I've been diagnosed with hyper thyroidism treated 2 years ago. Take a pill every morning, since I broke my left foot also in 2015, I've had a bloating problem. Had to stay off my feet alot. Do you have a guess why I may be bloated?

I have had tremendous success with gastric upsets being eliminated by separating proteins from carbohydrates and sugars, never eating them together. Also separating fruits from meat proteins /Eating fruits and meats separately except when papain and/or bromelain from papaya and pineapple is needed to help tenderize it. Eating fruits and dairy separately. Drinking fluids 30 minutes before or 30 minutes AFTER eating, giving your digestive juices an undiluted chance at tjorough digestion. Drinking only sips of water throughout a meal if needed - only if needed - to swallow a bite, so that digestive juices are more concentrated.
And No more 2% milk for me; the protein that is needed to digest the milk has been eliminated from 2% or 1% milk - whole milk is the way to go - it contains that protein that will help you digest cow milk, but goat milk is better for humans and much more digestible anyway - no gas for me!
So meats and green leafy - not sweet corn, potatoes, yam type - vegetables together, good; any vegetables and fruits, good; meats and milk OK unless you're Jewish - for some reason that's not allowed; meats and carbs in combination NOT GOOD. Fruits and dairy not good. Vegetables and dairy not good.
The reason being is that these combinations that are not good required different digestive juices and cause certain chemical reactions in the belly that oppose one another and cause the bloat or yeast in the digestive tract and other complicated things that I'm not good at re-telling.
Belly bloat can also be from insulin resistance which is definitely something to look into; there are natural solutions and there are pharmaceutical medical solutions. I prefer the natural way.

If your general physician does not suggest you go to an endocrinologist, bring it up to him or her as a solution and to stave off all of the potential health risks.
As I can see it these people all have excess amounts of belly fat. I have gas regularly. Passing gas is a sign of a healthy boimass in the gut. If you are getting enough unsoluable fiber some degree of gas is normal. If you never have flatulance your diet is bad.
I only eat healthy foods. Expample : like cakes, pies.pizza,cream cheese on bagels,in n out burgers animal style, and only drink diet coke. Im a svelt 369lbs and would not say im out of shape, just in the shape of a ball. I dont have a six pack but a nice size keg for a belly.
Bullshit..the real cause for most people nowadays is Monsanto GMO CORN! It causes allergies of your stomach! It causes the bloating, ibs, weak intestines, etc. You have to just eliminate anything that says it has corn additive of any kind! Real food, not canned or processed is the best way to go! Meats, vegetables EXCEPT corn is ok. If you see something says GMO on it, DONT eat it or buy it!
Bloating could be caused by SIBO or H.Pylori. Too much bacteria in the gut and the waste that the "living" bacteria puts out can cause bloating and all kinds of health problems. Get checked for SIBO and/or SIBO
call your doctor ?are you kidding? that's not how it works.you call the clinic make a appointment days or weeks down the road.then you go see them and they dont know jack shit about diet will refer you to a dietitian who are wishy washy and know less than him . need to do your own research and trial and errors least then you'll be working with someone who has a fessed interest ,"yourself" good luck
