Unfortunately, this is only the start and if this is all you did (increase testosterone), you’d actually cause more harm than good. In fact, this is why almost all “testosterone boosting” products don’t work or only work for a couple of weeks - because your body quickly adapts when you only focus on “increasing your testosterone” What you want is to optimize numerous hormones at the same time, so you have the same hormonal ratios and amounts to when you were a teenager and you looked, felt and performed the best. So, here’s what you need to do: The first thing you want to do is increase your “Free” testosterone levels, in addition to your “total” testosterone. Basically, think of your total testosterone as your gross income and your “free” testosterone as your NET income -- the money you keep after expenses and taxes. Both should be high, but what matters most is your free testosterone or your, “net” income. The second thing you need to do is lower negative, “anti-testosterone” hormones. Estrogen - the female hormone is one of them. As this goes up, your testosterone goes down. Also, the ratio matters because most men over the age of 35 start to become more estrogen dominant and thus, they feel and act less “manly” - including in the bedroom. The become more emotional and less driven. Prolactin - this is another female hormone that goes up as you age. The lower it is, the more often and frequently you can get an erection and orgasim - similar to when you were a teenager. Cortisol - next you want to lower the stress hormone, cortisol. Let’s face it, we live in a stressful word. And when cortisol is higher, your body will temporarily shut down testosterone levels, so you can survive. But since we are under constant stress - your testosterone is constantly minimized due to the increased cortisol and stress hormones. Dopamine - this is not a hormone, but a neurotransmitter. However, it’s a powerful emotional stimulatory of sex drive and libido. Sadly, because of the internet, porn, caffeine, alcohol and various drugs, and of course aging -- most people’s dopamine production has dramatically decreased AND receptor sensitivity is also minimized. This kills your “drive” -- both emotionally and sexually. Nitric Oxide / Blood Flow - finally, by optimizing these hormones that I’ve mentioned today and also taking some specific supplement, you’ll improve your nitric oxide levels which increases blood flow to the penis and clitoris. This is in fact, how drugs like Cialis and Viagra work. Unfortunately, these drugs have side-effects and they don’t work in 40% of the users - ironically, the older you are the less the work - and that’s when you need it the most. What’s The Solution? As you can see, this can get complicated. This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. However, the bottom line is that you need to have optimal levels of your anti-aging, “pro-sexual” hormones such as total and free testosterone levels. And if you’re over the 30, then I can guarantee that your “youth” hormones just aren’t where they used to be and are going lower and lower each year. Inducing Labor Naturally
Only around 5% of babies are born on their expected delivery date and about half of them in the 2 weeks after the EDD. If you’ve reached or passed your expected delivery date (40 weeks of pregnancy), natural methods of induction are possible to stimulate labour or to ripen the cervix, especially when this is done to avoid undergoing a caesarean section. Every development day your baby spends in your womb is important, particularly for their lung development, but after the 42-weeks mark, it becomes dangerous for the baby to stay inside the womb, and labor has to be induced. But please be warned that: Inducing labor before 39 weeks increases the risk of complications of prematurity including difficulties with respiration, infection, feeding, jaundice, neonatal intensive care unit admissions, and perinatal death. Important note prior to trying any labor induction method is to get a medical checkup and to have an approval from your doctor, especially if your pregnancy is high-risk. So here are some methods for natural induction of labour: 1. Sex Sex is commonly suggested for natural induction due to semen containing prostaglandins – which help to ripen the cervix. But just make sure that ejaculation happens inside the vagina and that the membranes are intact (in other words, your water didn’t break). Also, the female orgasm can be effective. Orgasm induces the release of oxytocin– the labour hormone. So, feel free to pleasure yourself. 2. Acupuncture Acupuncture has been used successfully to induce labor in overdue pregnancy. Induction using acupuncture generally works within 6-48 hours of having your treatment. You might end up needing one to three sessions though. 3. Acupressure and Induction Massage A Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner can show your partner how to apply acupressure or induction massage to induce labor. 4. Nipple Stimulation Nipple stimulation produces oxytocin and can produce some strong effects, so you can try stimulating your nipples (including your areola, as a baby would when sucking) with your fingers, massaging one at a time. You can also ask your partner for some help! Massage the first nipple for 5 minutes, then wait around 15 mins before doing more. 5. Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) زيت زهرة الربيع المسائية Evening Primrose Oil has similar effect to prostaglandin, which helps to induce labor. It can be used orally and/or vaginally. An oral dosage is 2 of 500mg capsules daily. If you are taking it vaginally, you can do it by inserting 2 capsules directly to the cervix before bed. You might like to wear a pad or liner as it can get messy. 6. Castor Oil Castor oil acts as a stimulant to the bowels, which irritates the uterus and causes contractions. The side effects from castor oil can include: • diarrhea • vomiting Some practitioners do not recommend castor oil because of potential side effects like dehydration (from loose stools and/or vomiting), fetal distress and meconium in the baby. It is always wise to talk to your midwife or doctor about how to use castor oil before doing so. You can blend the castor oil with various fruit juices and ice. Though the higher volume of drink, the more you have to drink. Some women prefer just to do shots of castor oil and wash it down with juice or another drink. Some suggest that you use a warmer drink to remove the oily film from your mouth. You can also add it to an omelet with salsa. Typically mothers spend a lot of time in the bathroom with diarrhea before noticing contractions. Though these contractions do not always progress to full blown labor. This can be seen as a type of cervical ripening agent anyway, which is a good step towards inducing labor soon. 7. Black Cohosh عشبة الكوهوش السوداء Black Cohosh is a herb used to encourage contractions and facilitate labour. Please note that the wrong dose may cause problems, so always consult your therapist. 8. Raspberry Leaf ورق التوت You can drink it as a tea. It’s safe and can be taken from the 12th week of pregnancy. 9. Spices: Curry and Cinnammon Can get the labour started. But be aware of the fact that it can cause diarrhea. Add to a meal of your liking. 10. Dates! A study has found out that the consumption of 6 dates daily in the last 4 weeks before labour significantly reduced the need for induction and augmentation of labour. 11. Pineapples: eat fresh pineapples. Tropical fruits like pineapple, mango and papaya contain an enzyme that is said to help soften the cervix, stimulate muscle contractions, and for shortening labor. Eating large amount of fresh pineapple can also kick start your digestive system, which is also said to be a way to kick start labor. 11. Thinking back to the last time you were newly in love, it will come as no surprise to you that the chemicals released into the blood when you were in the attraction stage are very different than those released later in the relationship. Scientists are beginning to identify not only the chemicals involved with "being in love" but also the parts of the brain that are activated. It seems to be an explanation for the anecdotal seven year itch. Well, actually it's anywhere from 4 to 7, depending on the scientist or journal you are reading. According to researchers, lust, is the sensation that causes us to go out looking for a mate. It's the chemicals estrogen and testosterone that are at work here. Then there's attraction or being "love struck" . This is the part where you lose your appetite, can't sleep, get sweaty palms and higher heart rate etc. This keeps us going back for more of this person. The love chemicals at this stage are mostly the same ones that are increased whenever we have a new adventure or excitement: the monoamines. These include dopamine, norepinephidrine, phenylethylamine (PEA) and serotonin. Basically, these affect us as if taking amphetamines, stimulants and painkillers! Dopamine makes us feel happy while serotonin and norepinephidrine make us feel more excited. PEA is the big player here which excites us and helps the transition from lust to love. It's this chemical rush caused by PEA that creates the addiction to being in love we here so much about (Isn't there a song title of the same name?). Some people jump from relationship to relationship just for the high of the in love feeling. No doubt, the in love chemicals are HARD and addictive drugs. Alas, after a couple of years of the excitement stage, comes the attachment stage. These processes overlap one another in that the in love chemicals don't just disappear but lessen over time and are replaced with other chemicals. At this stage, oxytocin,, the same chemical involved in childbirth and bonding to the infant, shows up in the blood of both men and women . This stage is often referred to as the attachment stage. Another is ASMR’s effect itself: described by many as a satisfying tingle running from the top of your head down your spine. Its cause is a variety of sensory stimuli, from the sound of whispering to the sight of someone combing their own hair. And if it’s true, who doesn’t want to feel good and relaxed? The actual term “ASMR” was coined by healthcare IT professional Jenn Allen, who also started a research institute dedicated to analyzing the euphoric phenomenon. The “orgasm” association isn’t necessarily sexual, but ASMR does feel comparably good. Each individual responds to sensory triggers differently but in general ASMR is described as meditative and soothing. Trigger examples include: light sounds of crinkling, a person whispering slowly, or someone completing a task with personal attention, like painting or cutting hair. ASMR is described much like synesthesia, the phenomenon where one sense produces the experience of another. Like when you hear a musical note as a color, or see a letter as a flavor. The merger of these senses is extreme compared to normal sensations. And not everyone can experience it. And like synaesthesia once dealt with, ASMR is having trouble getting recognition in the scientific community. In fact, because the term isn’t medically recognized, there’s been a prolonged battle over whether it should even have a Wikipedia entry. Research on ASMR is still in its infancy, but neuroscientist Steven Novella has written about it recently, believing it likely has real neurological causes that could potentially be miniature seizures or hardwired evolutionary reactions. Other people theorize that dopamine or serotonin are involved, or that it’s a bonding phenomenon connected to mother-child nurturing, releasing the hormone oxytocin. The sound of a young woman’s calm, reassuring voice obviously reminds us of our ideal infancy, so this seems reasonable. If you’ve never experienced ASMR, it’s described as a pleasant shiver that starts at the crown of your head and works its way slowly down your spine. Want to try it out? There’s a whole community online, primarily cultivated by “whisperer videos,” where people called “evokers” record ASMR triggers by speaking softly and making sounds with objects like feathers, brushes and plastic bags. Evokers tend to be young women who often play roles like travel agents, hairdressers or optometrists. When an evoker uses a 3D microphone the triggers intensify, providing an auditory experience that moves up close and personal. This isn’t just a niche group either, hundreds of evokers are uploading thousands of videos to help their viewers relax. Some hope to lull insomniacs to sleep, while others simply purse their lips provocatively and say things like, “I would like to blow smoke into you.” There are male evokers too, but they're rarely welcomed by the ASMR community, possibly due to the cultural expectations of gender roles and nurturing. But that’s a double-edged sword when the most popular videos feature young women on YouTube, not exactly known for its sympathetic humanitarians. Read the comments on any ASMR video (or even this one) and you’ll see battles play out between trolls and the defenders of a host. In 2012 a prolific evoker’s YouTube account was actually hacked to portray her as a pedophile, eventually driving her away from the community. Well, this also reduces sensitivity and expectations when it comes to having sexual intercourse. There’s an over release of Dopamine, the “pleasure chemical” and this then causes a negative rebound and reduces sensitivity at the dopamine receptors. The basically SAME problem that happens to cocaine users.2 Thus, you need “more” to get the same pleasurable feelings. The other problem for guys is that the initial increase in testosterone, eventually causes a DECREASE because there’s an increase in female hormones - such as prolactin and estrogen.5 The end result is lower testosterone levels and THIS ends up causing you to age faster, lose muscle, get depressed, moody, and eventually - have erectile problems.3 Excess masturbatoin has also been linked to accelerate hair loss and balding, due to an increase in the balding hormone, DHT Finally, excessive masturbation depletes your body of certain nutrients and minerals, such as zinc… in addition to cerebrospinal fluid. Which can result in accelerated aging, hair loss and impotence.4 Again, the problem here is a negative change in your hormones5 … And in a minute I’ll give you some natural solutions to fix this, but before I do - I want to finally discuss the difference between: Orgasms by masturbation vs. intercourse Actually, it won’t and here’s why… People who are “excessively” masturbating … daily or multiple times a day, are never going to be having that much sex. And if they are, they are “sex addicts” and thus, they have other issues. So What’s The Solution? And no, I’m not. But allow me to give you 3 solutions. First, I would suggest you REDUCE your masturbating. It’s like working out. You can’t go to the gym every single day - it’s not good for your health and it’ll diminish your results and slow your progress because of negative changes in your hormones. You need to have “off days” and sometimes, you need to take off a few days or maybe even a week to let your body recuperate and improve your hormones. So, I suggest you do the same with masturbating. Secondly, try masturbating without any porn. It has been found that oxytocin reduces background anxiety in those with PTSD. Even though oxytocin can reduce anxiety after trauma, it does not affect the actual memory of the trauma. 2. Childhood Trauma. Trauma during infancy or childhood can affect oxytocin levels for years, decades, or even an entire lifetime. This kind of trauma can range from severe abuse during childhood to a divorce between parents. When trauma during childhood occurs, the body and mind engage an adaptive defence mechanism that reduces levels of oxytocin. This type of programming is a survival mechanism. It can affect relationships and even physical health. 3. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In certain cases of autism, the receptor site for oxytocin is genetically not available. When oxytocin has nowhere to go, it cannot do its job. Sometimes in those with ASD, the production of oxytocin is also drastically low. Since childhood he has been studying the Taoist approach to life. His mastery of this ancient knowledge, enhanced by his study of other disciplines, has resulted in the development of the Universal Healing Tao System which is now being taught throughout the world. Mantak Chia was born in Thailand to Chinese parents in 1944. When he was six years old, Buddhist monks taught him how to sit and “still the mind.” While still a grammar school student, he learned traditional Thai boxing. He was then taught Tai Chi Chuan by Master Lu, who soon introduced him to Aikido, Yoga and broader levels of Tai Chi. Years later, when he was a student in Hong Kong excelling in track and field events, a senior classmate named Cheng Sue-Sue introduced him to his first esoteric teacher and Taoist Master, Master Yi Eng (I Yun). At this point, Master Chia began his studies of the Taoist way of life in earnest. He learned how to circulate energy through the Microcosmic Orbit and, through the practice of Fusion of the Five Elements, how to open the other Six Special Channels. As he studied Inner Alchemy further, he learned the Enlightenment of the Kan and Li, Sealing of the Five Senses, Congress of Heaven and Earth and Reunion of Heaven and Man. It was Master Yi Eng who authorized Master Chia to teach and heal. When Mantak Chia was in his early twenties he studied with Master Meugi in Singapore, who taught him Kundalini, Taoist Yoga and the Buddha Palm. He was soon able to clear blockages to the flow of energy within his own body. He learned to pass the life force energy through his hands also, so that he could heal Master Meugi’s patients. He then learned Chi Nei Tsang from Dr. Mui Yimwattana in Thailand. A while later, he studied with Master Cheng Yao-Lun who taught him the Shao-Lin Method of Internal Power. He learned the closely guarded secret of the organs, glands and bone marrow exercise known as Bone Marrow Nei Kung and the exercise known as Strengthening and Renewal of the Tendons. Master Cheng Yao-Lun’s system combined Thai boxing and Kung Fu. Master Chia also studied at this time with Master Pan Yu, whose system combined Taoist, Buddhist and Zen teachings. Master Pan Yu also taught him about the exchange of Yin and Yang power between men and women, and how to develop the Steel Body. To understand the mechanisms behind healing energy better, Master Chia studied Western anatomy and medical science for two years. While pursuing his studies, he managed the Westetner Company. Using his knowledge of Taoism, combined with the other disciplines, Master Chia began teaching the Universal Healing Tao System. He eventually trained other Instructors to communicate this knowledge and he established the Natural Healing Center in Thailand. Five years later, he decided to move to New York, where in 1979, he opened the Universal Healing Tao Center. During his years in America, Master Chia continued his studies in the Wu system of Tai Chi with Edward Yee in New York.
