Hubble Sees Rare 'Einstein Cross' Image Of Distant Supernova

A rare trick of the light caused by the gravity of a distant galaxy caused Hubble to see four images of the same supernova at once. Newsy Science ... MORE info please! I'm not going to thumbs down Newsy Science for this video. However; they provide almost zero information in this video, it's as if they didn't do any research at all. Questions: Why are 4 images so unlikely? Why not 5 or 7 or a halo? Does the brightness of each image change sanctimoniously?

+Rob Sinclaire What do you mean by “what”? Do you not understand my questions? One question in particular?
