- The first thing I noticed was that my digestive system started to wake up instantly, even before I finished my drink!
- Another thing that surprised me was how much my mood changed after drinking lemon water. I used to be a hardcore night owl who couldn't stand mornings. But after 30 days of the experiment, everything changed!

I know you need to do whatever it takes to become healthy but drinking lemons that I detest with warm water seems to be a receipe to throw up. Yuk!!! But I'm going to try it with the cucumbers to make it more palatable.

I did this before and it worked. I also lift weights 5 times a week and cardio twice a week and followed a low carb diet. Lemon alone will not work. Its a no brainer. You have to have a strict diet and exercise program. Lazy people depend on easy solutions and not exerting effort to live a healthy lifestyle.

I've been drinking lemon water with honey for about 2 weeks now and I think the biggest benefit was becoming a morning person :D I've been happier, talking to people, and having less trouble waking up in the morning! I've been very depressed before as I have depression and I've been skipping school a lot due to not having motivation and being bullied but these past two weeks have been so much better ever since I started drinking lemon water! I have been drinking warm lemon water in the morning and at night I drink the green juice from blended cucumber, mint, lemon and ginger.
Within one month I see the results... my complexion, metabolism and I feel energetic every morning.
😂 1:59 why would you drink lemon water to cleanse but eat pig flesh (aka bacon), liquid chicken (aka eggs with cholesterol) and toast with a big pat of butter ( aka oil with hormones). Doesn't make sense to drink healthy but eat animals.
