my suggestion is eat any seeds or nuts as much as you want . that fat is good and do no harm. but oil definitely do harm as it is removed of other content which counters the ill effects of cholesterol which is present in any fatty food items and so many other reasons which i don't even know...after all oil is extracted from seeds or nuts, so eat the source not the processed extract. that's the best way.
