How To Lower Blood Sugar Immediately
You can find Sensolin here: https://www.truthnutra.com/sensolin-yt In the next 60 seconds I'm going to show how to lower blood sugar immediately and naturally increase insulin sensitivity. So first off, let's take a look at… What is insulin? Insulin is a hormone that's produced by the pancreas, that helps turn sugars from carbohydrates to energy. It also allows the body to store glucose for future use. The muscles and liver store the sugars as glycogen, which causes muscle cells to expand. Likewise, fat cells store the sugar as triglycerides and may expand as well. Now, what is insulin sensitivity, and insulin resistance. Insulin sensitivity is how receptive the body is to the insulin it produces. When the body is properly sensitive to insulin, it uses that insulin produced and effectively removes it from the bloodstream, making energy and storing glucose for later. A healthy body is sensitive to insulin, which means it needs to make less insulin to stay healthy. Better yet, being more insulin sensitive allows the body to utilize carbohydrates properly for more energy, building muscle, and will also help the body store less fat. What's even better, is that greater insulin sensitivity is going to lead to higher T levels in men. Now what are some signs that a person might have poor insulin sensitivity? Or have developed insulin resistance? Higher insulin levels can cause weight gain, higher insulin levels can cause aging, higher insulin levels can cause reduced T, higher insulin levels increases cravings for junk foods, and also leads to blood pressure issues. With all of this in mind, for anyone who feels as though they're one of those people who is constantly riding the blood sugar roller coaster, with blood sugar all over the place, depending on what you eat, when you eat, and you get hangry and get crazy when they don't have food, For everyone who needs help with blood sugar control and needs to increase their insulin sensitivity naturally, and for the good people out there who don't want to go take drugs to achieve this, I've got 3 natural compounds to use today to simply, and quickly increase insulin sensitivity naturally and get control over those cravings once again. Now the first thing is what's known as berberine. Now berberine is an alkaloid extract taken from various plants and it's been used in traditional chinese medicine for centuries. Some of the benefits of berberine include, anti-inflammatory and antidiabetic effects, improved intestinal health, improved cholesterol numbers, increased exercise performance, and decreased blood pressure. Now the recommended dosage for berberine is between 500-1500mg/day. It's also recommended to take this dosage split between 2-3 times throughout the day. Now next up, we have cinnamon ceylon oil. Cinnamon is commonly used as a spice but it's also known for its numerous biological effects on the body. The best type of cinnamon is ceylon because it has lower coumarin content. Cinnamon has a ton of benefits, including reducing the rate at which glucose enters the body, improved glucose usage in cells, lower fasting blood sugar, and improved cholesterol levels. Now the recommended dosage for daily cinnamon intake is between 1-6g per day. And the third compound, the third natural ingredient that you can consume on a daily basis is actually what's known as chromium. Chromium is an essential mineral that's consumed through your diet. It's found in plant products and grains. The benefits of chromium include, a regulation of glucose metabolism, improved insulin sensitivity, it is used to treat glucose intolerance in type 2 diabetes, leads to a great reduction in appetite, improved symptoms of depression, and a noticeable increase in libido with the right amount of chromium. Now the daily recommended dosage of chromium is between 800-1000 mcg. At this point, some of y'all are probably wondering: where do we get all these things? One option is to search around on Amazon and try to find them, but we did at Truth Nutra is that we put together a supplement known as Sensolin (hold up sensolin bottle). Sensolin is specifically designed with these three ingredients at the exact clinical dosages shown in human studies to actually work, to actually help regulate blood glucose and to help with insulin sensitivity. Now we put them all in here, it's a very simple supplement. And it actually works. 🍬 Blood Sugar & Diabetes WARNING: Hemoglobin A1c Is NOT Reliable
How my uncle lowered his blood sugar naturally, reversed his diabetes & lost 34lbs: 👉👉 http://drsam.co/yt/Lower-Sugar-Levels Or watch 10 Clinically Proven Ways To Lower Blood Sugar: 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AJt0fTnOcGo #bloodsugar #diabetes ==================================== 🍬 Blood Sugar & Diabetes WARNING: Hemoglobin A1c Is NOT Reliable ==================================== Specifically, it’s about how current blood testing to see if you have “high blood” sugar is actually not very accurate. This is personally very important to me as well because it affected my own blood tests a few year ago. I did a blood test and it showed “high” A1c levels, which put me in the ‘diabetic’ range. Different Ways Of Testing Blood Sugar There are different ways to test your blood sugar and thus, potentially predict and/or prevent diabetes. In addition to simply living a healthier and longer life, by having healthy and optimal blood sugar levels. Fasting Blood Sugar/Glucose Levels (FBG) The most common is the fasting blood glucose tests (FBG). Basically, you don’t eat anything for at least 8 hours and then do a blood test and they see your fasting “glucose” levels. This is typically done first thing in the morning. You see this all the time with a regular blood test Healthy levels are between 70-100 mg/dL. I prefer it to be on the lower end of this. Unfortunately, this way does NOT tell you how things work in the REAL world - how your body deals with sugar after you eat a regular meal. Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) In this situations, you’re given sugar, about 75 grams of glucose dissolved in water. You drink and then your blood sugar is test at 1 and 2 hours to see how your body handles all of this sugar. I don’t like this method either because in the real world, nobody has 32 oz (4 cups) of soda or something else with that much glucose… all at once… by itself … and without any other food. Thus, this isn’t very reliable. Post Meal Blood Sugar This is how diabetics do it. You eat a meal, you do a blood tests with a simple glucometer and you see what your blood sugar levels are after your meal. This is more accurate in my opinion because this is the REAL world. Of course, the average person isn’t going to be doing this. However, this is how I do it with my professional athletes. Hemoglobin A1c Hemoglobin A1c test has become more popular over the past 10-15 years. This is done because its thought to be more accurate and reliable than the “fasting blood glucose” (FBG) test. And also a lot cheaper and easier than the older, “oral glucose tolerance test” (OGTT). Basically, A1c is a “snapshot” or the “average” blood sugar levels for the past 60-90 days. Specifically, the A1c test measures what percentage of your hemoglobin — a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen — is coated with sugar (glycated). The higher your A1C level, the poorer your blood sugar control and the higher your risk of diabetes complications. In theory, this makes sense and seems like a better indicator. Unfortunately, there’s a big problem with A1c levels that most people won’t tell you and your doctors doesn’t know. Why A1c Is Not Reliable The main problem is that how long your hemoglobin survives, varies greatly in people. And, I’ve seen this in my professional athletes many years ago, including myself. For example, one study1 in Diabetes Journals, showed that red blood cells live longer than average at normal blood sugars. Researchers found that the lifetime of hemoglobin cells of diabetics turned over in as few as 81 days, while they lived as long as 146 days in non-diabetics. This proves that the assumption that everyone’s red blood cells live for three months is false, and that hemoglobin A1c can’t be relied upon as a blood sugar marker. In a person with normal blood sugar, hemoglobin will be around for a lot longer, which means it will accumulate more sugar. THUS, in normal, non-diabetic people, this will drive up the A1c test result – but it doesn’t mean that the person had too much sugar in their blood. It just means their hemoglobin lived longer and thus, accumulated more sugar. The result is that people with normal blood sugar often test with unexpectedly high A1c levels. I test for: Fasting Blood Glucose A1C Fructosamine Post-Meal Blood Sugar (3 meals daily for 3 days) ======================================== Thank you for watching. My recovery after severe Type 1 Diabetic seizure
Hi I'm Royce, This is me recovering from a severe type 1 diabetic seizure where my roommate had to call paramedics (this summer). If my blood sugar gets too low, I can fall into a diabetic shock, bite my tongue, forget who I am and completely lose consciousness (similar to epilepsy). If I ride too high, I feel nauseous and make myself vulnerable to long term complications such as, eye damage, kidney damage, strokes, ulcers and nerve damage. Managing type 1 diabetes is like a double-edged sword and I'm constantly riding this wave to keep incidents like these from happening. Eating healthy and sticking to a balanced lifestyle is key but not always easy. I'm pushing myself to bring more awareness to this disease. I'm on the insulin pump and test my blood 5 to 6 times a day. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HnwL5w9XhRU IG : https://www.instagram.com/royce.costa/

How To Treat Low Blood Sugar (Diabetes Type 2)
Download My Diabetes Management Guide Here: https://goo.gl/EVRNmC You may think this is a weird question for a diabetes channel to tackle. But a 2015 study by Chloe Eldridge found that “Current evidence shows hypoglycaemia is considerably prevalent amongst people with type 2 diabetes, particularly for those on insulin, yet still fairly common for other treatment regimens. This highlights the subsequent need for educational interventions and individualisation of therapies to reduce the risk of hypoglycaemia.” First let’s define what we mean by hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia happens when the amount of blood glucose (sugar in the blood) drops to a level that's too low to sustain normal functioning; in most people, this is defined as a blood-sugar level below 70 mg/dl. Left untreated, hypoglycemia can lead to a coma and even death. It is very important that those with diabetes monitor sugar levels and treat hypoglycemia when it is present and right away. It happens more often than we think. So what does it feel like to have hypoglycemia? Let’s look at the most common risks of hypoglycemia, the symptoms and then what you need to do to treat the condition. You are at risk of having a low blood sugar reaction if you: Skip or delay a meal or snack. This is why it is so important for you to make sure you eat. I know the temptation to lose weight and other factors may cause you to not eat regularly, but it is so important that you eat 3 meals a day and eat your snacks in between meals. This is to maintain a steady, even blood sugar level. Take too much insulin or eat too few carbohydrates. We have all made a mistake in our dosage of insulin. You take it when half asleep or just in a hurry. It happens. Don’t try to pretend you didn’t make this mistake. It is fine! Just correct it. Also, in many of my videos I have stated that you must eat carbs. That is one reason a very low carb diet is not good for diabetes. It will really mess up your blood glucose regulating system. Trust me, I know from experience. Exercise. When you exercise, you are burning off carbs and sugars. This is great, but know that with your exercise comes a possibility for your blood sugar to be low. Get into the habit of checking your blood sugar before, during and after you exercise and be prepared. Have a carb snack ready to get that sugar back up. Drink alcohol, especially without eating carbohydrates. I have done extensive research on this topic. I have written about it and I have included the information in several of our videos. If you are going to drink alcohol, you must do so with food. Drink with a meal, or at the very least with snacks. Alcohol can bring down blood glucose levels drastically and the symptoms of hypoglycemia are often mistaken for drunkenness. Even if you are not intoxicated. 15/15 Rule If after checking your blood sugar and it is less than 70 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dl), you will need to follow the 15/15 rule. Eat 15 grams of then rest for 15 minutes and then recheck your blood sugar If your blood sugar is still less than 100 mg/dl, take another 15 grams of carbohydrate and retest your blood sugar in another 15 minutes. Repeat if necessary. Important: If you have frequent low blood sugars speak to your doctor. You may need changes in your medication and/or meal plan. Quick Carbohydrate Guide for Treating Low Blood Sugars If your blood sugar is less than 70 mg/dl, you need 15 grams of a quickly absorbed carbohydrate, like the ones listed below. Each of the following servings provides 15 grams of carbohydrate. Candies 5 small gum drops 12 gummy bears 6 large jelly beans 5 Life Savers 15 Skittles 1 Tablespoon honey, jam or jelly 1 Tablespoon sugar in water 4 Starburst Beverages 1/2 cup apple juice 1/2 cup orange or grapefruit juice 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup regular soda (not diet) 1/3 cup grape juice 1/3 cup cranberry juice 1/3 cup prune juice 1 cup fat free milk Fruits 1/2 banana 1 small apple 1 small orange 1/2 cup applesauce 2 tablespoons of raisins 15 grapes Other 3 to 4 glucose tablets 1 tube glucose gel The foods I have given you are easily absorbed and will raise blood sugar levels quickly. Foods that contain protein or fat — such as chocolate, candy bars, ice cream, cookies, crackers and bread — don't raise blood sugar quickly enough. If you have type 1 diabetes and you do not take care of low blood glucose, you may pass out. If you do, a drug called glucagon should be injected into your skin, like you do with insulin. This can be done by a family member or friend who has been taught how to do it. Since glucagon may cause you to vomit, you should be placed on your side when the injection is given. If no one knows how to give the injection, you should be taken to a hospital. You need a prescription for a glucagon kit. You should awaken about 10 minutes after the glucagon is injected. If you do not, you should be taken at once to a hospital.

Low Blood Sugar Symptoms -- 10 Signs of it, with 3 Alternative Health Ideas to Help!
http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free guide to shopping for dietary supplements! If there is no glucose in the bloodstream or very little, then this is called hypoglycemia. You probably have experienced some of this when you exercised really hard or have gone a while without eating. Other causes of it would be an illness like kidney or pancreas problems. Using too much prescription medicine, as well as consuming a lot of alcohol can also bring about this problem. The most common indicator someone has low blood sugars would be hunger, since the body is crying out for energy in order to operate correctly. Your heart could be beating faster and you may be feeling nervous or jittery as your body enters into survival mode. Next your skin might turn cold and clammy as fuel is prioritized to important organs to keep the body running. If blood sugar levels drop even further it will bring about worse symptoms. A person's vision could be blurry and they could feel lightheaded, confused and short tempered. I know that If I go without food for a while I begin to get irritable and bad tempered. Also the person might have difficulties with walking, keeping their balance or driving a car. Since the body needs sugar to run and if it stops completely what do you think will happen? Exactly a person could easily pass out, and their body could shut down. Seizures can take place and lastly with no sugar the body will cease to operate, and a person could die. One of the best ways to control blood sugar levels is by ensuring you're getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. For instance B vitamins have a lot to do with cell health. Various studies show that low levels of vitamin D increases insulin resistance and causes poor control over blood glucose levels. Someone can get these vitamins through eating food, but it's very risky. The truth is that most of the food we eat does not have the vitamins and minerals like it used to. I would highly recommend getting a good multi-vitamin to ensure you're not going to be deficient in any vitamins, which can cause many problems. There are also some herbal remedies that help with blood sugar levels like ginseng. This herb reverses fatigue, strengthens the heart, nervous system and helps someone think. Consuming a green tea supplement or drinking the beverage can help. What it does is boost insulin activity that can transport more glucose to where it's needed. Many of these herbal remedies someone can get by consuming a dietary supplement. I'm a huge fan of dietary supplements simply because they are convenient to take, and can provide a person with tons of benefits. The bad news with dietary supplements is the fact that nobody really checks to ensure these products are safe and do what they say. The fact is many government agencies around the world don't have the resources to check these products before they are sold. They also think it's up to companies to make sure their product is safe and does what it states. We both know that in a competitive world it's going to be tempting for an organization to do whatever it can to earn the most amount of money. The sad fact is that many supplements on the marketplace have problems. The famous Consumerlabs tested many of the top selling supplement brands and they discovered almost half either have harmful ingredients or they are mislabeled. To make things a little easier on you I have created a guide that I feel can really help someone in their quest of finding supplements to enhance their health. This guide can share with you a few warning signs you might not be aware of that a product will most likely be harmful to you. It goes over various herbal remedies as well as a few common ones found in everyday items that are actually dangerous. It also offers some online resources and much more. The best part is that it's completely free. You can take a look at this guide by clicking on http://utahtexans.com/.

How dogs can sniff out diabetes
A chemical found in our breath could provide a flag to warn of dangerously-low blood sugar levels in patients with type 1 diabetes, according to new research the University of Cambridge. The finding, published today in the journal Diabetes Care, could explain why some dogs can be trained to spot the warning signs in patients. The researchers found that levels of the chemical isoprene rose significantly at hypoglycaemia – in some cases almost doubling. They believe that dogs may be sensitive to the presence of isoprene, and suggest that it may be possible to develop new detectors that can identify elevated levels of isoprene in patients at risk.

The brain needs sugar almost exclusively. The brain cannot produce its own sugar and depends on the body for its supply. If glucose level in the blood falls, brain may cease to function normally. Body gets required sugar or glucose from foods. Nervousness, intense hunger, palpitations, sweating, trembling, weakness, are normally the common symptoms of hypoglycemia. This is a chronic disease and cannot be cured by medicine. Low blood sugar is the typical cause for Hyperglycemia. If the sugar level in your body falls below 60 mg/dl, liver releases glucose. This is normal biological cycle. If liver fails to releases the required extra sugar, it becomes a case of hypoglycemia. For a patient who suffers from hypoglycemia losses sugar through urination. In a normal person excess sugar is stored in liver as glycogen. During strenuous physical labor or long periods of fasting, body gets its sugar supply from liver. Gluco-neo-genesis is the biological process which converts glycogen to glucose. The problem in imbalance of sugar level in body happens due to malfunctioning of Pancreas. Patients with diabetes (Type1 diabetes or Type 2 diabetes) who have insulin resistance can also have low sugars. Prolonged fasting can trigger this process further. There are other causes for hypoglycemia, like insulin producing tumors (insulinomas) and certain medications. The primarily cause of hypoglycemia is diabetes mellitus. When the glucose level in circulating blood falls, the brain actually senses the drop. Brain sends an alert to the affected person in the form of hunger. Brain also starts several biological actions to increase sugar level. There will be decrease in insulin secretion and increase in glucagon; cortisol secretion as these hormones boosts higher blood glucose level. If blood glucose sugar level falls to 45 mg/dl range, patient starts to feel confusion, drowsiness, changes in behavior, coma and seizure. This is the case of acute hypoglycemia. Now, they’re good for your heart and blood sugar because they reduce inflammation and blood sugar - even when eaten with carbs such as white rice.2-5 3 - Nuts Raw nuts taste great and are good for you. They’re high in fiber, very low in carbs and contain healthy, essential fats.6-8 All of this helps reduce inflammation and lower blood sugar, A1C and Cholesterol levels. 4 - Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Extra-virgin olive oil is extremely beneficial for heart health and blood sugar. It contains oleic acid… This is a type of monounsaturated fat that has been shown to improve triglycerides and HDL, which are often at unhealthy levels in type 2 diabetes. It also increase the fullness hormone, GLP-1.9 This reduces your cravings, especially for sugars. 5 - Seeds Raw seeds such as flax, sunflower, pumpkin, hemp and sesame seeds have lots of health benefits. They’re very high in fiber and full of amazing minerals and vitamins. They’re proven to help Decrease your risk for heart disease 10 Improve your blood sugar levels 11 Reduce your A1C levels 11 Improve blood flow and circulation 12 6 - Apple Cider Vinegar Apple cider vinegar has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity and lower fasting blood sugar levels. It may also reduce blood sugar response by as much as 20% when consumed with meals containing carbs. 13-15 7 - Berries Most people are told not to have sugar, especially fructose which is the sugar found in fruit. To a certain degree, this is correct. So those are the 7 foods clinically proven to lower your blood sugar. However, there’s one category even more powerful... Herbs, Plants & Extracts Even though today’s topic is about food… there are specific plants, herbs, spices and extracts which can have dramatically positive effects on your blood sugar -- much more than food. And if you want the truth, plants and herbs are food and probably one the most important categories of food. And specific plants, herbs and extracts can have drug-like results, but without any of the negative side-effects. Which, shouldn’t be surprising because most drugs, well over 50%, are actually based on plants and herbs found in nature. The pharmaceutical companies change the original structure, patent them and make billions. Unfortunately, in the process of changing the natural structure, they also create side-effects. Anyway, my favorite are Bitter Melon, Gymnema Sylvestre, Fenugreek, Banaba Leaf and Cinnamon Extract.18-21 ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. Low Blood Sugar, Intermittent Fasting & Your Liver
Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY Dr. Berg talks about low blood sugars, intermittent fasting and your liver. When you have hypoglycemia, your adrenals compensate to raise in sugar but ALSO your liver. Your brain is the number one target for symptoms from hypoglycemia. If you have liver scar tissue as in cirrhosis or a fatty liver, this can lessen the function of the liver. The liver normally makes glycogen, which is stored sugar and releases it between meals to stabilize low blood sugar, and having damaged liver can lessen this function causing more low blood sugar problems. Your liver also makes a hormone called Insulin-Like Growth Factor (IGF-1), which mobilizes the fat and stored sugar for energy, when you are not eating. Again, if you have a damaged liver, you can suffer the symptoms of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). To remedy this, its vital you consume enough VEGETABLES. What Causes Hypoglycemia?
Support the deeper cause of a slow metabolism: Insulin & Glucose Support: https://bit.ly/2Og0mzy Support Healthy Insulin & Blood Sugar Levels Take the Body Type Quiz: http://bit.ly/TakeBodyTypeQuiz Dr. Berg talks about signs and symptoms of Hypoglycemia. "Hypo" means low and "glycemia" is blood sugar. So when you have low blood sugar, this is the time when you have Hypoglycemia and you might show hypoglycemia symptoms like feeling dizzy, irritable, craving for sweet, thirsty, depressed etc. Having either low or high sugar in the body is not good for health. Stress in adrenal glands can also cause Hypoglycemia. Too much sugar in the body causes the reverse effect and is called Hyperglycemia. There's a big confusion on the deeper cause of hypoglycemia. If someone consumes excess sugars it creates a whiplash effect of the pancreas pumping out the insulin. This over-reaction will create a drop in blood sugar. But never then add sugar when you have low sugar unless you want to continue this problem. These are some signs of hypoglycemia. How I'm Curing My Diabetes & High Blood Pressure Results in 3 Weeks Juicing
How I Am Curing My Diabetes and High Blood Pressure - Amazing Documented Results in Only 3 Weeks with Juicing :) I begin juicing to see how I could cure my diabetes, or at least come off Metformin finally. Here is the juice I had for the first 10 days: Each meal consisted of the following: 2 Apples 6-8 Leaves of Kale 1 Cucumber 1" of Ginger 4 sticks of Celery 1/2 lemon This cost me about $20 - $25 every 2.5 - 3 days After 10 days I decided to take out the Fructose in the apples and use large carrots instead. Since I have diabetes, I also decided to juice Bitter Melon too with the mixture. This was truly an acquired taste. I tried to buy as much organic, but to be honest, I just used what I could, as it was better than what i was eating before the juicing fast. I allowed myself to feel hungry... This is suppose to be a diet. and on diets, its ok to feel hungry darn it! :) Coffee was also cut from my diet, cold turkey with no real effort, although I did have quite bad headaches for about 3 days or so. I will have all the information on my upcoming website: www.HowICuredDiabetes.com Future videos on this subject will cover my diet after juicing and my experiences along the way. This is better to let the people around you know about low blood sugar symptoms. However if it is the habit of the diabetic to snap on the people around you all the time then the people around him won't be able to recognize this sign of low blood glucose. Numbness and Tingling: The lips, face and extremities will go numb. There would be some strange feelings in these areas. Shakes: If the glucose blood level goes too low then chances are that the sufferer begins to haze. The feeling is more like a person has drunk. The sufferer may also start to zone out and may begin to stare into nothingness. Seizures: If the level falls further the chances are that sufferer may become unconscious and begin to shake. If the situation is left untreated at this point it may result in death as well. It is wise to listen closely to the body and give due importance to early signs of low blood sugar. If the initial signs are ignored then there are chances that sufferer is not able to rationalize. The instant treatment of low sugar in bloodstream is to have something sweet preferable with table sugar in it. There are chances that the person goes from low zone to the high zone. However the low blood sugar is an uncomfortable phase and it is important to be out of the situation as early as possible. It is good to remember that ingesting of sugar requires some time. That's it! Thank you. Please subscribe, comment and like this video if it was helpful! See you soon!

Why is My Blood Sugar So High In The Morning
Get my prediabetes and diabetes type 2 management guide here to control your blood sugar better https://goo.gl/z7bR6y Morning blood sugar readings can sometimes be all over the place. Depending on what you had for dinner or what snacks you had during the evening. What time you took your medicine can play a factor as well. But if you have consistently high blood glucose readings every morning, it could be one of three reasons that we are going to discuss in this video. DAWN PHENOMENON Researchers feel the most common reason for high blood glucose levels in the morning is the dawn phenomenon. The glucose is going up from sources other than digested food. Some of it is produced by the liver from stored starch and fatty acids. Livers that produce too much glucose are one of the main ways diabetes causes high blood glucose levels. Other organs also produce small amounts of glucose. This is called “gluconeogenesis” for those of you who like the technical stuff. Organs produce glucose to keep blood glucose from going too low at night or other times of not eating. From about 2 AM to 8 AM, most people’s bodies produce hormones, including cortisol, glucagon, and epinephrine. All these hormones increase insulin resistance and tell the liver to make more glucose. The idea is to get you enough glucose to get out of bed and start the day. Everyone has a dawn phenomenon. Otherwise they’d be too weak to get breakfast. But in people without diabetes, insulin levels also increase to handle the extra glucose. People with diabetes can’t increase insulin levels that much, so their early morning blood glucose levels can rise dramatically. Experts disagree on how many people have a dawn phenomenon. Estimates range from 3% to 50% of Type 2s and from 25% to 50% of Type 1s. Is dawn phenomenon a serious problem? It can be serious. According to the American Diabetes Association, “Some people with dawn phenomenon find that their glucose continues to rise until they eat in the morning. For others, levels will settle down a few hours after waking, regardless of whether or not they eat.” According to columnist Wil Dubois, the higher your A1C, the more likely you are to have a significant dawn phenomenon. It could be that spending a number of hours each morning out of control is having a significant effect on your overall control. Some people have high glucose levels in the morning because their medicines wear off overnight. This could be true of medicines like insulin, and metformin. If you are taking any long-acting medicine, consider asking your doctor about changing meds, doses, or times THE SOMOGYI EFFECT In some cases, medicine can be too strong. If your glucose goes too low in the night, you could have a rebound high in the morning. This is called the Somogyi effect. If you are waking up high and are suffering pounding headaches, or find your sheets sweat-soaked, the odds are you are having lows in your sleep…You need to visit with your doctor about taking less meds. According to Dubois, the new insulins are much less likely to cause a Somogyi reaction. But because of cost, people are going back to NPH insulin. NPH is cheaper, shorter-acting, and more likely to cause a low, leading to a rebound high in the morning. WANING INSULIN If you take insulin and have been experiencing high blood sugar in the morning, your insulin may simply be wearing off too soon. If this is the case, your doctor can adjust your dosage or change what time you are taking the insulin to prevent high glucose levels. Pinpointing the Cause for Effective Treatment If your blood sugar is fairly even when you go to bed and at 3 a.m. but is higher in the morning, you are probably experiencing dawn phenomenon. If your blood sugar is low at 3 a.m., but high in the morning, you probably suffer from the Somogyi effect. If your blood sugar is elevated at 3 a.m. and then higher still in the morning, you probably have waning insulin. Even if you’ve identified the reason behind your high morning number, never attempt to correct it on your own. Instead, talk with your doctor. Together, you can find a treatment plan that gets you back on track in the morning. How can this situation be corrected? Once you and your doctor determine how your blood sugar levels are behaving at night, he or she can advise you about the changes you need to make to better control them. -Changing the time you take the long-acting insulin in the evening so that its peak action occurs when your blood sugars start rising -Changing the type of insulin you take in the evening -Taking extra insulin overnight -Eating a lighter breakfast -Increasing your morning dose of insulin -Switching to an insulin pump, which can be programmed to release additional insulin in the morning

How to Lower Your Blood Sugar Naturally- Thomas DeLauer
How to Lower Your Blood Sugar Naturally- Thomas DeLauer Learn more ways to reduce your blood sugar and get in the best shape at http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com I want to give you three ways that you can lower your blood sugar quickly and effectively through three different avenues. These methods include one with a vitamin, one with a food, and one with a particular style of exercise. Now, reducing your blood sugar isn't just for diabetics. There's a lot of times when we just know that we've had too many carbs and we need to lower that blood sugar quickly. Here's how you're going to do it. In the first round with a vitamin I want you to try taking Fenugreek. Now Fenugreek has been shown to lower blood sugar quite dramatically when taken in 500mg intervals in the morning and in the evening. 500mg two times per day. You'll notice a pretty significant decrease in blood sugar just from doing that alone. Now, from a dietary standpoint. I want you to try eating your carbohydrates after your proteins, fats, and veggies. You see in a 2011 study it was found that eating your carbohydrates after your protein, your veggies, and your fats resulted in a much less post meal blood sugar than it did in those that ate their carbs with or before their proteins and veggies. This effect didn't just last for hours, but it lasted for generally the rest of the day and sometimes even longer depending on the carb source. Additionally, studies have found that simply adding garlic to your carb sources can reduce the impact in terms of your blood sugar as well. Now, as for exercise. The best way that you can lower your blood sugar in the quickest amount of time is going to be by doing high intensity bouts of exercise. That's basically defined by doing quick bursts of activity followed by short rest periods and then more intense bursts. It's basically high intensity interval training. Now, this doesn't just effect blood sugar in the short term. Studies have shown that blood sugar is effected and lowered 2 to 3 days after a single bout of high intensity exercise. All you really need to do is 30 second sprints, a couple minutes rest, and 30 second sprints, a couple minutes rest and you're going to basically condition your body to have a little bit of a lower set point in terms of blood sugar. These little tricks can not only help you if you're diabetic, but they may help you if you're simply trying to keep a lean body and be in the best possible shape. As always, keep it locked in here on my videos and I will see you in the next one. Subscribe to the Thomas DeLauer Channel Here: http://www.youtube.com/user/thetdelauer?sub_confirmation=1

DIABETES : Top 6 Foods to Control Blood Sugar Naturally
http://www.nutritionforest.com/blood-sugar-support.html http://www.nutritionforest.com Nutrition Forest Blood Sugar Support Made with an superb blend of herbs and nutrients, Blood Sugar Support is formulated to help the body maintain healthy blood sugar levels that are in the normal range. The key herbs include Cinnamon, Gymnema Sylvestre, Banaba, Bitter Melon, and Guggul. Also added are effective amounts of Chromium Picolinate, Vitamin C and Vitamin E. The recommended dose is one capsule three times daily with meals. While eating a sugary snack, fruit, and carbohydrates, it breaks down into glucose (blood sugar) that is important for energy in your cells. In order to get into that glucose into your cells, your body produces insulin that acts like the key unlocking the door. Excess glucose can lead to diabetes but excess insulin or insulin resistance is a problem too. Unfortunately, most people’s blood sugar is not properly balanced. If you’re getting too much glucose, it leads to high blood-sugar levels, which your body can’t break down and stores as fat. Ironically, not getting enough sugar can also lead to putting on extra pounds! Eating too little glucose can lead to a low blood sugar level, causing your body to go into “starvation mode” where it burns your lean muscle instead of the fat – a double whammy to your system and your diet. Maintaining healthy blood sugar levels in the normal range is not only critical for energy and mood, but also for cardiovascular, nervous system, and immune health . Since the typical diet is high in refined carbohydrates and sugars, it’s no wonder that such a high proportion of our population has blood sugar concerns. Hectic lifestyles, chronic stress , and genetic predispositions can also easily upset the delicate balance of physiological events that influence glucose and insulin levels. It is very important that blood sugar levels are kept as close to normal as possible. For most people with diabetes, a healthy range is between 90 and 130 mg/dl before meals and less than 180 mg/dl at one to two hours after a meal (see chart below). A doctor or health care provider can tell a person with diabetes about how and when to test blood sugar. It is helpful to keep a record of blood sugar readings several times during the day. diabetes type 2 diabetes diabetes symptoms symptoms of diabetes type 1 diabetes hypoglycemia glucose prediabetes diabetes mellitus low blood sugar blood sugar levels normal blood sugar low blood sugar symptoms hypoglycemia symptoms normal blood sugar level high blood sugar symptoms of low blood sugar glucose levels symptoms of high blood sugar blood glucose levels normal glucose levels high blood sugar symptoms glucose test glucometer how to lower blood sugar blood sugar chart juvenile diabetes symptoms of hypoglycemia fasting blood sugar blood sugar range what is normal blood sugar normal blood glucose levels diabetes test normal sugar level signs of low blood sugar normal blood sugar range blood sugar test what is hypoglycemia glucose meter high glucose levels blood sugar levels chart signs of high blood sugar causes of diabetes signs of hypoglycemia diabetes treatment normal fasting blood sugar continuous glucose monitoring blood glucose meters blood glucose sugar level lower blood sugar foods that lower blood sugar blood sugar monitor glucose level chart high glucose low blood sugar levels glucose monitor

🍬The Myth & REAL Cause of High Blood Sugar & Diabetes
A simple formula that lowered my uncle’s blood sugar by 46%, naturally: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/LowerSugarLevels Or go and watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o1w65TPrd88 =============================================== 🍬The Myth & REAL Cause of High Blood Sugar & Diabetes =============================================== Most people don’t know, but having high blood sugar is one of the primary causes of aging and disease. Of course, it causes diseases such as diabetes -- but also heart disease, high blood pressure, erectile dysfunction and many others. If also causes Alzheimer’s. In fact, Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia are now classified as type 3 diabetes. High blood sugar also causes hair loss, wrinkles, muscle loss, fat gain and other “vanity” related problems that make you look and feel older. Now the real problem is that most people, including doctors,... are misinformed and confused about the REAL causes of high blood sugar and diabetes and that’s what today’s short video will reveal to you. In fact, you’ll also discover how to avoid and even reverse diabetes. Before I begin, I have to point out that genetics always plays a big role in everything. Especially when it comes to type 1 diabetes. However, with that said -- everything else can be avoided as it relates to high blood sugar and type 2 and 3 diabetes. Now, the primary reason for blood sugar problems is simply due to hormonal imbalances. This includes your sex hormones -- such as testosterone, estrogens and similar. In addition to stress hormones like Cortisol, thyroid and adrenal hormones. And yes, all of these hormones get worse as we age and yes, all of these hormones CAN easily be improved at ANY age. So, please don’t worry if you have “bad” genetics or a “family history” of diabetes like I do … or you’re “older” and think you can’t make any improvements and it’s all “downhill”. In over 25 years, I’ve NEVER had a single person, patient or client that I didn’t improve their blood sugar levels. This even includes those with genetic Type 1 diabetes. Two Clinically Proven Ways So there are 2 specific things you need to do to improve your blood sugar levels, so you can avoid and even reverse diabetes. The FIRST is you want to lower your blood sugar to healthy levels. You obviously do NOT want “high” blood sugar because that’s the major problem. However, you also do NOT want “low” blood sugar because that causes negative hormonal changes by increasing stress hormones such as cortisol, which is KNOWN to cause diabetes and insulin resistance. Which brings me to your SECOND goal and that’s to improve INSULIN SENSITIVITY. Most people never talk about insulin resistance and insulin sensitivity, but this is the underlying cause of blood sugar problems. Simply stated, when you eat foods that increase your blood sugar, your pancreas secretes insulin to lower it back down to normal, healthy levels. BUT, if your receptors have REDUCED sensitivity to the insulin and thus, they’ve become “resistant”,... your body will now have to produce a LOT MORE insulin to lower your blood sugar and THIS ends up causing all the problems. So what you want to do are 3 simple things: Step 1 - LOWER BLOOD SUGAR to healthy ranges. This is done primarily through your diet: Lower your simple sugars and eat more complex carbs. Have protein, healthy fats and fiber with all of your meals. Eat smaller meals, but more often Step 2 - IMPROVE INSULIN SENSITIVITY to reduce insulin secretion. This is done primarily through exercise: Build more muscle by lifting weights - cables, dumbbells, machines, your own body weight, etc. Do cardiovascular exercise -- fast walking and rebounding are my favorites. Step 3 - TAKE SPECIFIC NUTRIENTS that help lower blood sugar AND improve insulin sensitivity at the same time. Let’s face it, most of us do NOT eat perfectly, all the time. And even if we did, the foods we have these days are lacking in many of the essential nutrients that our body requires to function at optimal levels. The good news is that there are specific herbs, vitamins and minerals that are clinically proven to help lower your blood sugar and increase insulin sensitivity at the same time. You’ll get the biggest and fastest improvements, with the least amount of effort when taking these specific nutrients with an improved diet and exercise plan. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. In addition to diet, regular exercise, adequate rest and less stress are necessary steps to control blood sugar. Well, here are some foods recommended to lower blood sugar levels: 1. Bitter Melon (Bitter Gourd) Bitter Melon (Bitter Gourd) is commonly used as food and medicine in Asian cultures. Consuming this vegetable can lower blood sugar. Because of the bitter taste, bitter melon is better to be served cooked with spices or other vegetables. It has long known that its leaves and fruits are good for the health. It is probably due to its phytochemical nutrients such as saponins, flavonoids, polyphenols, glycosides, cucurbitacin, momordicin, trichosanat acid, and charatin. In addition, bitter melon contains fiber, vitamins A & C, calcium, phosphorus, and iron. Nutrients of bitter melon are mainly use to increase appetite, smooth digestion system and lowers blood sugar levels. Doctors in India have long used it to overcome diabetes mellitus because it has strong hypoglycemic properties. When the fruit extract is given to people with diabetes regularly for 2 weeks, it shows that their blood glucose levels dropped significantly. Types of Hypotension or Low Blood Pressure, Their Symptoms. And How to Manage?
Please watch: "THESE SIMPLE STRATEGIES CAN HELP PREVENT HEMORRHOID PAIN FROM GETTING IN THE WAY OF YOUR LIFE." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xBJfsnfauug --~-- Please watch full video, to get full knowledge, and if you are new to here, please subscribe it with click on bell icon for latest upcoming videos. Hypotension is low blood pressure. Your blood pushes against your arteries with each heartbeat. And the pushing of the blood against the artery walls is called blood pressure. Low blood pressure is good in most cases. But low blood pressure can sometimes make you feel tired or dizzy. In those cases, hypotension can be a sign of an underlying condition that should be treated. Hypotension is divided into several different classifications according to when your blood pressure drops. #1. Orthostatic. #2. Postprandial. #3. Neurally mediated. #4. Severe. Hypotension Symptoms. People with hypotension may experience unpleasant symptoms when their blood pressure drops below 90/60. Symptoms of hypotension can include fatigue, lightheadedness, dizziness, nausea, clammy skin, depression, loss of consciousness, and blurry vision. Symptoms can range in severity. Some people may be slightly uncomfortable, while others may feel quite ill. How To Manage Hypotension or Low Blood Pressure. Your treatment will depend on the underlying cause of your hypotension. Treatment could include medications for heart disease, diabetes, or infection. Drink plenty of water to avoid hypotension due to dehydration, especially if you are vomiting or have diarrhea. Staying hydrated can also help treat and prevent the symptoms of neurally mediated hypotension. If you suffer from low blood pressure when standing for long periods, be sure to take a break to sit down. And try to reduce your stress levels to avoid emotional trauma. Treat orthostatic hypotension with slow, gradual movements. Instead of standing up quickly, work your way into a sitting or standing position using small movements. You can also avoid orthostatic hypotension by not crossing your legs when you sit. Shock-induced hypotension is the most serious form of the condition. Severe hypotension must be treated immediately. Emergency personnel will give you fluids and possibly blood products to increase your blood pressure and stabilize your vital signs. .............................................................................................................. Going From Diabetes to Low Blood Sugars on Keto & Intermittent Fasting
Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY or go here: https://www.drberg.com/how-to-do-ketosis Download Keto Essentials https://m.me/drericberg?ref=w2128577 Join Dr. Berg's Keto & IF Lab: https://www.facebook.com/groups/drbergslab/ Dr. Berg talks about people who are diabetes who had high blood glucose do ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting, then end up with low blood sugars - this is because they are still taking the same amount of medication. Think about it - your meds are supposed to lower blood sugars and when you fix the true problem and things normalize and you still are taking this sugar lowering drug - it can push it below normal. The thing to do is get with your doctor and have them adjust your meds because chances are you don’t need as much. If you are off the medication and your blood glucose (sugar) levels are too low (60s) BUT you feel fine, you may in fact be fine because when you do ketogenic diet and IF your body is no longer running on glucose, it's running on ketones which do not involve so much glucose. However, if you feel weird if your sugars are low, it could be adrenals (cortisol or adrenaline). In this case, go at this more gradual and not too fast so your body can really adapt over time. Hey guys, I recently have a question from someone who was a diabetic, they have a high blood sugars, and they did ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting and then ended up having low blood sugars, hypoglycemia. They are a bit concerned with this complication and side effect from doing ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. No.1, the purpose of the medication that you are taking as a diabetic is to lower the blood sugars. If you are still taking the medications and you are doing ketogenic diet and IF you could end up with excessively low blood sugars because you don’t even need the medications, or you don’t need as much. Ketogenic diet and Intermittent Fasting decrease the need for diabetic medication, get with your doctor, adjust the dosage, reduce it or maybe you don’t need it at all. If your blood sugars is 100 or less, you don’t need the medication. Let’s say for example you are off with the medication and it is still too low but you feel fine, that is not a problem because when you do ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting you will actually have the new normal because you are not running your body on sugar anymore so your body will adapt and you can get by with a lot less 80, 70 or even 60 and feel fine because your body is not running in sugar anymore. But if you feel bad, if you feel jittery and if you feel your blood sugars are a problem, it can also be symptoms of the adrenal gland that is trying to compensate in bringing your sugars up but it can’t and then you’ll notice a symptoms of more of the spike of either cortisol or adrenaline and that could be why you are feeling that. If that’s the case then just basically go about it a little bit more gradual. Instead of going one-meal-a-day, do two meals, instead of doing 2 meals, do 3 meals no snacks adding a lot of greens, b vitamins, potassium supplements so you can actually correct this situation a lot better so you can go longer without meals.
