okay i stopped eating sugar for a little more of an month now and i can say that u will have ALOT less craving for sugar which is good, but the first 1-2 weeks was hard i cheated the first day. You need to have alot of willpower, and also my mom said that i am becoming alot smaller.
I quit sugar long time ago and yes my skin looks healthy and I lost weight , but I didn't cut carbs , I just eat healthy carbs , whole grains , beans and vegetables , also I eat fruits but the trick is to calculate your macros (protein ,carbs , fats) plus sugar and calories , women can consume 25g of sugar per day ,men 35 g or less if you are following a 2000 cal diet , for an example there are 23g of sugar in a large apple !!! If you want to eat more than one kind of fruit, don't eat the whole fruit , eat half of a banana , quarter of an apple and so on , and there are low sugar fruits , like Strawberry's and blackberries ,muskmelon , kiwis , grapefruit , watermelon etc.. , calculate your macros plus sugar , eat whole food REAL FOOD and your health is going to improve ..
Look up the Ketogenic diet on YouTube. Your body will switch over to burning fat rather than sugar and you won't even crave it. Works for me. You can still have extremely dark chocolate which I love, and coffee.
Its really true i stop eating sugar (ofcourse the sugar we get from factories and industries, Natural sugar present in fruits are best source for energy production) from 16 August till yet i didnt take any of it and my skin become clear and more shiny. My digestion improve great. I feel very energetic now!

I eat ice cream every night around 5 Pm is that bad? And my favorite candy is chocolate and I also drink chocolate milk every night before bed and in the morning to take my pills so I think I'm taking too much sugar but I love all of these things and it's kind of like a traditional thing,is it bad for my health?
Sugar has been said to be more addictive than heroin, we must treat it as such and do our utmost to eliminate it from our diet, our lives and the quality and length of life literally depends on it. It is very difficult to eliminate an addiction and it will not be easy, but worth it. I started by reducing it a bit at a time, i.e. in herbal tea started with 6 tablespoons, to 3, to 3 teaspoons to honey. I have always hated it when something or someone else controlled me, but I found that if cold turkey doesn't work, then reducing as I was able works easier and I am in control. It still isn't easy, just easier. I wish all those who have this issue luck and hope that it will help, because it can save your life. This is not poppycock, it's the truth.

Actually mam, you don't need to skip all that at a time but take this time to time, not everyday. Skip raw sugar permanently, you can use organic honey instead, it would be 1 tbsp 3 days in a week. If you go to supershop then you will find measurements of using sugar on the packet of that product about the percentage of sugar is used. You can find the chart in google. Or if you don't find it in then ping me at mail.

Actually I don't tell you to skip every sugary object from your life but do a little bit measurement. Yes without sugar our body won't work. That's I'm telling you, you can take honey 1 tablespoon, but don't take sugar cube or excessive sugar. I think you understand this.
Beo Green Every thing we eat is good for our health! Its how much we cosume! If we should stop eating everything with that has a little sugar we would die!
