Maybe end your showers at a cooler temperature, but I think starting it warm is good for opening up your pores and relaxing stiff muscles after stretching. Also, my issue is feeling agitated, anxious, and somewhat in shock in the morning. I think I want a relaxing warm shower to help me act less frantic and neurotic after getting out of bed.
I agree I need to hit the snooze button less, but it's hard for me to wake naturally and be ready to get up at first sound when I may not have had adequate sleep the night before, or I'm required to get up before sunrise.
Take a nice warm/mild hot shower before you go to sleep. Doing this will help you to unwind after a long day at work. While in the shower, treat yourself to an exfoliating sugar scrub with essential oils that will nourish your skin and makes your skin soft, silky and healthy!
Seems like the pair of boobies at 0:20 got way more comments and interest than anything else you mentioned!!! So a giant pair of tits in your face the first thing in the morning can either be invigorating or completely distracting....it just depends on how it turns out.
The most important thing I do is get up MUCH earlier than I need to, to get to work on time. I give myself two or three hours before I need to leave the house. Yes, it means going to bed earlier, but hey. It also removes the need to rush around. I am a morning person, so I often get several things done before I go to work. This works for me. When I get home from work, I just want to chill out.
cell phone checking emails will never never happen to ignore what if they mail you you are a winner of 600 million dollars from mega million in the mourning no one see that natters because whole human planet always depends on that money
I do check my phone first thing. I play a YouTube video to wake up, otherwise I will lay miserable in bed and my eyes will not adjust. I try to watch positive videos though, so it’s fine and I feel great getting out of bed. I don’t have social media.
I would add we should not fail to have some minutes of meditation, prayer, mindfulness which is a great opportunity to revisit our life goals and objectives and pronounce some affirmative motivational quotes. Great for the mental health
Though I like this video but there are certain things which I can't understand as don't watch news in the morning? Why? People either watch news or read newspaper in the morning itself not in between the day...or evening...
I disagree with the hot shower when you wake up. I take a hot shower every morning and I do it because it does wake me up, if I don't I never feel truly awake. I want to know who needs 7 or 8 hrs of sleep a night, I sleep 5 to 6 hours and feel fine.
"Successful people don't do that."
Wrong. Success is subjective. I've never met a successful person who doesn't hit snooze. Not everyone's hopes and dreams involve self-neglect. If yours do, then your hopes and dreams are toxic and unhealthy. Speaking from experience: financial wealth and professional elevation do not increase the value of your life. Nobody with good intentions will tell you that they do. Success is the achievement of a goal. Set goals for yourself that are healthy. If you're doing that, then hitting snooze wouldn't even need to be done, because you would sleep until your body is fully energized. No alarm clock required.
I love you and just want you happy and I hope you get everything you want I don't have money like some people but it took me 2 days and I love you for the years we were together I just wanted to say goodbye I will miss you and no you needed security and you deserve to be spoiled I love you Jane davila your friend Xman
That was really true and they said don’t get ready in the dark in early hours in the morning I tend to find that when I have to get up before 5:30 AM and it’s pitch dark I feel like I am still up from the night before so I try to get that extra few hours of just snuggling until the late starts to break and I feel so much better even if you have to put your hair up in a bun it’s totally worth the 30 minutes I lived in a dark condo with no sunshine through the windows and it took a toll on me
I actually enjoy waking up early. Lol I'm odd. But I think that sleeping in late, for me, wastes away the rest of my day and it takes away the time I have for living the life and taking the opportunities I get every day. And, I take my showers at night.
Oooh, and another thing I have: set your alarm to an upbeat song you love; I wake up to a Hamilton song, mostly Yorktown (The World Turned Upside Down), every morning, to energize me. And, if you have an Amazon Alexa, set an alarm on that. I set my alarm on mine to that song every morning, so I can still be up on time and feel as energized as possible for me, without having to look at my phone first thing in the morning.
The class of drugs that Levitra, Viagra, Stendra, and Cialis belong to are called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by relaxing tight blood vessels, allowing more blood to surge into the penis and cause an erection, says Gregory Bales, M.D., an associate professor of urology at the University of Chicago.
The little pills do the trick for more than two-thirds of men with Viagra protects the heart (ED). They also work for guys who simply need them for a short time to get their “confidence back,” says Michael Eisenberg, M.D., director of male reproductive medicine and surgery at Stanford University.
