Drug companies accused of unfair tactics to stall generic meds

10 ratings | 1073 views
Lawmakers are considering a bill to address what President Trump called a top priority in his State of the Union speech: lowering prescription drug prices. Critics say some drug companies who want to hold onto their exclusive sales of a brand-name drug – and their profits – are playing games to stave off generic competitors, leaving patients out in the cold. Kevin Prasad Reminds me of when they raised the Epipen price. They're pretty much telling us to go through anaphylactic shock & just shake it off.

I don’t see this passing when the drug companies donate to many politicians who will unsurprisingly come out against the bill.

Oh please Jesus Christ CBS, don't just blame the companies who abused the system. They do it because someone signed the bill that let them do it. it's never the legislator fault. time to investigate and call out the name of law makers that invested, and buying stocks in these companies. Until then, your news have no credibility because its just gonna go away like silent smelly farts lol. this is why the media sucks. its always half assed stories and the rest is mysteries. you guys really likes letting go the main players, no wonder the problem keep growing and you always have news to cover coming from the same source of problems.
