Delete apps you don’t use
Tuesday: turn off push notifications
Wednesday: don’t look at phone first thing in the morning
Thursday: set up a charging station outside of your bedroom and don’t look at your phone an hour before bed
Friday: leave your phone at home
Saturday: don’t look or post at social media
Sunday: turn off phone for entire day.
I got rid of my smartphone and now I have a flip phone. BEST MOVE EVER, and it's been four WONDERFUL months. I don't need to know what everyone else is doing and they don't need to know what I'm doing every five minutes. FREEDOM!!!!
Well of course im starring at my phone now because of her. I'm going to be starring at it more often now since I found this video. She is not helping me with my cellphone addiction or any of my other addictions. If not for her I wouldn't even watch this crap because of that sick queer sitting beside her.
I once willingly turned off my phone for an entire month and sticked to using my laptop and an old nokia my mom didn't use anymore and... It was a fun experience tbh. Using the laptop made me more productive instead of distracted and it was pretty fun to use an alphabetical-keyboard for messages lol.
This is impossible I cannot get Pass The Weeknd I mean seriously how am I supposed to leave my phone at home I might just be a kid but I still need my phone are you with me here I mean how can you get past the weekend it's the hardest I can't even get past Wednesday I mean seriously how am I supposed to go 1 hour before bed without my phone
How many of us feel that we aren’t addicted to our smartphones but we just spend a reasonable amount of time with it while allotting time to our friends and family as well? How many of us know that that isn’t true and we are all in denial? Guilty as charged? I don't think I am smartphone addicted, because I don't really use it. I have school, so I can't use it, and in the afternoom I am doing my homework and learning all night, so I don't have time for this.
Is she really talking about how to break phone addiction? Look at what she's wearing on her wrist. A motorola watch, that means notifications from facebook and emails and text messages etc etc.... Seriously? How credible is that?
This is not possible, I can't do this, I will DIE. I CAN'T. Well, maybe the leave it at home when we go out to dinner. But I think you would be more distracted by the fact that you can't check your social media then relaxed from it. =/
