauliflower is a huge no no. Please don't eat gas producing foods like beans, eggs, cabbage, cauliflower, pork, or a lot of meat in general, or high sodium foods. ect. .digestive enzymes like Beano help if you must. Probiotics are great for healing.
The fodmap diet didnt work for me at all and trust me i tried... it just made me constipated because it suggests a low intake of carbs and carbs make me poop so i had this problem... i still have IBS but since i ditched dairy (im lactose intolerant) it got waaaaay better :)))
This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "ibs treatment options" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my colleague got cool success with it
Cheers for this, I've been looking for "drugs for ibs" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy got amazing results with it

Has anyone got severe weight loss from.ibs-d?
I have 12 KG weight loss in last 10 months and my GI says that it’s highly unlikely that it’s ibs because ibs doesn’t cause weight loss.
Start a food journal and track your condition
Low FodMap Diet (most important)
1-3 tablespoons of Pysllium fiber or Metamucil a day
Ketogenic Diet (research properly)
Reduce stress (meditation, reading, exercise e.g)
I have had IBS for one year now (both IBS-D and IBS-C). All of these methods have hugely helped my condition. Read information online about your condition!
That's frustrating! But you're right, everyone's triggers can be a little different. When I was struggling with my IBS, I DEFINITELY couldn't eat cauliflower, onions, or garlic at all. Have you considered looking at your IBS from an eastern medicine perspective? I started my channel specifically to help people like you, who are struggling with IBS, learn that there's a solution in the Traditional Chinese Medicine system and with eastern nutrition.
Anyone suffering from chronic abdominal pain.. Cramping.... Bloating.... Dyspepsia. Without any significant diagnosis and pathology must check their navel.... There can be navel displacement which can be easily cured.... Navel displacement videos are available on you tube so it is worth a try...
The class of drugs that Levitra, Viagra, Stendra, and Cialis belong to are called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by relaxing tight blood vessels, allowing more blood to surge into the penis and cause an erection, says Gregory Bales, M.D., an associate professor of urology at the University of Chicago.
The little pills do the trick for more than two-thirds of men with Viagra protects the heart (ED). They also work for guys who simply need them for a short time to get their “confidence back,” says Michael Eisenberg, M.D., director of male reproductive medicine and surgery at Stanford University.
