You’ll need to decrease your caloric intake by changing your diet, as consuming only multivitamin on a daily basis cannot make you lose weight. Go for healthy fats, complex carbohydrates and lean protein in addition to 30-40 minutes exercise on most days of the week. This will help your body burn fat, as well as produce lean muscle.
