::: http://nuralis.com/prenatal ::: Limited Time Offer: Get 20% Off Immediately With Coupon Code "KT8XKZXY" When To Start Taking Prenatal Vitamins? It is recommended to take prenatal vitamins as early as 3 months before becoming pregnant. This means even before you’re trying to conceive as this can help to prevent birth defects. The problem is that over 50% of pregnancies are unplanned. So you really need to be careful and make sure you get enough folic acid. ::: http://nuralis.com/prenatal ::: Limited Time Offer: Get 20% Off Immediately With Coupon Code "KT8XKZXY" That’s why most healthcare providers recommend to all women of childbearing age, whether trying to conceive or not, to take the right multivitamin. Simply because folic acid helps protect against neural tube defects. Neural tube defects are problems that impact the spinal cord and brain development of your baby. It’s crucial for women who get pregnant to already have enough folic acid in their body because the neural tube develops around the first month of the pregnancy. ::: http://nuralis.com/prenatal ::: Limited Time Offer: Get 20% Off Immediately With Coupon Code "KT8XKZXY" Other benefits of an early intake of prenatal vitamins are prevention of anemia thanks to the iron they contain a boost of the immune system thanks to their vitamin C and zinc. Starting a pregnancy supplement before even getting pregnant can ensure the protection of your baby in her first days and weeks. These first moments in your baby’s life are crucial for the future development of the fetus. Deficiencies during these initial stages can result in birth defects and even miscarriage. That’s why as soon as you find out that you’re pregnant, you should start to take prenatal vitamins immediately. ::: http://nuralis.com/prenatal ::: Limited Time Offer: Get 20% Off Immediately With Coupon Code "KT8XKZXY"

My name is Erika and welcome to my YouTube channel. I've had this channel since 2009 but only started uploading regularly last year. I am a born and raised New Yorker. I've been a performer my whole life and in 2009 was offered the job of a lifetime - performing for Disney Cruise Line. Over three years with the company, I portrayed some of Disney's most beloved characters, danced my heart out, and met my husband! In 2013, I moved up to Toronto, Canada and studied for my full STOTT Pilates certification. Then, that summer, my husband and I got our first apartment on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, NY! In December 2013, my husband (then boyfriend) came home from his last ship contract and proposed! We got married at The Russian Tea Room in New York City on January 24th, 2015. We love adventure, and after 3 years living in Manhattan, in May 2016, we moved down to Celebration, Florida! In December 2016, I danced in the Macy's Holiday Parade at Universal Studios and had the time of my life! Although we've loved Florida, in May 2017, we moved back to New York to be closer to family and friends. In June 2017, we got the best news in the world - that we were expecting our first baby due March 2018. We are so excited that our little family is growing! PHEW.. So that's my story! I don't know what adventures lie ahead but I am SO excited to share them with all of you!

Mens Conception Vitamins | Best Multivitamin For Male Fertility

01:09
Our recommended Mens Conception Vitamins can be found here: http://tinyurl.com/y7nry6fx Many couples who try to conceive focus on the pre-conception health of the expectant mother, often ignoring the importance of male health prior to conception. The health of the future parent plays a vital role in the baby's future health. Like their partners, men should eat healthy foods, exercise and leave bad habits such as smoking. Certain mens conception vitamins when they try to conceive, and can be acquired through a healthy diet and supplements. In addition to the mens conception vitamins we have named in this video, there are certain minerals that favor the reproductive function of the organism. Zinc plays an important role, as it has been shown that low levels of this mineral can reduce the volume of semen and the level of testosterone in man. We find it in meats, whole grains, seafood, peas, oats. For its part, selenium prevents chromosomal abnormalities and increases sperm count. It is found in red meat, chicken, fish, whole grains and tuna. Also iodine, present in sea products, as well as iron, present in meats and spinach, and calcium, which favors the mobility of spermatozoa are beneficial minerals to improve fertility. Breaking News - Vitamin D supplements could help women conceive

07:11
Experts at Birmingham University found women undergoing fertility treatment were 33 per cent more likely to have a baby if their vitamin D levels were healthy. They said the findings may explain why people tend to find it easier to conceive in the summer, when vitamin D levels are boosted by the sun’s rays. The NHS already recommends women who are pregnant or trying to conceive take daily vitamin D supplements for the sake of the development of their baby. But the new findings, published in the Human Reproduction journal, suggests it also might help them conceive in the first place.Only 26% of women have sufficient vitamin D levelsCrucially, they found three in four women trying for a baby were deficient in vitamin D.The researchers examined the records of 2,700 women undergoing IVF and other forms of fertility treatment.Their data - compiled from 11 previous studies - suggested women who had sufficient levels of vitamin D in their blood were 46 per cent more likely to become pregnant and 33 per cent more likely to have a live birth. The scientists said it was likely similar results would be found among those attempting to conceive naturally.Researcher Dr Ioannis Gallos, a reproductive specialist in Birmingham, stressed they had only found a link connected to blood tests - and had not actually tested whether supplements would boost fertility. He called for a full randomised control trial to establish whether vitamin D can indeed improve the chances of conceiving. But he said: ‘Women should follow the national guidance on this and take a low-dose vitamin D supplement. And if they are concerned they are deficient they can get tested.’He added: ‘One startling finding was the high prevalence of vitamin D deficiency among these women.‘We found that only 26 per cent of women in the studies had sufficient concentrations of vitamin D.’The researchers believe vitamin D may help dampen the immune system’s inflammatory response, improving the chances that an embryo successfully implants in the lining of the womb at the very start of pregnancy. They wrote: ‘Seasonal variations in conception rates have been established with higher conception rates found in the summer and autumn.‘Although many hypotheses have been postulated to explain this phenomenon the exact mechanism behind this has not been explained.‘It is possible that an increase in sun exposure and greater sunlight luminosity increases the body’s store of vitamin D, thereby yielding higher conception rates in summer and autumn.’Vitamin D is produced naturally by the skin when it soaks up the sun’s rays - but experts are worried Britain’s poor weather and modern indoor lifestyles mean we are not getting enough sunlight.Oily fish such as sardines or mackerel, red meat, liver or eggs are all rich in vitamin D.But fewer people are now eating these foods, and one in five people in Britain now have low levels of the vitamin D.The vitamin is particularly important during pregnancy, and is already known to affect the way a baby’s bones grow in the womb. But very few women trying for a baby actually follow NHS advice to take a supplement.Government advisors last year extended the guidelines to suggest that all adults - not just pregnant women - should consider taking vitamin D supplements over the winter, to avoid bone diseases such as rickets.Fellow researcher Dr Justin Chu said women should beware taking very high doses of vitamin D in a bid to conceive - as it is possible to overdose. The NHS recommended d1

Can one diet if trying for conception? - Dr. Sangeeta Gomes

02:19
One should pay attention to weight and diet, maintain good habits, use pre natal vitamins and folic acid, maintain healthy weight. Always bring about healthy diet changes to ensure that the baby is good and healthy. Eat balanced diet and eat servings of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, cereals, calcium rich food containing zinc, vitamin C, E, folic acid, nuts and legumes. Fish is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, but be careful. Avoid the fishes which are having high levels of mercury like the shark fish, mackerel, tilefish. Avoid processed meats, smoked and raw meats. Occasional glass of beer and a glass of wine would not affect the conception. Cut out on alcohol and smoking, caffeine, soda as they would harm the foetus. Take your doctor’s advice regarding prenatal vitamins and folic acid. 400 to 600 micrograms of folic acid to be taken three months prior to conception. Deficiency of vitamin D and B12 to be looked into. BMI should be noted. If obese and overweight make plans for dieting, have low fat food, high fibre diet, regular exercise, go for morning and evening walks, drink lot of water. Try for weight loss of ½ kg to 1 kg per week till you attain your adequate BMI. Over weight can lead to various other problems like PCOD, increased high blood pressure, miss carriage, gestational diabetes and preeclampsia. Take simple measures in your life like avoid lift and use the staircase, get down one bus stand before and walk to home, go for morning and evening walk with your partner, avoid chocolates, cakes, chips, cheese, butter and all the junk foods, avoid binge eating and binge drinking on weekends.

07:52
Nowadays infertility is becoming very common issue in many women’s due to bad lifestyle, poor diet, hormonal imbalance, lack of physical exercise and many other unknown factors. Therefore to boost fertility women should be very cautious towards their diet plan & life style. Food and fertility are inherently linked. An effective diet helps regulate the body’s hormones and improve a woman’s health, growing her likelihood of conceiving a child. Here we have listed top 10 fertility-boosting foods packed with the most important vitamins and minerals for a healthy reproductive system. Eggs are a good source of high-quality protein, vitamin D, vitamin B12, carotenoids, omega-3 fats, phosphorus and riboflavin. Vitamin D content in eggs plays a vital role in boosting fertility. What is fertility diet? - Dr. Manjunath C S

06:44
When you are trying to conceive to have a healthy baby, you have a fertility diet which is as essential as trying for pregnancy itself means to say that when you are going through procedures such as IVF or IUI, you need to follow certain diet which can increase your success rate of achieving pregnancy either in IUI or IVF. Couple should take this opportunity to change their who lifestyle and to change their food habits, it is great opportunity to change their entire lifestyle. So let us see what foo to eat and how these nutrients will help us to achieve the high success rate. The hormones we need to bound the good quality sperm and the good a=quality egg are built up from the diet what we eat. So I we are eating a nutritious diet and if your hormones are formed in the proper way, then iot will achieve a good quality egg and a good quality sperm. Many studies have shown that if you have a peoore diet, it wil reduce your iscarriage rate and increase the chances of gettimg healthy baby.the antioixants in the fid wl kill the free radicals tha are present in the sperm and the egg so atht your sperm and egg will remin halehty and certain toxins added to the food also can harm your sperms and egg. For fertility diet, there is no particular formula food. There is only a certain alteration of your normal diet. If it is possible try to add more of organic vegetables and organic fruits. Dairy products, have organic grass feed full fat dairy products, not the processed dairy products, so this will increase the chances of conceiving pregnancies, in cases of PCOD and endometriosis, avoid soya proteins, avoid red meat especially increases of endometriosis. Try to include whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, quinoa. If you want to add fish to your diet, try to have a cold water fish like halibut, salmon and cod fish. In every meals, try to add high fiber diet like fresh vegetables and fruits. Coming to nutrients proper, if you want to have vitamin A, vitamin C, we need to see what exactly is a particular diet so that all these are increased in your body so that your systems work in a proper way to achieve pregnancy. For Vitamin E, have sea foods, sunflower seeds, almonds, olives, spinach. When it comes to Vitamin D, dairy products, egg, fatty fish and slight exposure to the natural sunlight. CoQ10 is also very important for the sperm quality is not there in your food. So it is better to take it as a tablet supplement. For Vitamin C, Indian gooseberries, citric fruits, cranberry etc.inc is very much required for the sperm motility and sperm production. Most of our diets are lacking in this micro mineral. It is mostly present in the non-veg food items like the calf liver, but most of the vegetarian people will lack this particular micronutrients zinc. So what you can add is a pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and the have zinc in that. But if it is not sufficient there it is better to have the tablet of zinc. Another is the folic acid, which is required to reduce the neural tubal defects on the baby. This particular nutrient is available in the lentils peas, spinach and like, there are certain foods to avoid when you are trying for pregnancy. Soya proteins should be avoided especially if you are a hypothyroid, you should totally avoid soya proteins. next is critic fruits like papaya, jackfruit, pineapple , try to avid these when you are trying for pregnancy and canned processed foods like processed dairy predicts like sugars , soda, canned juices you need to avoid. You need to avoid milk genetically modified foods ,GMO like beet, brinjals are known to have effects on your sperm quality and you need to avoid caffeine is, like drinking a lot of tea or too much of coffee. If you are going to have more than 5 cups of tea and coffee, it will have effects on the egg and sperm quality.
How long should I be taking a prenatal vitamin?

01:23
A lot of women want to know what they can do to help increase the chances that they and their baby will be healthy during pregnancy and that's good to start thinking about it before you even get pregnant because that's the right time to start taking a prenatal vitamin. A prenatal vitamin has lots of vitamins and minerals in it, obviously, but it also has something specific: folic acid. You need to pick a prenatal vitamin that has at least 400 micrograms in it and take one daily before you get pregnant. Anyone who is of childbearing age who might possibly get pregnant, whether they mean to or not, should be taking one. Because folic acid or folate is a necessary part of a baby's development and if there is not enough of it in the mother's circulation early in pregnancy, before a mom even knows she's pregnant, it puts the baby at high risk for neural tube defects and the most common one we hear about is spina bifida so that's why it's so important for every woman to take a prenatal vitamin every day before she gets pregnant, during pregnancy, and even after because you're likely to be breastfeeding and even if you're not breastfeeding, again, until you're out of your childbearing years it's good to take one all the time in case you were to get pregnant. If you have any other questions for me feel free to ask them on our Facebook page at facebook.com/intermountainmoms and recommend us to your friends and family too.

Top 5 Super foods to Boost Fertility

03:34
Top 5 Superfoods to Boost Fertility Having a baby is one of life’s most desired and precious events. So when you struggle to become pregnant, it can take a toll. Fortunately, the solution may be closer at hand than you think. Food and fertility are intrinsically linked. A proper diet helps regulate hormones and improve a woman’s health, increasing her chances of getting pregnant. Also, a properly planned diet helps prepare a woman’s body for pregnancy and can even prevent miscarriages. Here are the top 5 superfoods to boost fertility. 1. Brown Rice Brown rice is a good source of complex carbohydrates, which will help improve a woman’s fertility by promoting regular ovulation. In a six-year study of 18,000 Harvard nurses, researchers found that those who ate white rice were 92% more likely to experience infertility compared with those who ate brown rice. Also, brown rice contains a good amount of folic acid, which aids in blood production and is very important for preventing neural tube defects in newborn babies. Try to include brown rice in your diet three times a week for your overall health. 2. Whole Milk If you are trying to conceive, stop drinking skim milk as it has been found to promote infertility. Instead, opt for whole milk, which contains a good amount of calcium that is great for reproductive health as well as your bones. Also, whole milk has fats that are needed for pregnancy. If you do not like whole milk, you can include full-fat ice cream, yogurt or cottage cheese in your diet to get similar benefits. Drink one glass of whole milk per day to give your body the required calcium and improve your chances of getting pregnant. 3. Olive Oil The monounsaturated fat present in olive oil helps improve the body’s sensitivity to insulin and reduce inflammation; both of these are good for fertility. A study done at the Harvard School of Public Health found that higher intake of monounsaturated fat is directly linked to higher odds of live birth. So, women undergoing infertility treatment must include olive oil in their diet plan. 4. Broccoli According to a study published in Fertility and Sterility, vitamin C-enriched foods are highly essential for those who are planning to conceive. Due to its high content of vitamin C, broccoli can help boost fertility. In men, vitamin C improves sperm quality and protects sperm from DNA damage. In women, it helps reduce the chance of miscarriage and chromosomal problems. Also, broccoli is rich in B vitamins as well as calcium, iron, and zinc that are highly essential for women wanting to conceive when they are in their mid-30s or older. 5. Oysters Oysters are an excellent source of zinc, a highly essential nutrient for those who are trying to conceive. In males, zinc helps increase testosterone and semen levels. Zinc deficiency in the body has been found to disrupt normal menstrual cycles in women and slow down the production of good quality sperm in men. Also, according to the Centers for Disease Control’s Assisted Reproductive Technology report, low levels of zinc in women have been directly linked to miscarriage in the early stages of a pregnancy. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Our Social Links: Subscribe To Our Channel : https://goo.gl/7YPKcz For more tips see our blog: https://naturalhealthcarenhc.blogspot.com like us in Facebook: https://goo.gl/MmjtyD Follow us on twitter: https://goo.gl/USDg3k Google plus: https://goo.gl/B5B2oz Special thanks to: http://www.top10homeremedies.com If you found this information cool, useful or valuable please hit share and let your friends benefit from this as well!

Getting Pregnant with Twins naturally, with PCOS (my story) already 3 months!!

13:07
I wanted to share my story when i found out i was pregnant for the second time. Not only was i able to conceive twins this time around, but i did not take any supplements, diet nor exercise for the time being. PCOS is the condition that many women have that usually unables them to bare children. But although that is what most say, i am here to disagree. Do not let you PCOS stop you from being the mother you have always wanted to be. Please keep me in your prayers as i begin my journey through this twin pregnancy!
