Today I want to talk to you about 4 supplements you can take to help with naturally lowering blood pressure levels.
These are supplements that I take daily, as well as a few family members who have struggled with hypertension.

So with that being said let's jump right into it.
Garlic has a wide-range of documented health benefits. Aside from high blood pressure, it can help with cardiovascular health, cholesterol, immune system support, and digestion.
In double-blind studies with garlic preparations providing a daily dose of at least 10 mg allicin, blood pressure readings dropped with typical reductions of 11 mmHg for the systolic and 5 mmhg in the diastolic within a 1 to 3-month period.
Allicin is an enzyme that is released when fresh garlic is cut, and to get 10mg a day you would need to eat 1-4 cloves. However, we know that may be difficult and also not the most pleasant smelling, so we found an odorless garlic supplement that helps us get our daily intake. Spirulina is a blue-green algae that is one of the oldest life forms on Earth. It's one of the most nutrient-rich superfoods in existence.
According to Nutrex Hawaii, "Spirulina has between 55 and 70% protein (which is more than beef, chicken, and soybeans), 8 essential and 10 non-essential amino acids, as well as high levels of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), beta-carotene, linoleic acid, arachidonic acid, vitamin B12, iron, calcium, phosphorus, nucleic acids RNA & DNA, chlorophyll, and phycocyanin, a pigment-protein complex that is found only in blue-green algae."
