Starting Weight: 363.4 Program Start : 356.6 Program final: 329.8 Overall I've lost 33.6 pounds , and 26.8 pounds of that was on the 6 week body makeover. 3.2 pounds short of the promised 30, but I believe that's my fault not theirs. Program was very successfull. It's perfect if you cook a lot already because this program works better when all the food is prepared at home that way you know every thing thats going into your body!
