what has stopped copd lung disease dead, is a little known mushroom in capsules form, called Cordyceps. It is sold in almost any health food store. "Now" is a reliable source and Swanson, is another. Check out on line or YouTube for the cheapest and best quality cordyceps. All I'm saying is it has all but stopped copd dead in its tracks.
Um yeah, people have been eating cordyceps for thousands of years. And, some people think some guy who made whatever Last of us is has more knowledge than billions of people’s experences over thousands of years.... it’s comical some of these comments.
Promoting the decimation of yet another endangered species? Well done!!! Also, your logic isn't even internally consistent. Is it from being a source of adenosine, or a source of oxygen, as you say in the next sentence? Access to more energy? Avoids unnecessary fight or flight responses? It's conscious now? It decides what's worthy of a response? Please pick up a biology book before creating this kind of dangerous nonsense.
You also claim it cures cancer and is an antiviral, regulate blood sugar and cholesterol. It dilates blood vessels? IF that's true, then it would cause hypotension, just like alcohol, or anything else which interferes with our own blood pressure control mechanisms. Essentially, all the usual claims made my snake oil salesmen since the beginning of time. Does it also help with money troubles? Will it help you find love?
Nyishar It very telling that you knew what word I meant. Just because other people have written it, doesn't make it real. People have believed the earth is flat for longer, that's also fallacious. By promoting it's use, you encourage harvesting it. It has no proven benefits for human health but it does have a proven impact on the environment. You encourage demand, that's the problem.
In the video I encourage the use of both the C. Sinensis and C. Militaris cultivated species, not the wild fungus. It's in the video. I am not making up the word 'adaptogen' either. Look it up for yourself. It has been a part of herbal literature for decades already. I never claimed I was a scientist either.
Nyishar Yes you did, listen to your own words! Yes, by promoting the use of this you are encouraging it's harvesting. Making up a new word doesn't make you a scientist. If you are lacking in adenosine, then adjust your diet, don't plunder the natural world.
Cordycep is consume thousands of years for its medicinal property. You are right to say not to take it everyday as Chinese medicine have a highly develop system where people with different physical conditions might not be suitable to consume different medicine. Consult a Chinese physician before consumsion.
You don't mind eating the tortured flesh of a cow, hauled 3000 miles without food and water, shocked with cattle prods, jammed into filthy overcrowded pens, shot with hormones and antibiotics? Cool. Bon appetite.
Dude, have you not seen The Last of Us? All your doing by eating the cordyceps is giving it the advantage of being able to mutate faster and begin infecting us. This is literally how any parasite reaches humans. Mad Cow disease and Measles, began infecting us after a large group ate contaminated meats which allowed the viruses to mutate and harm us.
AdrianFox2000 Different types of species? Do you understand species? Are you saying that the effect of a medicine depends on the country it's used in? Have you been using other fungi while writing this?
You're a real ignorant idiot, different type of species have completely different result in many things. Like chocolate are poison for dogs but good for human, or insect poison can kill insects instantly but dont work for human. Many country in asia used cordyceps as medicine over 1000 years of history especially ancient china has over 3000 years of history in eating cordyceps. Last of us was one of the greatest game released, but its infection theory was actually a stupid joke in real life.
trinity seven before releasing your wrath upon the internet try and do some research on how biology works. I get not everyone has the time or energy to understand the complexity but being arrogant and disgusting to people online is probably what a parasitized zombie would actually do.
Also, They Live is a social commentary on consumerism and capitalism, not actual zombies.
Great video, you must have put a lot of work in it! However, it also contributes to the assumption Cordyceps is something 'magical' which will automatically elevate the user's health and well-being. With all due respect, that is just marketing talk.
In the core, the therapeutic effects of Cordyceps and the supplements that are based on the cultivated -and much more potent- varieties of C.sinensis and C. militaris are defined by the bioactive ingredients that are present. For Cordyceps that means most of all cordycepin (THE marker compound, not found in any other mushroom) and furthermore uridine, polyphenolic substances and beta-glucan.
These compounds can be determined in every laboratory. People considering a Cordyceps supplement should therefore look for those details on the label of the product. If these details are missing, better look further.
Because of videos such as this one, people think ALL cordyceps is beneficial and highly valuable - it is not. Wild Cordyceps is usually of low potency (and contaminated with arsenic in particular - see this article: https://oriveda.wordpress.com/2017/07/) when compared against the cultivated varieties.
Because of videos like this one, people are tricked into paying a lot of money for something with little value. Check the label ! Know what you buy!
Cordycepin is the marker compound to look for - there are supplements with over 1% now. That is what makes Cordyceps worthwhile. Forget about beta-glucan - there are much cheaper sources for that. Polysaccharides: this usually includes starch and sugars. You can't trust polysaccharide numbers.
Yah....they are so beneficial for so many different species already.......leave it to third word ignorance.......cut more tiger cocks off for old chinaman hardons or black rhino horn for what ever that cures.......these fungus are killers....they are parasites.....

Cordyceps and Shilajit from NyIshar
In an attemt to deal with and recuperate from an issue, primarly with the back, possibly with undertones of stressed kidney, liver ...
Since taking both Cordyceps and Shilajit for the last 12 days, I am at a point where despite quite some physical exertion the back manifests only some, to be expected, feelings of tension.
About 18 days ago, It was between agony and bearable. Possibly cause by over exertion and, oddly perhaps, some food with an old friture oil that seemed to feel rejected by the organism and stuck ish. Perhaps liver/kidney and the acid balance of stomach?
I needed to avoid establishing a chronic condition
My 'comeback' has a character of deep stabile strength. As Comfrey will accelerate the healing of a wound and reduce the likelihood of profound tissue scarring, so I feel inclined to assess this 'C+S' influence.
I doubt such recuperation will occur without use of natural healing agents with the ability to address a multiplex of interrelated issues within the organism.
Paul of Nyishar was expedient in delivery and the 'products' of his research and aquisition show care and attention that has my respect.
The Shilajit was a gift, a sample to become aquainted and appraised.
Over about two years I've had maybe three deliveries. Chaga, Reishi.....
Each delivery is a meticulous correctness from package to contents and container.
There's a dedicated gentle strength in the flow here.

As an endurance athlete I really did notice an improvement in lung function using cordyceps. Like I was extracting more 'chi' from each breath. I've since found schisandra is also good for this. I'd love to try true wild cordyceps but I read it is more expensive than gold ? I also found that a multiple sclerosis drug is derived from cordyceps. Herbs definitely have so much to offer humanity. Great video again Paul, thanks ! Mushrooms are truly interesting.http://www.naturalnews.com/039361_cordyceps_Gilenya_multiple_sclerosis.html
Many thanks. Yes wild Tibetan Cordyceps is insanely expensive. Only affordable for the wealthiest members of society unfortunately. It is incredible, but not really justifiable now that cultivation methods have become so much more advanced.
informative genius works of high art, like mushrooms and great videos take commendable commitment& arrive on Earth at exactly the right time.
Thank you deer. . I'm loving the mushrooms etc i got from you, thank you. you're a big part of my dally life here in India.
you didn't mention how yummy cordycepts are . do mine have zombie insect nervous systems. ps i love that cameo bmx'r ;)
Nyishar my deer, yes, india gives me such a sense of Home
Whirling dancing drawing and dreaming all in slow motion
The pine pollen is so so soft and softening, yummy thank you
i wanna sea the zombie movie hehe
Hope your excursion is proving to be an enriching experience thus far! Yes Cordyceps definitely does taste outstanding. One of my favourites actually. Yes the Cordyceps Militaris fruiting bodies in the Nyishar extract are grown on a substrate that includes silkworm larvae so they are grown in a similar way to that of the wild species. The Cordyceps Sinensis mycelium is liquid fermented mycelium though so does not require an invertebrate host :D
Be very careful of the non-medicinal variety: summer trump, winter trump. Great video, so happy you made a new one. I have friends living in the snowy mountains of Japan. It's not the Himalayas, but I bet this would be a good 'crop' for them to try growing. (If they do, we'll know whom to consult!) Seems odd to promote it though, as a semi-vegetarian. Then again, instead of emerging as a flying insect to be eaten by birds, these to-be moths become part of the human genome--sometimes. Is it evolution? ;) Tnx again for posting.
Cordyceps sinensis fruiting bodies cannot be cultivated, but since the 'power' is in the mycelium (the 'worm') it is good news the mycelium can be cultivated and is usually of much higher potency than the wild varieties (because the best strains can be selected).
The mycelium should be grown in liquid, so there will be no contamination with undigested grains etc. Unfortunately all US-grown Cordyceps is grown on grains and has little potency because of the starch leftovers. It is some sort of Tempeh what you get that way. Always check the supplement label for the active ingredients, in particular for cordycepin.
Given the Japanese propensity for eating things that we'd deem unacceptable (like whale), and seeing as how most hate moths, even hummingbird moths, I don't think it would be a problem (even for me). It's still a wonderful option though. I suppose eating mushrooms isn't all that different from eating caterpillars anyway, in the big scheme of things--not that I know what the big scheme really is. ;)
Yes and edible mushroom cultivation is quite popular in Japan right? Cordyceps can be grown via a vegan method and is still very potent, just not as complete as the insect-host method Cordyceps itself seems to prefer.
The class of drugs that Levitra, Viagra, Stendra, and Cialis belong to are called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by relaxing tight blood vessels, allowing more blood to surge into the penis and cause an erection, says Gregory Bales, M.D., an associate professor of urology at the University of Chicago.
The little pills do the trick for more than two-thirds of men with Viagra protects the heart (ED). They also work for guys who simply need them for a short time to get their “confidence back,” says Michael Eisenberg, M.D., director of male reproductive medicine and surgery at Stanford University.
