🤷🏼 What’s The Best Exercise For Preventing Erectile Dysfunction?
I get asked a lot of questions about working out and how to make muscles stronger, bigger, and so forth. And today, I want to reply back to a question from someone who asked something similar, but about a different type of “muscle”:
“... are they any exercises that I can do, that will help improve blood flow to my penis and make it stronger, so it will stay hard longer. Unfortunately, I suffer from some erectile problems. Sometimes I can’t even get hard and other times, I can’t stay erect long enough to satisfy my wife and it’s really starting to make me depressed and cause problems in my relationship. I don’t want to take any drugs, just do it naturally. Any suggestions Dr. Sam?”
To answer your question, yes… There are exercises you can do that will improve your erections and actually help prevent erectile dysfunction.
Even though this may “sound weird” or “impossible” or “not likely” to many people, there are thousands of people who have gotten great results. And it even works for women, to help enhance an orgasm.
While for men, it does both - improve erection strength AND enhance your orgasim.
Please keep in mind that almost everything in the body requires a MUSCLE to make it function correctly.
Your body moves and is held together by muscles.
Your eyes, mouth, breathing and so forth are all done because of muscles
Even your hearing is also partly dependent on muscles inside the ear canal.
And of course, your heart is a muscle and so is your penis. Yes, some will say it’s an “organ”, just like the heart. But it’s also up to 50% smooth muscle.1
In fact, there are even specific exercises you can do, that can make your penis bigger - in both length and girth. I will be releasing a multi-part video series about this topic in a few weeks… Proven ways to make your penis bigger …
So if this is something you’re interested in, please make sure you’re subscribed to this channel and click the bell-icon, so you’ll be notified once the videos are available and released.
Anyway, getting back to today’s topic… There’s actually one great exercise you can do right now, anywhere, anytime, anyplace and it requires no equipment. Which will for sure help improve your erections and help prevent erectile dysfunction.
And it’s a video I created before and it’s super popular because it’s very effective - it’s called “#1 Exercise For Preventing Erectile Dysfunction & Improving Your “Performance” In The Bedroom”

Hello dear dr sam... I have a wart on my penis and it was before two years but i ignored it.... i went to two drs they saw it and said its ok leave it and one of them gave me cream but its useless and one said to me leave it but if you want i can remove them in laser any time... so my question is (is it normal to leave it) or maybe it will be cancerous? And also btw i started seeing more warts develop on my penis.
Great video! Reminds me of how I had low T problems. I had really bad erectile dysfunction problems too when I had low Testosterone. Good thing it naturally WITHOUT drugs. If I can do it, you can too. If you’re interested, just send me an email: email@example.com
Dr Sam, when I wear the condom I can't hold my erection, I haven't start the exercise from the other video, but If I still did, my erection will last longer while wearind tho condom or this is based on my psychology?
In my opinion, porn and masterbation is the real reason why men have ED issues. Guys in their 20's and 30's should not be having problems with getting a hard erection, especially while having sex. I "firmly" believe that ED is caused by an arousal issue. Men have traded natural sexual tendencies for more fantasy sex (aka too much porn). Then when it comes time for "real" sex, they can't get hard because they can't naturally get aroused anymore. Their brain is so used to the fantasy and self gratification. Just my humble opinion.
What if you are no longer attracted to your partner and even if she is naked in front of you, you don't feel that urge to have sex. However any woman apart from your partner is so so attractive that you get exited by their mere presence.
+Eddie Aguinaga Bro thanks for the response! How many reps,do them slow right, dpvyoh do them flaccid, half way, ect, any other important tips? Also are you sure its not any natural growth, how old are you if you dont mind me asking? Also I wanna be sure I don't break anything and make it hard to get erections again, that's my biggest fear.. Thanks man any additional info would be really appreciated.
I don't think you are a real person. Prove me wrong 'Sam Robbins'.
All of your videos never show you talking...just a voice over for some supplement marketing company. Even the internet turns up no solid information, only infomercials. Shame on you for deceiving people for profit.
I don’t know what other folks saw, but I was treated to a giant wang right there in my subscription feed! If I was at work, that’d have gotten me fired.
Please, for the love of all that’s good and decent, go easy on the NSFW thumbnails.
Random tip.. so I went for a mile fast run yesterday and was breathing super heavily. Then I drank a cup of red wine cuz I thought I might be getting sex later, but I didn’t, but any way I had a RAGING, hard, enlarged boner, and it it was so big it hurt. It was throbbing with every heart beat, it’s like with every pump from the heart my dick swelled it was the weirdest erection I think I’ve ever had. So I jacked off, still there, literally wouldn’t go away for the next 30 minutes after ejaculating twice 😂 so yea. Weird but there you go.
The class of drugs that Levitra, Viagra, Stendra, and Cialis belong to are called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by relaxing tight blood vessels, allowing more blood to surge into the penis and cause an erection, says Gregory Bales, M.D., an associate professor of urology at the University of Chicago.
The little pills do the trick for more than two-thirds of men with Viagra protects the heart (ED). They also work for guys who simply need them for a short time to get their “confidence back,” says Michael Eisenberg, M.D., director of male reproductive medicine and surgery at Stanford University.
