How to save your own life, What hospital tests don't show. Understanding what is happening to your body. Before a heart attack happens your body can tell you exactly what is wrong.Make your doctor listen to you.
wish i would have know , lost my brother in Montreal streets he colapsed and died 2 weeks after i visited him ! got the call at home in Fl when we arrived , all because he was not seeing a cardiologist , 57 years old RIP BEN .
and of course if you are really serious about protecting your arteries, in addition to Vitamin K2 MK7, the very most important thing is controlling inflammation - and that is all about keep blood sugar tightly under control Each and every time your blood sugar spikes it with insulin causes inflammation in the body, and arteries and makes them vulnerable to damage, and permeable to plaque. So...the real answer is - hereafter live on a low carb diet.
It is quite possible to improve the health of your arteries and protect them against further 'aging'. Arteries are made flexible and elastic by 'elastin' and Vitamin K2 is essential for protection against degradation of elastin in your skin and arteries (ie you wrinkly as you grown older). Mice removed of all K2 quickly built up plaque and rapid classification. SO as you get older - take tons of the capsule vitamin K2 MK7 - (mk7 not mk4). Vitamin K2 will also help ensure future serum calcium goes to the right places and not your arteries.
I was raking the yard today and only had five minutes in and almost passed out. Fuck I wish I would have taken better care of myself when I was younger. I'm a dead man walking. It won't be long now. ...lol...
You have just summed up what I am going through right now. My cholesterol was 439, 3 months ago and the next day from a second lab for second opinion it was 279 . Who do I believe ? Yes , I feel weak an lame and need to rest a few times a day and also struggle to get that " up " feeling of enough oxygen . The doc here in Belize gave me statins which I refused to take and will go to the capital city to an internist for bigger tests. I am 53 today and feel like a super flu patient , very weak etc. I will also ask for that blue dye in the veins treatment you mentioned . Thank you very much for being so informative to all those you dont know around the world . Blessings from me to you and may Jesus bless you too.
Two tabs of vitamin D3 to mobilize the calcium in the arteries and two tablets of vitimin K2 to transport that calcium to the bones and teeth, per day.
Cholesterol is sweet, hydrogenated vegetable oils are not. They are plastic.
There is absolutely no need to even test. It is well established that if you stop eating acid ash forming foods (meat/dairy) and fat, and eat what we were intended to eat (fruit/some vegetables), not only will atherosclerotic plaque disappear, but so will rheumatoid arthritis, and type 2 diabetes, among many other so-called diseases. Everyone has been so indoctrinated to fuel with the wrong fuel, and then wonder why they are sick. Just one reference to back this up is the Dr. Walter Kempner rice diet. This is old old news.
It is not cholesterol---it is too much calcium---i had a massive heart attack --the hospital had in my records i had a partial calcified aorta---I take K2-7----have the lipoprotein test to see if you have dense or fluffy LDL---dense LDL is thaE BAD ONE---I KNOW I HAD THE TEST DONE !!!!
Many doctors rely on the fact that they are the doctors and you are the patient and that is all that matters. They don't listen to you. The truth is your body is no different than a machine and the owner/user of a human body can troubleshoot it in the same manner. I know how to read peer reviewed medical papers and I am also motivated to know my body thusly I am sure I know my body as much or much more than a doctor.
If any doctors are reading this, really LISTEN to your patients. Don't brush us off. Would you accept anything less from another doctor as a patient yourself?
This so true as EKGs are useless I am going to ask for the die test. What exactly is it called? Good thing You had a Good Dr. as most don't like to be told what to do. They are arrogant jerks. But it is your body not theirs. Thank You so much for this video. Some say only 100% way to tell is an angiogram? I still don't understand the if You can't hyperventilate test?
In 2016 I had a mild heart attack at the age of 30! Yes 30, due to me eating tons of cheap hamburgers and food for years. What helped me is cayenne pepper, hawthorne berry, ginseng & gotu kola. These herbs help remove any plague built up in the arteries. Was one of the worse damn feelings I've ever had in my life. Couldn't breathe at all! I felt like crap. Now I'm a vegetarian and eat plant based meals that saved my life. Take care of yourself and your body will take care of you.
it seems more that you have a hypotyroid cuses or eyebrow is missing and you have shortness of breath cuz you dont have any metabolism . metabolism is controlled by the Pituitary and then sends out singnals to your thyroid how much hormons the cells needs. this have noting to do with the heart or the clogged arteries !
Artery blockages can be reversed. I can help. My father had 7 heart attacks, his mother died from a heart attack in her 40's and my mother had a main artery in her heart blocked 70% when she died. I have a cholesterol below 150 mg without medications and I am 49.
No more worrying about tests and you can reverse it even if you are 80 years old:
I’m glad to know this info! My Dr and previous ones as well, refuse to sign off on any type of blocked arteries testing. So the only way for me to know is to test myself in some way. I HATE insurance and insurance companies, they are greedy assholes. Money and getting paid is more important to them than peoples health and well being. People die regularly due to Drs misdiagnosing them or REFUSING to diagnose them or give them tests.
Ive been having very odd artery issues for 3+ years now it started with just a tension irritation in my left carotid artery then eventually over time moved to the right side, and I often have mental fog an chest pains but now the tension gets so bad that when I wake up in the morning my arteries are sore feeling. So this started when I was about 26 and i'm almost 30 now, despite the mri, blood tests urine samples ect, looking normal, maybe something was overlooked because they assumed at my age it wasn't likely to have major issues?
You are right, my wife best friend husband was having a problem last week and at the hospital and they give him the clogged test after 2 hours, guess what, he died on the table right before the surgery, 2 hours of testing, unbelievable , he was a great guy and very loved, now the wife have to deal with all the expence and psycological drama of a funeral, thanks for sharing and yes we need to get a knoledge and that is why I'm on you tube right now
I think it’s absurd that you need certain tests for certain things. Like you can go get an EKG and it’ll show up fine but that doesn’t mean you’re okay, and the doctors will send you home anyway without thinking to check other important things. And to think they get paid so much to disregard life
Thank you for posting this amazing video. I'm a 25 year old Science and Knowledge geek and i absolutely love the logic you used in the test youve created. That in combination with the original treadmill test would be a truly ingenious and revoulutionary was to measure the amount of oxygen intake a persons body is capable of intaking and prossessing in a set amount of time. Your test i believe would be needed to be taken after a rest due to my unresearched ,but logical assumption that lungs present some properties of balloons. Meaning after the initial workload they will remain " stretched" allowing your body to withdrawl a slighty larger amount of oxygen than at the hypervventailation period.
Hyperventilation...is simply overbreathing to a point where you blow off more carbon dioxide than you do in normal breathing...This in turn changes the blood acid /alkaline balance...and you become disorientated...become tunnel visioned...and feel strange...overbreathing then makes you feel you can't get enough air and exacerbates an anxiety attack...this does not mean that the inability to hyperventilate means your body is unable to overdose on oxygen....it means you are retaining too much carbon dioxide already ..so blowing off co2 makes no difference...why?...because you cells are not getting enough oxygen...either through poor circulation or..poor lung function..not necessarily due to diseased arteries...could also be low red blood cell counts...anaemia..low grade infections....generally people with diseased arteries have a poor systolic diastolic ratio..and long recovery of high heart rate to low after exercise....normal hearts can return to normal limits after 5 minutes of exertion...whereas people with heart disease have both long recovery times to normal breathing and heart rates.
It's very Unfortunate..that despite previous serious heart problems & intervention surgery - this guy knows So LITTLE ..about his underlying Heart Condition, ways to tackle Blocks, reverse them, and a whole range of Treatments that will reverse his condition w/o SURGERY !!.. SAD !!
That patients in USA are so brainwashed by the Body-Shop Mechanic Docs ..like Mechanics of the Body - that Do Not Dispense WISDOM ..to deal with these problems holistically..
Instead - its Cut, Chop, Dissect - for FEES !!
When viable Alternatives - life saving Alternatives - are available. Alternatives ...that Prevent and Reverse Blockages, Reverse Heart Disease - and correct Magnesium deficiencies in the body / heart.
He WHO WILL not LEARN or Educate himself ....is Afflicted + Cursed .. to Repeat his Mistakes..
My friend, please don’t take this wrong....I love you, have you heard the gospel of Jesus? Check out the book of John chapters 14,15 and 17! I’m a cancer patient, just had a bone marrow transplant! We are all outa here one day! God what’s us to be with Him. Jesus is the ticket! Thanks for your concern, Dee
Interesting. I've been to the cardiologist to let him know my left arm has been giving me tingling signs, shortness of breath and chest pains when taking a deep breath. His response? Probably just a pinched nerve. I'm getting a CT scheduled to confirm no clot present.
Just got put on Lipitor for cholesterol being @213 total
Thanks for sharing. You can reverse clogging up by changing from a prominent acidic diet, meat, dairy, bread to a raw food diet, plant based. Eat mostly fruits berries and melons with light exercise too. Work at getting your kidneys filtering. Urine should be cloudy or have sediment, not clear. Scaring and inflammation in the vascular walls is why body puts down cholesterol plaque. I know this is not what people want to hear, but this is the only way to change the outcome. Its not easy to change the mind over, but necessary to avoid treating just the symptoms. Take action immediately, stay on the good side of chemistry and be amazed at the bodies healing abilities. Cheers.
The past 3 years I ate more eggs, cheese, drank whole milk and kept everything else the same with exercise. This past year I couldn't exercise as much but still managed to. I had more stress as of recently and I realized that there are some symptoms accumulating. I thought it was having to do with my blood sugars. Someone was unfairly yelling at me and my blood pressure was spiking over and over, and I tested it. I am taking steps to change some habits. I stopped eating eggs, and I won't be eating more than one yolk at a time when I start eating them again, avocado is replacing the egg part lately,, nonfat dairy or I will just reduce the amount, more variance of the leafy greens, I a trying to walk & jogg most days of the week. I am making soup lately for dinner. I made a video of a recent soup for health
After 5 stents in my right coronary I have a nagging pain in my back behind my heart been checked 2x they say everything looks great but I'm not worth a nickel no breath can't do simple task without feeling like I'm gonna die...
Hope you are ok. I always tell everyone it is important to know your body to listen to it. Doctor nowadays fail a lot. If this guy do not tell the doctor about his clogged arteries he would ve died. Read...learn about your body.
Clogged arteries and heart attack nearly killed me I am lucky to be alive. It’s true for some reason they don’t check for clogged arteries it should be routine nowadays. Now I live in fear with heat disease every time I feel strange sounds weird but the truth is your body is never the same afterwards . Recently I felt very dizzy and went to ER they did test but never found a heart related issue according to them and they sent me home. Still to this day I cannot figure out why i had that.
I stumbled on this one. I'm afraid to hyper ventilate. I'd like to start boxing for cardio but I may be too out of shape right now.
I don't mind being old, the mature, calm part of aging is awesome.
Where it gets tricky is when I do anything that requires me to move faster than normal.
I was gonna try running down the 300 foot driveway but it looks too far to the mailbox. Damn, now I'm thinking about it again...lol...
People have been misinformed by the government for good reason !! Population control .. Cholesterol is not what is killing people ! It’s calcium.. When u go to test your arteries for blockage they are testing calcium folks .. don’t take my word for it , please study the K2 effect on your blood !! This will educate u on the facts that will save your life !! Eat all the eggs and cholesterol u want !! Cut out refined sugar for good health as well !! Fermented foods with k2 will change your life please do research
Arteriosclerosis is caused by too much sugar in the diet.. All carbohydrates, grains, bread, sticky pasta convert to sugar in the body.. Eat raw fats for energy and to keep you arteries clean.. Stay away from Medical Quacks who are nothing but drug pushers for Big Pharma..."Let Food Be Your Medicine"
you sir are an idiot and you're being over-dramatic if you're already had heart surgery your doctor supposed to check you every once in awhile to see if you're plugged up they shoot the dye in you and see if you're plugged up I don't really like listening to people like you cuz you're full of s*** whine to somebody else and get a different doctor
The trick is to not get yourself into that position in the first place, 1. Don't smoke. 2. Don't drink alcohol. 3. Exercise aerobically to aerobic threshold 3 times a week for at least an hour and walk daily for an hour. 4. Do strength exercises with weights 3 times a week. 5. Eat a balanced diet with 5 pieces of fruit or vegetables a day. 6. Stay slim and don't eat to excess 7. Get a yearly doctor's mot.
Doctors know absolutely nothing my boss was 50 he was having chest pains so he called the doctor and they said him up with a stress test because the EKG came back clean he had a heart attack on the treadmill my dad was having problems the end they tried different things and they set him up for a stress test the doctor looked at his results and said you're good there's nothing wrong with you exactly 7 days later he had a massive heart attack my best friend when he was in his thirties had two mild Strokes which he recovered from the doctors couldn't figure out why or they just didn't care enough to look two months after his 40th birthday he had a heart attack in his bed and died his autopsy showed he had hardening of the arteries he was only 40 and was always relatively thin and look to be in good shape...... Look at people who have had heart attacks you ever notice rich people in people with money always get bypass surgery poor people or people with crappy Insurance get a stent.....
A friend of mine has a blood clot in his leg.
I am talking to him about lots of water, no alcohol, garlic, ginkgo, fish oil,
Taking vitamin C hourly.
It is not easy to talk to people that trust MD's who push drugs.
Eat Right 4 your blood type. Vitamin E taken daily. Don't use cinnamon if you are blood type O.
Never take blood thinning drugs.
Ms. Ebbott Mitchell, 1707, discovered using Limes to cure scurvy.
The class of drugs that Levitra, Viagra, Stendra, and Cialis belong to are called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by relaxing tight blood vessels, allowing more blood to surge into the penis and cause an erection, says Gregory Bales, M.D., an associate professor of urology at the University of Chicago.
The little pills do the trick for more than two-thirds of men with Viagra protects the heart (ED). They also work for guys who simply need them for a short time to get their “confidence back,” says Michael Eisenberg, M.D., director of male reproductive medicine and surgery at Stanford University.
