When you cook with Clay pot never use metals. You would use only wood to stir. Otherwise you will feel the mud that you scrap while stirring the pot. Man when I hear the scraping sound I wonder who had this sandy? Kuzhambu. And also do not heat the oil until you see smoke from the pot. Otherwise the smoke will screw up the taste of the Kuzhambu.
