What Are Vitamin D Deficiency Symptoms?
For more info: https://draxe.com/vitamin-d-deficiency-symptoms/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Apr-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=vitaminddeficiency In this video I’m going to talk about the benefits of vitamin D as well as symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. In certain studies, Americans has been found to be the #1 population in vitamin D deficiency. Some of the main symptoms of vitamin D deficiency are a weakened immune system, candida or bacterial overgrowth, emotional ups and downs, hormone imbalance, trouble putting on muscle or losing weight, weakened bones or teeth, cancer, heart disease, or diabetes. Vitamin D supports having a healthy immune response, digestive health, hormone balance, and more. The biggest causes of vitamin D deficiency are not getting enough sunlight, certain chemicals from plastic bottles (bpa), and toxicity. Try to get outside everyday for about 20-30 minutes of natural sunlight. Certain foods that are sources of vitamin D are wild caught fish, raw fermented milk, mushrooms, and eggs. However, there are small amounts in the food you eat. For a good supplement, I would recommend a high quality vitamin D supplement. You don’t want to take vitamin D2, but you do want to take vitamin D3. For supplementation, take about 2000-5000 IUs a day. However, if you have a severe deficiency, then for 1-2 months, you may take 5000 IUs twice daily. Lastly, you want to take your vitamin D3 with some form of fat like coconut oil or avocado to help absorption in your body. 5 Of The BEST Vitamins for Healthy Looking Skin!
An excellent skin care routine is going to keep your skin rejuvenated, protected, and well-nourished. Unfortunately, not everyone uses protective measures or eats according to what their skin needs and this is what causes dry skin, skin damage, and easily scarred skin. For those looking to change up their routine and start paying more attention to your skin, there are a number of vitamins you should be consuming to ensure your skin is at optimal health. • Vitamin K: this is an extremely important vitamin as it allows your blood to coagulate, heal bruises, and it tackles dark areas of skin. If you are prone to getting spider veins, stretch marks, or dark circles under your eyes, try consuming more vitamin K to watch these disappear. Choose to eat items like kale and cabbage. • Vitamin D: because it is recommended that you protect your skin from the sun, a lot of people actually don’t get enough sunshine into their systems. Our bodies can synthesize vitamin D from sunshine which is important for fighting off infections. It is highly recommended that you take a vitamin D supplement if you do not spend a lot of time outdoors. • Vitamin E: this is an oil-soluble vitamin that is considered an antioxidant. It helps protect your skin from free radical damage and can reduce acne breakouts. Consuming this type of vitamin is rather easy since it is found in many seeds, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. • Vitamin C: this vitamin is easily obtainable from numerous kinds of citrus fruits as well as plenty of vegetables like Brussel sprouts, bell peppers, and broccoli. Vitamin C is an antioxidant which can help protect your skin from free radical damage and it helps to boost collagen production. The neat thing about vitamin C is that is can actually reverse photo-aging signs. • Vitamin B3: this can be found in both plant and animal foods and is considered essential for healthy skin. It is known as niacin and is used to reduce the appearance of aging skin. It is used in a lot of different skincare products as well as supplements since it is good for brain and nervous system health. It is sometimes even used as an exfoliate in exfoliating creams. Other than the above vitamins, you should also be looking to consume vitamin B5, folic acid, and choline. Choline plays a critical role in skin cell membrane production, folic acid boosts collagen synthesis, and B5 helps in preventing water loss from your skin cells. The key to healthy skin is paying attention to what your nutrient intake is and whether you have any vitamin deficiencies. Overall, if you are staying protected against the sun and are consuming a vitamin rich diet, your skin will be healthy. ▶ Subscribe to the channel! - https://goo.gl/nJ8d6r Royalty free Pictures from www.pixabay.com www.pexels.com Royalty Free Music from Audio Library – No Copyright Music

How Does The Sun Affect Your Skin? Benefits & Harmful Effects of Sunlight Exposure Animation Video
Sun’s effect on skin: The skin uses sunlight to help manufacture vitamin D, which is important for normal bone formation. But sometimes its ultraviolet light can be very detrimental. Within the skin's epidermal (outer) layer are cells that contain the pigment melanin. Melanin protects skin from the sun’s ultraviolet rays, which can burn the skin, and over time, could reduce its elasticity and cause a person to age prematurely. Suntanning occurs because exposure to sunlight causes the skin to produce more melanin and to darken. The tan fades as these cells move toward the surface and are sloughed off. Health effects of sunlight exposure. The ultraviolet radiation in sunlight has both positive and negative health effects, as it is both a principal source of vitamin D3 and a mutagen. A dietary supplement can supply vitamin D without this mutagenic effect, but bypasses natural mechanisms that would prevent overdoses of vitamin D generated internally from sunlight. Vitamin D has a wide range of positive health effects, which include strengthening bones and possibly inhibiting the growth of some cancers. UV exposure also has positive effects for endorphin levels, and possibly for protection against multiple sclerosis. Visible sunlight to the eyes gives health benefits through its association with the timing of melatonin synthesis, maintenance of normal and robust circadian rhythms, and reduced risk of seasonal affective disorder. Long-term sunlight exposure is known to be associated with the development of skin cancer, skin aging, immune suppression, and eye diseases such as cataracts and macular degeneration. Short-term over-exposure is the cause of sunburn, snow blindness, and solar retinopathy. UV rays, and therefore sunlight and sunlamps, are the only listed carcinogens that are known to have health benefits, and a number of public health organizations state that there needs to be a balance between the risks of having too much sunlight or too little. There is a general consensus that sunburn should always be avoided. Too much exposure to ultraviolet or UV rays can cause sunburn. UV rays penetrate the outer skin layers and pass into the deeper layers, where they can damage or kill skin cells. People who do not have much melanin and sun burn easily should protect themselves by covering up sensitive areas, wearing sun block, limiting their total exposure time, and limiting their sun exposure between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Frequent and prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays over many years is the chief cause of skin cancer. Examine skin regularly for development of suspicious growths or changes in an existing skin lesion. Early detection and treatment are key in increasing the cure rate for skin cancer. Risks to skin: Ultraviolet (UV) irradiation present in sunlight is an environmental human carcinogen. The toxic effects of UV from natural sunlight and therapeutic artificial lamps are a major concern for human health. The major acute effects of UV irradiation on normal human skin comprise sunburn inflammation erythema, tanning, and local or systemic immunosuppression. The most deadly form, malignant melanoma, is mostly caused by indirect DNA damage from UVA radiation. This can be seen from the absence of a direct UV signature mutation in 92% of all melanoma. UVC is the highest-energy, most-dangerous type of ultraviolet radiation, and causes adverse effects that can variously be mutagenic or carcinogenic. Despite the importance of the sun to vitamin D synthesis, it is prudent to limit the exposure of skin to UV radiation from sunlight and from tanning beds. According to the National Toxicology Program Report on Carcinogens from the US Department of Health and Human Services, broad-spectrum UV radiation is a carcinogen whose DNA damage is thought to contribute to most of the estimated 1.5 million skin cancers and the 8,000 deaths due to metastatic melanoma that occur annually in the United States. Lifetime cumulative UV exposure to skin is also responsible for significant age-associated dryness, wrinkling, elastin and collagen damage, freckling, age spots and other cosmetic changes. The American Academy of Dermatology advises that photoprotective measures be taken, including the use of sunscreen, whenever one is exposed to the sun. Short-term over-exposure causes the pain and itching of sunburn, which in extreme cases can produce more-severe effects like blistering. Cosmetic Procedures: Sun Exposure and Skin Cancer The sun's rays make us feel good, and in the short term, make us look good. But our love affair isn't a two-way street. Exposure to sun causes most of the wrinkles and age spots on our faces. Consider this: One woman at age 40 who has protected her skin from the sun actually has the skin of a 30-year-old!

The Healing Power of Sunlight
http://www.MarkusNews.com Sunlight. It has great healing power. Life cannot exist without sunlight. Sunlight is healthy for you. It gives you more energy, you get sick less, it helps build stronger bones and teeth, helps the immune system and the list goes on. It also gives you the best form of vitamin D. Vitamin D protects you from many diseases; and no, you don’t get cancer from sunlight. You get cancer because you’re not healthy. Eating poorly causes toxins in the body and as they come to the skin’s surface they can turn to melanoma. Then what about overexposure? OK, eat healthy. Eat greens as it will protect the body from the inside just as chlorophyll protects plants. God doesn’t make mistakes; we are designed to be in the sun. Researchers in Sweden followed 30,000 women over 20 years who avoided sunbathing during the summer are twice as likely to die as those who sunbath every day…. http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/joim.12251/abstract Abstract. Results. There were 2545 deaths amongst the 29 518 women who responded to the initial questionnaire. We found that all-cause mortality was inversely related to sun exposure habits. The mortality rate amongst avoiders of sun exposure was approximately twofold higher compared with the highest sun exposure group, resulting in excess mortality with a population attributable risk of 3%. Sunscreen causes skin cancer. http://www.jabfm.org/content/24/6/735.full Abstract. Many primary care providers advise patients to use sunscreen as a means to reduce their risk for skin cancer, especially cutaneous malignant melanoma (CMM). Despite the availability and promotion of sunscreen for decades, the incidence of CMM continues to increase in the U.S. at a rate of 3% per year. There currently is little evidence that sunscreens are protective against CMM. A number of studies suggest that the use of sunscreen does not significantly decrease the risk CMM, and may actually increase the risk of CMM and sunburns…. Vitamin D protects the body from Multiple sclerosis, diabetes, …and many other diseases http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/19381980.2016.1248325 Abstract…….This review considers the studies that have shown a wide range health benefits from sun/UV exposure. These benefits include among others various types of cancer, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer disease/dementia, myopia and macular degeneration, diabetes and multiple sclerosis. The message of sun avoidance must be changed to acceptance of non-burning sun exposure sufficient to achieve serum 25, OH, D, concentration of 30 ng/mL or higher in the sunny season and the general benefits of UV exposure beyond those of vitamin D. Diet and lifestyle cause cancer http://www.cancer.org/cancer/cancercauses/dietandphysicalactivity/diet-and-physical-activity Research has shown that poor diet and not being active are 2 key factors that can increase a person’s cancer risk. Besides quitting smoking, some of the most important things you can do to help reduce your cancer risk are: Get to and stay at a healthy weight throughout life. Be physically active on a regular basis. Make healthy food choices with a focus on plant-based foods. The evidence for this is strong. The World Cancer Research Fund estimates that about 20% of all cancers diagnosed in the US are related to body fatness, physical inactivity, excess alcohol consumption, and/or poor nutrition, and thus could also be prevented. Sunlight has many benefits…oxygenates skin, lowers blood pressure, wounds and bones heal faster, improves eyesight…, and much more. People that get lots of sun….gain many benefits.... http://www.who.int/uv/faq/uvhealtfac/en/index1.html The sun's rays provide warmth and light that enhance your general feeling of well-being and stimulate blood circulation. Some UV radiation is essential to the body as it stimulates the production of vitamin D. Vitamin D has an important function in increasing calcium and phosphorus absorption from food and plays a crucial role in skeletal development, immune function and blood cell formation. Five to 15 minutes of casual sun exposure of hands, face and arms two to three times a week during the summer months is sufficient to keep your vitamin D levels high. https://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2013-05/uoe-scb050713.php https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2290997/ http://www.wakingtimes.com/2015/01/20/sunlight-not-cause-skin-cancer/ http://jnci.oxfordjournals.org/content/91/15/1304.long http://www.medical-hypotheses.com/article/S0306-9877%2808%2900599-9/abstract Our Raw Vegan Health Cookbook: http://www.HealthyCookbook.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/markus.rothkranz.7 Videos and articles: http://www.MarkusNews.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/markusandcara/ Markus Rothkranz website: http://www.MarkusRothkranz.com Markus Products: http://www.HealAnything.com Markus Products: http://www.MarkusProducts.com German website: http://www.MarkusRothkranz.de

Can The Sun Give Us Enough Vitamin D In The Winter?
For the first time in two and half weeks, the sun came out on Tuesday -- but was it enough to get us the vitamin D we need? Heather Brown talks with a nurse practitioner to answer this Good Question (2:34). WCCO 4 News At 10 – December 19, 2017
Best ways to increase Vitamin D levels? - Ms. Sushma Jaiswal
The best way to obtain Vitamin D from nature is to expose your body to sunlight. In India, the pollution levels are also too high. According to WHO reports, Indian cities are among the very polluted cities in the world. So in order not to expose our lungs to the polluted air, we have to take sunbath very early in the morning when the pollution settles down. So in the mooning it is relatively fresh air. So it is the best time to take sunbath or expose your body to the sun. St out in the balcony or take a walk in the open area with little bit of sunlight and little bit of shadow. This is one method, which I the easiest and least expensive. Sunlight can directly be absorbed in your body and can directly manufacture Vitamin D in the body. Another thing is take Vitamin D rich foods like milk and milk products, eggs, some fishes, liver. Fishes like salmon, mackerel, sardines etc which are rich in Vitamin D. fortification of food another process. It is more common in western countries and in India the technology has not yet come. So if we want to take Vitamin D supplements, it is another way. These supplements come in various ways like synthetic supplements which has a lot of chemical composition again is very harmful to your only because in order to prevent Vitamin D deficiency , you are taking some chemicals. Everyday our chemical consumption is around 3000 chemicals per day and then we are increasing the consumption again in some other way, there are some natural supplements, organic supplements and there are some supplements which are emulsion of 2 or 3 types of supplements. So you choose wisely which type of supplement is useful for you and take the call. So stay healthy.
10 Serious Lack Of Vitamin D Warning Signs
Muscle weakness is usually caused by a Vitamin D deficiency. Muscles have Vitamin D receptors. They must have a constant supply of Vitamin D to function. If your body has a deficiency of Vitamin D, your muscles will have trouble functioning. Bone Pain Shunning the sun and being lactose intolerant can leave you with a deficiency of Vitamin D. This can lead to bone pain, which can be difficult to distinguish from muscle or joint pain, but generally manifests as a deep, full pain that can't be isolated to an exact area. Constant Respiratory Problems Studies show that Vitamin D may help defend against respiratory illness. This is especially true in children. If your child has severe asthma, you may want to increase their Vitamin D intake. Sweaty Head Years ago, doctors used to ask new mothers if their newborns' heads were sweating more than normal. This is apparently a very early sign that a baby is Vitamin D deficient. If you're breastfeeding, you'll need to increase your sun exposure or consume more foods rich in Vitamin D. Depression According to the Vitamin D Council, this essential nutrient helps your brain's neurotransmitters produce the fluid serotonin. This produces our feelings of happiness. Studies have linked low levels of Vitamin D with episodes of depression. This happens especially during the winter months, because of the lack of sun during that time of year. Chronic Infections The Mayo Clinic has advised that Vitamin D is crucial to our body's health. It is a necessary vitamin in helping our body fight infections. If you notice you or your child is prone to getting infections, you might want to ask your doctor to give you a Vitamin D blood test. Cardiovascular Disease Articles published by the National Institutes of Health have shown that deficiencies in Vitamin D can lead to congestive heart failure. Make sure your body maintains the proper amounts to guard against the risk. Home tests are available to check if you have a lack of Vitamin D. Psoriasis Although psoriasis is not always caused by a lack of Vitamin D, it's used in treatment. The Mayo Clinic claims that if you have a lack of Vitamin D it will be harder for your body to defend itself against psoriasis. Chronic Pain Studies have shown that low Vitamin D levels impact a person's chances of having chronic pain. People with darker skin are more prone to these effects, because they need more sun exposure to actually absorb any Vitamin D. Tiredness Vitamin D is one of the necessary vitamins for your body to create energy. Without it you can end up feeling tired most of the day. This will make it hard for you to get around or even get to work. You should consult your doctor if you have constant feelings of tiredness. Hypertension Harvard University conducted a study on women. The study showed that women with low levels of Vitamin D have a 67 percent increased risk of hypertension. If you suffer from anxiety, you may want to consider purchasing Vitamin D supplements and adding them to your daily routine. Crankiness Vitamin D also affects the levels of serotonin in your brain, which is what impacts your mood. If you're feeling cranky, it might be because you're not producing enough serotonin!

Winter Sun™ & Suntrex D3™ - The best vitamin D3 liquid supplement formulated by Dr. Edward Group
This product is available under two different labels, but is manufactured by the same company, with the exact same ingredients: Alex Jones' Winter Sun: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075H2QZNS/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=anthonydelell-20&camp=1789&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B075H2QZNS&linkId=8b7d5a20df236a8e453ab2c29a62df0a Dr. Edward Group's Suntrex D3: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00XZHXKJ8/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=anthonydelell-20&camp=1789&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B00XZHXKJ8&linkId=0713df53da5a7aabc75131ceedb873a9 Winter Sun™ & Suntrex D3™ is a premium quality vitamin D3 nutritional supplement. It's produced by extracting oil from hearty, nutrient-dense plants known as lichens. Every batch is analyzed to verify purity and D3 content. Lichen sourced D3 is recognized by the Vegan Society as the one form of D3 suitable for vegans. It's completely free of toxins and allergens and contains no yeast, wheat, soy, milk, salt, sugar, preservatives or artificial colors. Simply put, if you want the best, this is it. Winter Sun™ & Suntrex D3™ is the result of our pursuit for the best vegan source of vitamin D3. Although there are many vitamin D supplements on the market, most are vitamin D2, which is inferior to vitamin D3, and very few are truly vegan friendly. In fact, even most "vegetarian" forms of vitamin D are sourced from sheep lanolin. This need prompted our journey to create the most powerful, vegan, vitamin D3 product on the market. We located a vegan source of D3, extracted from lichen, and pioneered research to combine it with USP vegetable glycerin to provide 2000IU of D3 per 10 drops. This research and development took over two years but the result, as verified by independent laboratories like Stirling University, is the best, vegan, vitamin D3 product in the world. --The top 5 reasons you need Winter Sun™ or Suntrex D3™ are... 1. Immune System Support - People with more sunlight exposure have been found to have stronger immune system function than people with limited exposure. Why? Vitamin D3 receptors exist on immune cells and promote healthy immune cell maturity, differentiation and integration. 2. Organ Health - Optimum vitamin D3 blood levels support healthy breasts, colon, kidneys, lungs, stomach, pancreas, bladder, prostate, and uterus. Additionally, adequate vitamin D3 promotes healthy blood vessels and may reduce swelling. 3. Bone Health - Vitamin D supports calcium absorption and research suggests that coupling vitamin D3 supplementation with calcium supplementation promotes bone strength. Furthermore, it helps to minimizes urinary calcium loss. 4. Nervous System Support - Research indicates vitamin D may support healthy nerve conduction potential and neuronal calcium regulation. A 2006 study involving 7 million U.S. military personnel and published in the JANA reported that high circulating blood levels of end-chain vitamin D3, 25-hydroxyvitamin D, were associated with nerve and myelin health. 5. Brain Health - Not only does vitamin D3 promote a healthy mood, but vitamin D receptors are located in the area of the brain responsible for memory and cognition. Some of the health benefits of Suntrex D3™ & Winter Sun™ are... -Promotes calcium absorption for healthy bones and teeth. -Supports the immune system. -Cognitive function and healthy mood. -Muscle strength in older adults. -Adequate vitamin D is necessary for healthy tissue in all systems of the body -including the pancreas, breasts, colon, and prostate. Why is Suntrex D3™ & Winter Sun™ the best vitamin D3 supplement available? -Formulated for easy absorption. -Appropriate for vegetarians and vegans. -Does not contain any toxins, excipients, or magnesium stearate. -GMO-free.

7 Signs of Low Vitamin D (How Many do You Know?)
So many people in the industrialized nations are deficient in Vitamin D, it is truly an epidemic. When you consider that it is not just a vitamin, but also a pro-hormone, you can begin to understand the importance of this deficiency. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to weakened bones, yes, but it can also lead to weakened immune systems as well. The risk of cancer, and many other illnesses, increases with a dropping vitamin D level. The best way to get Vitamin D is from the Sun and from your diet. If you live too far north for the Sun, and can't get enough in your diet, then you should supplement. Having a healthy Vitamin D level is very important to your good health and longevity. *Vitamin D & Weight Loss Video: https://youtu.be/M0GBrrt2YWI * ------- Join me and let's optimize your health! ------- A Good Vit D Supplement: https://amzn.to/2I1UFmz Vit D + Vit K2 Supplement: https://amzn.to/2rry7FC Get Dr Berry's Best-Selling Book: LIES MY DOCTOR TOLD ME 📕--▶ http://a.co/g53H5g7 FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/kendberry.md/ INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/kendberry.md/ TWITTER: https://twitter.com/KenDBerryMD Thanks so much to Mary C., Lisa G., Paul R., Doyle R., Robyn D., Jeff P., Joe W., and John C. for being generous Patrons, and helping make this video possible… ▶You can help too, by becoming a Patron: https://goo.gl/kJJYws 🆕 Patron-Only FaceBook Page: https://goo.gl/XLVjmc (you may have to type a code to prove you're human) 📳Speak with Dr. Berry face-to-face about medical questions you might have using eVisit: https://goo.gl/7ibtW5 Ken D Berry, MD, FAAFP, is a Board Certified Family Physician and Fellow in The American Academy of Family Physicians. Sun Exposure & Vitamin D | Skin Care Guide
Watch more Skin Care Guide videos: http://www.howcast.com/videos/514596-Sun-Exposure-and-Vitamin-D-Skin-Care-Guide Lots of people talk to me about vitamin D and sun exposure. We all know vitamin D is a vitamin that we need so why can't be get it from the sun? The truth is vitamin D is absolutely essential. It boots your immune system. It boosts your cardiovascular system. And it just feel really good. And you do get from the sun. You do get it from sun exposure. The problem with getting it from sun exposure is you get a lot of bad stuff too. And stuff that woman also regularly complain about. So, what do you do about that? My suggestion is to get vitamin D from a supplement. And wear sunscreen on your face and body. Sun exposure is the source of so much dangerous stuff and stuff that cosmetically woman don't like. So, I would wear sunscreen on the body and take vitamin D as a supplement. If you want to, get a little bit of sun exposure on your body knowing the risks. That would be my preference. That way you can get a little bit of really direct vitamin D exposure on your body and get it really soaked in and you're still protecting yourself from some of the really bad effects of sun on your face.

What is vitamin c? Vitamin C is commonly known to prevent and reduce cold symptoms. 2) Vitamin C is known as an ascorbic acid. 3) Ascorbic acid is a water-soluble nutrient found in some foods. 4) Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant helping to protect cells from the damage caused by free radicals. 5) What free radical does is that they are compounds formed when your body converts the food that you eat into energy. Some examples of free radical are from the environment such as air pollution and cigarette smoke. 6) So what does vitamin c do to your skin? The body needs Vitamin C in order to make collagen, a protein needed to help wounds heal. Collagen helps support tendons, ligaments and blood vessels and keeps the skin and other organs together. It also strengthens our immune systems by working properly by protecting us from diseases. Vitamin C replaces damage tissue that helps heal the wound faster. Also, vitamin c improves skin elasticity and helps create scar tissue and ligaments for quick recovery as well. 7) Vitamin C is a natural cure for skin problems. It is used in a lot of moisturizers, face packs & masks for making natural glow to the skin. It helps reduce wrinkles & preventing sagging skin by improving the elasticity. 8) Vitamin C shields our skin from the sun by protecting the skin form UV rays and the effect of sunlight exposure. It reduces sunburns as well and prevents consequences of long term sun exposure which can lead to skin cancer. 9) It also help protects DNA from photochemical reaction that can lead to tumour, skin discoloration and several kinds of skin cancer. So Vitamin C lightens dark discoloration like skin freckles & age spot & helps to get younger & smoother skin. 10) Improves skin texture because collagen provides structure for blood vessels. The tiny blood vessels under the skin carry oxygen & nutrients that the keep the skin healthy. If there are not enough nutrients, the skin will become dry and rough. So Vitamin C increases elastin formation, which thicken, protects and heals skin cells. This helps retain moisture, increases skin circulation and shapes the skin surface. 11) Moreover, Vitamin C helps take out the red out of the acne from your skin. The reason why there is redness is partially due to inflammation. How to prevent vitamin D deficiency
How to prevent vitamin D deficiency Vitamin D, which is responsible for brain growth, strong bones, muscle and cardiovascular functions, healthy lungs and strong immune system, is obliged to be generally healthy. At the same time, new studies show that exercise capacity, mood and fertility are also influential. The daily recommended amount of vitamin D is 600 IU, 71 and 800 IU for older people, but some experts argue that these figures should be higher. It may be useful to keep some tips in mind to prevent vitamin D deficiency. Mushroom The fungi that are exposed to the light, along with the fish, are naturally one of the few species of vitamin D that contain vitamins. Some types of fungi are exposed to UV light for 1-2 seconds to enter the ultraviolet light therapy. In this way they can provide the daily vitamin D needed. 100 portobello mushrooms that have been UV treated contain 446 IU D vitamins. You can also make your own rich mushrooms from the Vitamin D angle, leaving the sun for 1 hour before eating. Sardis Sardines may be small compared to other fish, but their nutritional value is very strong. 100 grams of sardines contain 164 IU D vitamins. The reason these fish are rich in vitamin D vitamini is that they are completely consumed together with their bones. Like humans, fish accumulate a lot of calcium and vitamin D in their bones. Sardine also contains vitamin B12, iron, selenium and protein. If you find the taste too strong, you can keep it in the milk for an hour to make it feel lighter. Egg Although the egg is sometimes dangerous because of the cholesterol content of the egg, the whole egg is necessary for a healthy diet. Vitamin D and many other nutrients are abundant in it. A large egg contains 40 IU D vitamins, which are present only in the yolk of the egg. You can prepare an omelet and serve it with the milk from the cantaloupes you wait for the sun to get plenty of vitamin D. Salmon Salmon, a well-known source of protein, as well as omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D, which are useful for heart health. 100 grams of somonda (which can be considered as a deck of cards) has 570 IU D vitamins and consumption of salmon may be effective against the deficiency of vitamin D. Cattle Cigar Beef stew is also a food that we rarely see on healthy food lists. Many people do not like the taste of the liver, but it is one of the healthiest foods you can consume. Although the cholesterol ratio is quite high, 100 grams of liver is only 162 calories and we get 40 IU D vitamins. In addition, significant amounts of zinc, iron, niacin and vitamin A are present in the liver. You can serve it together with cigar kinoa, or brown rice, boiled vegetables. It can also be consumed on top of salads. The healthy cooking of the liver is to bake, roast or grill. Herring and Brinjal Herring Another fish herring rich in omega-3 fatty acid content is not often consumed as salmon but is a very good vitamin D source. 100 grams of cooked herring fish contains 182 IU D of vitamins. The brine herring is consumed as a special flavor in the cuisine of Scandinavian countries. Because it has not been spoiled for a long time, pickled herring is a good snack to serve at parties and is available to be served for long periods in trays or open buffets. However, if you are concerned about the consumption of sodium, it is recommended that you choose fresh herring. Sunlight Vitamin D is the cause of sunlight vitamins, when your UV rays touch your skin, your skin is producing this vitamins. Many people take vitamin D in this way, but it can be the result of vitamin D deficiency as a result of staying indoors for long periods or using sun cream for SPF factor 8 or higher. Some experts recommend exposing the face, arms, back or legs to the sun for 5 to 30 minutes between 10 am and 3 pm two times a week to get enough vitamin D. If you are concerned about the damage of sun rays, you can opt for high vitamin D content instead.

It may not be about making ATP. 0101:19:33 Dr. Gominak’s desert island herb, nutrient or supplement: Her choice is vitamin D, even on a desert island. 01:30:35 Dr. Gominak’s Elevator Pitch: We can impact our children, especially children of color. Vitamin D kills the flu virus so STOP BLOCKING OUR SUNLIGHT !
Did you know JP-8 jet fuel exposure suppresses the immune response to viral infections?- http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19022873?ordinalpos=1&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_DiscoveryPanel.Pubmed_Discovery_RA&linkpos=2&log$=relatedarticles&logdbfrom=pubmed So why are they spraying chemtrails or chemical contrails which block out natural sunlight? WHY are they doing this? If the World Health Organisation were so concerned about the swine flu pandemic they would be aware that natural sunlight is a very good source for the body to make vitamin D and would be concerned about the artificial cloud covering which is being created by aircraft now worldwide. My first videos in April 2009 started with the heavy chemtrail spraying in my area showing blue skies turn a hazy white blocking out the sun for the rest of the day. I know from users who contact me that there is a 24/7 campaign of chemical spraying in the atmosphere in the USA. From my research I found that chemicals could be added to aviation fuel. Please see my video: CHEMTRAILS CHEMICALS ADDED TO AVIATION FUEL GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT NOW ONLINE- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIPgdZcQUws For the DEFRA documents. DEFRA says chemicals added to aviation fuel can be a cost effective way to spray a so-called protective screen as to block out the suns rays and reduce global warming. ( This however would have an opposite effect. Please look up Global Dimming and the Hydrological Cycle on Google. ) BUT, is this really about protecting the earth or is it about stopping you receiving natural sunlight and making vitamin D? Vitamin D is important for helping the immune system fight the flu virus. One reason why the flu may be more contagious in the winter time is because of the lack of sunlight. The lack of sunlight prevents our skin from producing sufficient levels of vitamin D. There is now documented evidence about the roles of solar ultraviolet-B radiation and vitamin D in reducing case-fatality rates from the 1918-1918 influenza Pandemic in EU. I quote: There are two mechanisms whereby vitamin D can reduce the risk of death once the pandemic influenza virus infection took hold: reduced production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and reduced risk of bacterial pneumonia. The type of vitamin D which can fight viruses can ONLY be made from natural sunlight. It is known as D3, which is made from sunlight when 7-dehydrocholesterol in our skin reacts with UV light. I quote: It is then twice activated in the liver and kidney to make 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D. This attaches to receptors on genes that control their expression, which turn protein production on or off. Vitamin D regulates the expression of more than 1,000 genes throughout the body. They include genes in macrophages, cells in the immune system that, among other things, ATTACK AND DESTROY VIRUSES. A report in The Washington Post on August 3rd 2009 says: Millions of Children In U.S. are Found to Be Lacking Vitamin D- http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/08/02/AR2009080202114.html There are articles documenting that exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation in sunlight before immunization suppresses systemic as well as local immune responses- http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19450899?ordinalpos=6&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_DefaultReportPanel.Pubmed_RVDocSum Which mean the vaccination doesnt work so well as a unsuppressed immune response is needed to build up anti-bodies and immunity to that particular vaccine. So another reason to block out the natural sunlight. If our governments were so concerned about the swine flu surely they would put a stop to these climate change experiments which blocks out everyones natural sunlight. The fact that they or the media will not even report on the chemtrails happening above us only leads me to be more suspicious of what the chemical spraying is really about. Epidemic Influenza And Vitamin D- http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/51913.php Repeated Aerosol-vapor JP-8 Jet Fuel Exposure Affects Neurobehavior and Neurotransmitter Levels in a Rat Model- http://www.scribd.com/doc/17102227/Baldwin-Figueredo-Wright-Wong-Witten-2007 This video is a re-upload from tarot1984s channel- http://www.youtube.com/user/tarot1984

For instance, a Vitamin A or B deficiency may result in frail hair and thin nails. But a Vitamin D deficiency can be more dangerous. Vitamin D deficiency in adults both men, women and children has been linked to various types of cancer, diabetes and even heart disease. Why Is Vitamin D Is More Important ? Before explaining how you can treat your deficiency, it is important to know that Vitamin D plays a pivotal role in the body. It is responsible for balancing the hormonal levels and ensuring the optimal functioning of your bones and brain. At the same time, Vitamin D is essential for your central nervous system. How Can You Overcome? #2. Eat More Food Rich In Vitamin D The second best way to overcome your Vitamin D deficiency is by simply eating more foods that are naturally rich in this precious vitamin, such as: Wild salmon, Raw cheese, Yogurt, Egg yolk. If you have a strict vegetarian diet and you want to avoid animal products, rest assured – mushrooms are also very rich in Vitamin D! #1. Get More Sun The reason why this happens is fairly simple. Most people lack Vitamin D because they do not get enough sunlight. Although 20 minutes of sunlight is all it takes for our bodies to produce enough Vitamin D to last us for a week, not everybody is able to enjoy the sun. Especially if we fancy loose clothes and we wear sunscreen to shield us from direct sunlight. Fortunately, all you need to do to reverse this deficiency is to spend more time outdoors. You do not need to sun bathe on a daily basis. You just need to spend 20-30 minutes outside and let the sun rays kiss your skin. So By Doing This You Can Avoid More Hospital Visit and Taking MEDICINE Also To our Body Is Not Good Healthy One. So Do Overcome Vitamin D Deficiency Naturally. Thanks For Watching My Video. Sun & Vitamin D
The sun is very important. Vitamin D like Vitamin C or Vitamin A is very important. When we are deficient in the sun, when we become deficient in the exposure, we became deficient in Vitamin D. Vitamin D is created to interact with the skin and the sun. Today doctors, specific the dermatologists, have turned the sun for many people into the enemy, when it is one of our best friends. The use of sunscreen, there are people who will not walk out of the door and spend one minute in the sun without putting a sunscreen. Some people go to the point where they do not walk around their own house without putting a sunscreen on. What the field of dermatology has done is cut off people from their Vitamin D. And this is showing up in many diseases including cancer. My recommendation, and this is not easy because it depends on the weather, one’s latitude, but getting exposure whether be through direct sun light until one is a little bit pink, for cancer patients it is very important, it is much better to take nutrients from the sun than it is to take Vitamin D supplements, though if one is in a high latitude where the weather is very cold and one cannot get to the sun and one cannot afford sun lamps, or going to these centers where they have tanning beds. Radiation, natural radiation, of the invisible spectrum, and into the infra-red, are healthy, are necessary. So, don´t pay attention to dermatologists, avoid the sunscreens to the maximum possible. Of course if one goes out into the noon sun, into the sun is high over head, and needs to spend some time, sure, sunscreen can protect us from being burnt, but there is nothing healthy about them, and there´s nothing really protective . We need the sun, we need sun exposure. We need Vitamin D. So for patients who are diseases, either increase their sun exposure, daily exposure, to the point of getting a little bit pink is incredibly healthy. If you if you can’t do that then take a good Vitamin D3.

DESCRIPTION: If one is going to make an evolutionary argument for what a “natural” vitamin D level may be, how about getting vitamin D in the way nature intended: sun instead of supplements? Yes, we can get some of the benefits of sun exposure without the risks by taking vitamin D supplements, but for the sake of argument, what if such supplements didn’t exist? Would the benefits of sun exposure outweigh the risks? That’s the subject of the final installment of new latest-on-vitamin-D-science video series, The Risks and Benefits of Sensible Sun Exposure (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/the-risks-and-benefits-of-sensible-sun-exposure).
