What Supplements Can I Take for High Blood Pressure? Overview High blood pressure (hypertension) is a common condition in which the pressure of your blood against your blood vessel walls poses a risk to your health. Over time, high blood pressure can damage your blood vessels and put you at a greater risk for stroke or heart attack. High blood pressure is a condition that often carries no symptoms and can go undetected for years. More than 1 in 5 adults worldwide lives with raised blood pressure. High blood pressure is diagnosed using two numerical measurements: diastolic and systolic pressure. Systolic blood pressure is the pressure against your artery walls during a contraction of your heart (a heartbeat). A systolic blood pressure measurement of 120 or above is considered elevated. Above 130 is considered high. Diastolic is the pressure on your arteries in between heartbeats. A diastolic blood pressure measurement above 80 is considered high. Supplements for high blood pressure Folic acid Increased blood volume due to pregnancy can lead to high blood pressure. Folic acid is an important supplement for a baby’s development in the womb. Studies suggest folic acid may have the additional benefit of reducing the risk of hypertension during pregnancy. Taking high doses of folic acid might also help to slightly reduce blood pressure in both men and women whose blood pressure is high, as shown in a 2009 meta-analysis. The recommended dose of folic acid is in most prenatal vitamins, but it can be purchased as a standalone supplement and taken in capsule form, too. Find folic acid supplements here. Vitamin D Low levels of vitamin D have been linked to hypertension. Yet, a clinical review of 11 studies found that vitamin D supplements had a very minor effect on diastolic blood pressure, and no effect on systolic in people with high blood pressure. Although it’s important to get adequate vitamin D, its effects on high blood pressure may be minor. You can purchase vitamin D capsules wherever supplements are sold. You can also increase the amount of vitamin D in your diet and spend time outside to absorb vitamin D through your skin. Buy vitamin D supplements here. Magnesium The mineral magnesium is used by your body to regulate healthy cell function. Magnesium also assists in muscle fiber contractions. Several studies are conflicting about whether magnesium helps reduce blood pressure. But one analysis showed that magnesium supplements may have a small effect on blood pressure. Magnesium supplements are available in health food stores and online. Purchase one here. Potassium Potassium helps counteract the effects of sodium on blood pressure. The American Heart Association also points out that potassium helps decrease pressure on your artery walls. Studies support potassium supplements as a treatment to lower blood pressure. You can find potassium supplements in health food stores and online. The typical dose is 99 milligrams (mg) per day. Purchase a potassium supplement online here. CoQ10 Coenzyme Q10 (also known as ubiquinone) is an antioxidant that helps your cells produce energy. In an analysis of clinical trials, CoQ10 brought down diastolic blood pressure by up to 10 mm HG and systolic blood pressure by 17 mm Hg. CoQ10 is considered generally safe and can be purchased in capsule form. Find it here. Fiber Dietary fiber levels in the typical Western diet tend to be far lower than is recommended. Increasing your fiber intake could prevent hypertension or lower blood pressure if you have it already. A fiber supplement of 11 grams per day was found to reduce blood pressure by a small amount in an analysis of clinical trials. You can also add more fiber to your diet by increasing your consumption of green, leafy vegetables and fresh fruit. If you wish to take a supplement, you can find one here. Acetyl-L-carnitine Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR) is used by your body to make energy. It’s produced in your body but also can be purchased as a supplement. ALCAR is a promising supplement in controlling blood pressure. It’s safe, cheap, and well-tolerated by most people. Although not much research has been done supporting its use for high blood pressure, one small study suggested that it may help reduce systolic blood pressure. You can find L-carnitine supplements for purchase here. Garlic Garlic has been used as a diuretic and circulation treatment since the time of ancient Greece. Garlic may improve the way your body circulates blood through your system. So it makes sense that, when studied, garlic significantly lowered both diastolic and systolic blood pressure in randomized clinical trials. Garlic supplements and raw garlic can both be used to help with high blood pressure. Find the supplements here.

Plus, high blood pressure causes fatigue, hair loss, impotence, memory problems, inflammation and lots of other ailments that negatively affect the quality of your life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure. The shocking statistics reveal that 33% of Americans over the age of 20 have high blood pressure.1 And 90% have hypertension by age 65.1,2 And worst of all, 72% of people don’t even know they have high blood pressure.2 And the bigger problem is that high blood pressure has no warning signs or symptoms. People think high blood pressure causes headaches or dizziness, but these are rare. So What’s The Solution? Okay, so now we know just how bad it is – so, what are the solutions? In a previous video I’ve covered all the various drug options and how they all have negative side-effects. They’re okay to short term to quickly lower extremely high blood pressure. However, it’s not a long-term solution by any means. Lifestyle improvements – Better diet, more exercise, stress management and losing weight are all very important – simply for a healthier life. And I’ve covered this topic in a previous video as well. Unfortunately, for many people – lifestyle improvements take a lot of effort, time and money. Additionally, the resulting lower blood pressure isn’t very big. So people are left disappointed and frustrated. A Faster, Easier Solution And this is where supplements come in. The correct herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals, can dramatically improve your blood pressure quickly and naturally, in a short amount of time … with the least amount of effort. And because of this, people are able to lower their blood pressure and KEEP it at a healthy level daily, month after month… year after year. So in doing the research for myself and my family, I discovered 10 natural ingredients that are clinically proven to lower blood pressure: Let’s first start with the top 5 clinically proven herbal extracts. Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorn Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Let’s not forget our vitamins and minerals. The top 5 most important ones are: Magnesium blend - There are many forms of magnesium and each has a different function, bioavailability and absorption factor. Potassium is very important because it balances sodium, which causes water retention and higher blood pressure levels. It’s a natural diuretic. Vitamin D3, B6 and C work together to improve stress hormones such as cortisol and aldosterone levels, both causing hypertension. And finally, one of my favorite amino acids, L-Arginine. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. How To Reduce Blood Pressure | How To Prevent Blood Pressure | How To Lower High Blood Pressure | Lifestyle | Diet Hey, guys! This weeks video is about high blood pressure and how you can prevent getting it with simple yet effective lifestyle changes. Healthcare professionals refer to high blood pressure as the silent killer and for a good reason! High blood pressure increases risks of many diseases and shortens your life significantly. WHAT IS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: Blood pressure is measured in millimetres of mercury (mmHg) and is given as two figures: Systolic pressure – The pressure when your heart pushes blood out. Diastolic pressure – The pressure when your heart rests between beats. As a general guide: High blood pressure is considered to be 140/90mmHg or higher (or an average of 135/85mmHg at home) Ideal blood pressure is considered to be between 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmHg Low blood pressure is considered to be 90/60mmHg or lower. A blood pressure reading between 120/80mmHg and 140/90mmHg could mean you're at risk of developing high blood pressure if you don't take steps to keep your blood pressure under control. HOW TO PREVENT HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: High blood pressure can often be prevented or reduced by eating healthily, maintaining a healthy weight, taking regular exercise, drinking alcohol in moderation and not smoking. SALT & DIET: Cut down on the amount of salt in your food and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. The NHS Eatwell Guide highlights the different types of food that make up our diet, and shows the proportions we should eat them in to have a well-balanced and healthy diet. Salt raises your blood pressure. The more salt you eat, the higher your blood pressure. Aim to eat less than 6g (0.2oz) of salt a day, which is about a teaspoonful. Eating a low-fat diet that includes lots of fibre – such as wholegrain rice, bread and pasta – and plenty of fruit and vegetables also helps lower blood pressure. Aim to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables every day. Eatwell guide link: https://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/Goodfood/Pages/the-eatwell-guide.aspx ALCOHOL INTAKE: Regularly drinking alcohol above recommended limits can raise your blood pressure over time. Staying within these recommended levels is the best way to reduce your risk of developing high blood pressure: Men and women are advised not to regularly drink more than 14 units a week. Spread your drinking over three days or more if you drink as much as 14 units a week. Find out how many units are in your favourite drink and get tips on cutting down: https://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/alcohol/Pages/alcohol-units.aspx GET ACTIVE & LOSE WEIGHT: Being active and taking regular exercise lowers blood pressure by keeping your heart and blood vessels in good condition. Regular exercise can also help you lose weight, which will also help lower your blood pressure. Adults should do at least 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic activity such as cycling or fast walking every week. CUT DOWN CAFFEINE: Drinking more than four cups of coffee a day may increase your blood pressure. If you're a big fan of coffee, tea or other caffeine-rich drinks, such as cola and some energy drinks, consider cutting down. STOP SMOKING: Smoking doesn't directly cause high blood pressure, but it puts you at much higher risk of a heart attack and stroke. Smoking, like high blood pressure, will cause your arteries to narrow. If you smoke and have high blood pressure, your arteries will narrow much more quickly, and your risk of heart or lung disease in the future is dramatically increased. SLEEP: Long-term sleep deprivation is associated with a rise in blood pressure and an increased risk of hypertension. It's a good idea to try to get at least six hours of sleep a night if you can. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg takes about the relationship between insulin resistance, potassium and blood pressure. Blood pressure is a potassium deficiency, not a a sodium excess. However, if someone has a problem with insulin, potassium is even more deficient. Potassium is controlled by insulin. When there is insulin resistance, potassium becomes deficient. By spiking potassium in a pre-diabetic or a diabetic state, the need for insulin can reduce. Supplements to lower blood pressure -High blood pressure four supplements to lower hypertension risk

Sources: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4266250/ supplements to lower blood pressure -High blood pressure four supplements to lower hypertension risk supplements to lower blood pressure blood pressure supplements vitamins for high blood pressure vitamins to lower blood pressure natural supplements for high blood pressure FAR SASA: USE PRODUCT IMAGES FOUND IN THE LINKS BELOW Hey everyone this is Sean White, health researcher at Natural Health Crusader. Today I want to talk to you about 4 supplements you can take to help with naturally lowering blood pressure levels. These are supplements that I take daily, as well as a few family members who have struggled with hypertension. Now if you need more information about lowering blood pressure levels I have a few videos on this channel that I'll link to below, but this video will focus mainly on the 4 daily supplements. I'll also link to the exact products for each of these that we use, so you can go out and purchase if you wanted to. So with that being said let's jump right into it. Garlic (https://amzn.to/2Ifzq00) Garlic has a wide-range of documented health benefits. Aside from high blood pressure, it can help with cardiovascular health, cholesterol, immune system support, and digestion. In double-blind studies with garlic preparations providing a daily dose of at least 10 mg allicin, blood pressure readings dropped with typical reductions of 11 mmHg for the systolic and 5 mmhg in the diastolic within a 1 to 3-month period. Allicin is an enzyme that is released when fresh garlic is cut, and to get 10mg a day you would need to eat 1-4 cloves. However, we know that may be difficult and also not the most pleasant smelling, so we found an odorless garlic supplement that helps us get our daily intake. It's called Odorless Garlic by BRI Nutrition and we'll link to it in the description. Spirulina (https://amzn.to/2K8zG2I) Spirulina is a blue-green algae that is one of the oldest life forms on Earth. It's one of the most nutrient-rich superfoods in existence. According to Nutrex Hawaii, "Spirulina has between 55 and 70% protein (which is more than beef, chicken, and soybeans), 8 essential and 10 non-essential amino acids, as well as high levels of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), beta-carotene, linoleic acid, arachidonic acid, vitamin B12, iron, calcium, phosphorus, nucleic acids RNA & DNA, chlorophyll, and phycocyanin, a pigment-protein complex that is found only in blue-green algae." Taking spirulina daily can help with boosting energy, immunity, cardiovascular health, eye health, brain health, and lowering blood pressure levels. We use Pure Hawaiian Spirulina by Nutrex Hawaii, and you can find the link in the description. Fish Oil (https://amzn.to/2MhphlE) Fish oil is a rich source of two long-chain, omega-3 fatty acids: the first is EPA [eicosapentaenoic acid] and DHA [docosahexaenoic acid]. Most people have caught on to the many health benefits of omega-3 fatty acids and taking a fish oil supplement. But if you're not aware, some of the benefits include supporting the health of heart, brain health, joints, mood & mental state, skin & hair. When taking a fish oil supplement, the body converts these omega-3 fatty acids into substances that help with reducing inflammation in the body. It also helps to prevent arterial hardening which is one of the key causes of hypertension and high blood pressure. CBD Oil (http://www.lnk123.com/aff_c?offer_id=2597&aff_id=386029) Last on the list is one of our favorite supplements, CBD Oil. CBD Oil, which stands for cannabidiol, has been somewhat controversial in that there are many health benefits, but it's not widely accepted yet. You can find a link to it in the description. So that wraps up this video on 4 supplements that can help with lowering blood pressure and hypertension. If you liked this video make sure you comment below and share this video with friends and family. That's going to wrap it up and I'll see you in the next video. hypertension risk high blood pressure symptoms what causes high blood pressure hypertension low blood pressure what is high blood pressure signs of high blood pressure hypertension symptoms blood pressure symptoms diastolic blood pressure hypertension causes high blood pressure diet foods that lower blood pressure low blood pressure symptoms high blood pressure treatment hypotension high bp symptoms what is hypertension systolic blood pressure what causes low blood pressure high blood pressure symptoms in men effects of high blood pressure high diastolic blood pressure high blood vitamins for blood pressure supplements to lower blood pressure fast natural supplements to lower blood pressure best supplements for high blood pressure natural blood pressure supplements supplements to reduce blood pressure what vitamins are good for high blood pressure supplements for hypertension what supplements lower blood pressure

🍊 The Most Powerful Fruit For Lowering Blood Pressure

04:59
How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure by 23% In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/LowerMyBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/WorstFoodForBP Refferences: 1. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15158307 2. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10799367 3. https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=pomegranate ======================================= 💖 One Of The Most Powerful Fruits For Lowering Blood Pressure Pomegranate ======================================= One of my favorite heart-health fruits is Pomegranate. It’s not very popular in America, but it’s widely used in the Middle East, Asia and the Mediterranean. Which incidentally, all 3 regions are known for having lower heart disease and blood pressure. This amazing fruit not only tastes good, but has a multitude of health benefits that can help you lower your blood pressure and ensure the health of your heart and arteries. (2) Helps regulate blood pressure. Powerful Antioxidant effect. Helps clear artery blockages. Lowers "bad" LDL cholesterol. Can help with various healthy conditions (erectile dysfunction, prostate cancer, kidney disease and more). How It Works A compound found only in pomegranates is called punicalagin (pu-nee-kal-ah-gin). It has been shown to offer benefits for the heart and blood vessels. Punicalagin is responsible for pomegranate's antioxidant and health benefits. (3) It not only lowers blood pressure and increases the speed at which heart blockages caused by atherosclerosis are removed, it also lowers bad cholesterol. Studies have been done on patients with severe carotid (ker-ah-tid) artery blockages. They were given an ounce of pomegranate juice each day for a year. Amazingly, the patient's blood pressure lowered by 12%, and there was a 30% reduction in atherosclerotic plaque, meaning the arteries were cleared (1). More studies have shown that potent antioxidant compounds found in pomegranates reduce platelet aggregation and naturally lower blood pressure, factors that prevent both heart attacks and strokes (2). Side-Effects & Warnings As far as negative side-effects, there aren’t any. However, drinking fruit juice - whether it’s from an orange or pomegranate - isn’t a good idea because of a few factors. Sugar increases blood pressure and fruit sugar, fructose is the worst. Fruit juice, including pomegranate, has a high glycemic index and thus, it spikes up your blood sugar and insulin levels. This in turn can increase stomach fat, diabetes and yes, blood pressure levels. Eating the actual fruit is best, including the seeds. It has additional fiber, healthy fats and many other benefits. However, this is a messy fruit and 95% of people will not eat it and pick apart all the little pomegranate seeds. Ideally, you would take Pomegranate Fruit Extract, at a 5:1 ratio at 200 mgs daily. That’s the clinically proven extract and dosage for improving your blood pressure levels.3 How To Get Much Better & Safer Results One thing to remember is you never want to use only ONE ingredient to achieve a health goal. This is because your body will quickly adapt and the ingredient will stop working. This means you’ll need to use a higher and higher dosage -- which will eventually lead to negative side-effects. Of course, this makes sense because you don’t only eat ONE type of vegetable (broccoli) all the time for total health, right?... Additionally, whatever is causing the health problem - in this case, “high blood pressure”, is NEVER from only ONE cause -- it’s usually multiple reasons. And that's why you want to “attack” the problem using multiple mechanisms. Research has shown that Pomegranate extract works much better, when utilized with other complementary ingredients, for dramatically improved blood pressure and total heart-health. Clinically proven ingredients to use with Pomegranate extract is: Magnesium “blend” (glycinate, malate, citrate, etc.) English Hawthorn Berry Extracts (standardized to 3.2% vitexin-2-rhamnosides and 2% flavonoids) Grape Seed Extract (MegaNatural®-BP 85% Total Phenolics) Celery Seed Extract (85% 3nB; 42.5% phthalides) Lycopene Extract (5%) L-Arginine (L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate) The special synergy between these correct “stack of ingredients”, creates a much safer and more effective solution. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Causes of High Diastolic Blood Pressure - What Does High Diastolic Blood Pressure Really Mean?

03:13
Watch it !!! http://bit.ly/29kvGJS ★ A Breakthrough in diabetes has been achieved ► Read On To Find Out Exactly How You Can Change Your Life By Following A Simple Diet That Anyone Can Do... Causes of High Diastolic Blood Pressure Nearly 1 in 3 American adults has high blood pressure. Your heart has to work harder when blood pressure is high, and your risk for heart disease, stroke and other problems goes up. High blood pressure won't go away without treatment. That could include lifestyle changes and, if your doctor prescribes it, medicine. What Is Blood Pressure? Blood pressure is the force of blood flow inside your blood vessels. Your doctor records your blood pressure as two numbers, such as 120/80, which you may hear them say as "120 over 80." Both numbers are important. The first number is the pressure as your heart beats and pushes blood through the blood vessels. Health care providers call this the "systolic" pressure. The second number is the pressure when the vessels relax between heartbeats. It's called the "diastolic" pressure. Here's what the numbers mean: Healthy blood pressure: below 120/80 Early high blood pressure: between 120/80 and 140/90 High blood pressure: 140/90 or higher The lower your blood pressure, the better your chances of delaying or preventing a heart attack or a stroke. When your blood moves through your vessels with too much force, you have high blood pressure or hypertension. Your heart has to work harder when blood pressure is high, and your risk for heart disease and diabetes goes up. High blood pressure raises your risk for heart attack, stroke, eye problems and kidney disease. High blood pressure is a problem that won't go away without treatment and changes to your diet and lifestyle. You should always have an idea of what your blood pressure is, just as you know your height and weight. How will I know if I have high blood pressure? High blood pressure is a silent problem — you won't know you have it unless your health care provider checks your blood pressure. Have your blood pressure checked at each regular health care visit, or at least once every two years (people without diabetes or other risk factors for heart disease). What can I do about high blood pressure? Here are some easy tips to help reduce your blood pressure: Work with your health care provider to find a treatment plan that's right for you. Eat whole-grain breads and cereals. Try herbs and spices instead of salt to flavor foods. Check food labels and choose foods with less than 400 mg of sodium per serving. Lose weight or take steps to prevent weight gain. Limit alcohol consumption and consult your health care provider about whether it is safe to drink alcohol at all. If you smoke, get help to quit. Ask your health care provider about medications to help reduce high blood pressure. Samples of these types of medications include ACE inhibitors, ARBs, beta blockers, calcium channel blockers and diuretics. source:http://www.diabetes.org Topic are cover: causes of high blood pressure high blood pressure causes cause of high blood pressure what cause high blood pressure causes for high blood pressure causes high blood pressure what causes high diastolic blood pressure high diastolic blood pressure causes causes of high diastolic blood pressure what are the causes of high blood pressure high diastolic pressure causes what are causes of high blood pressure what causes blood pressure to be high what can cause high blood pressure readings http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GA76U-q15HU

How To lower Blood Pressure Naturally With Nattokinase And Exercise

13:09
http://herbreview.org/how-to-lower-blood-pressure-naturally-with-nattokinase-and-exercise/ Nattokinase, at a dose of 4000FUs, lowers BP quickly - especially if taken shortly before exercise. Aerobic exercise works best. Walking is a good example. In this video I demonstrate the BP lowering effects of nattokinase with jogging and sprinting, but I think walking for 45 minutes will have the desired effect. So what is nattokinase? It's an enzyme that is extracted from traditional Japanese soy food natto. The enzyme was discovered only recently by Dr Hiroyuki Sumi in 1980 at the University of Chicago. So what is nattokinase so important? The body produces several enzymes that promote clot formation, but only one, plasmin, to dissolve them. Furthermore, levels of plasmin reduces with aging. The effect of nattokinase resembles that of plasmin. And it's a fairly inexpensive supplement when compared to blood thinning drugs. Furthermore, it works even better than pharmaceutical drugs. Nattokinase does not inhibit body's reaction to form new clots around a trauma, but pharmaceutical drugs will inhibit critical coagulation. Nattokinase is a natural agent that thins and dissolves blood clots effectively, with relative safety, without side effects. It's the Aspirin strategy without the pitfalls. The traditional Japanese food Natto has been used safely for over 1000 years. The potent fibrinolytic enzyme nattokinase appears to be safe based upon the long-term traditional use of this food. Nattokinase can be used preventatively. It is a naturally occurring, food based dietary supplement that has demonstrated stability in the gastrointestinal tract, as well as to changes in pH and temperature. Furthermore, regular use of nattokinase may help prevent your cognitive abilities as you age. Blood clots cause strokes and SENILITY. Nattokinase can keep blood clots from forming or dissolve existing clots. And it's more effective than blood-thinning drugs. Your blood needs to be just right - not too thick, not too thin. The body makes enzymes that cause clotting so it doesn't keep bleeding after surgery or injury. But the body makes only one primary enzyme to thin blood - plasmin. Nattokinase works a lot like plasmin - but doesn't cause excessive bleeding like blood thinners, and doesn't have side effects. Thrombotic clogging of the cerebral blood vessels may be a cause of dementia. It has been estimated that sixty percent of senile dementia patients in Japan is caused by thrombus. Thrombotic diseases typically include cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, cardiac infarction and angina pectoris, and also include diseases caused by blood vessels with lowered flexibility, including senile dementia and diabetes (caused by pancreatic dysfunction). Nattokinase holds great promise to support such patients. Scientists at Yonsei University in Korea tested 86 individuals aged 20 to 80 whose blood pressure ranged from 130 to 159 mmHg. Each received either nattokinase at 2000 FU (fibrinolytic units) per capsule daily or a placebo. After eight weeks, those on nattokinase had significantly lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The researchers conclude, "These findings suggest that increased intake of nattokinase may play an important role in preventing and treating hypertension." Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from natto. One of nature's most powerful blood thinners. It dissolves clots and prevents their formation in some cases. A Taiwanese study showed no adverse effect from two capsules of nattokinase (2000 FU per capsule) a day for two months. It may help reduce blood pressure as thins blood. It dissolves fibrin (tiny fibers) that make up the meshwork of the blood clot. Or it may act like plasmin - the natural enzyme in human blood that maintains the right viscosity. The higher the dosage, the stronger the blood thinning effect, so need to be mindful of that. A word of caution - combining nattokinase with warfarin, plavix, effient or other prescribed blood thinners; aspirin or any other herb or medicine that thins the blood or prevent blood clotting may have a dangerous additive effect and lead to excessive blood thinning. Take nattokinase on an empty stomach.

How To Lower Diastolic Blood Pressure - http://healthpress.co/LowerBloodPressure High blood pressure also commonly known as hypertension can be fatal if not treated. Hypertension is known for causing the hardening of the arteries and may get worst if is not addressed. What does all this have to do with a how to lower diastolic blood pressure? One of the most important numbers in determining pressure reading is the diastolic number in the reading. It is the number at the bottom of the line when the reading is express as e.g 120/80. In this case it is 80, and the systolic number is 120. A lower diastolic blood pressure reading is preferable as the higher that number the greater the risk to developing hypertension, and becoming a victim to this silent killer is more likely. Here are seven, safe and powerful ways to maintain a normal pressure reading. 1. Know your risk factors Obesity due to over eating and lack of exercise Too much sodium or salt intake Habit of smoking and excessive alcohol drinking Physical and mental stress Heredity or genetics Old age 2. Always monitor You can monitor your pressure by using a sphygmomanometer and knowing the different ranges in the reading. In the list below note the levels of they diastolic reading - the lower number. Take a close look at how both the systolic (upper number) and the diastolic (lower number) increases as the level of hypertension stages increases. Again, it is important to know how to lower diastolic blood pressure in order to minimize the risk of hypertension. Normal - 119/79 and below Pre-Hypertension - 120-139/80-89 First stage hypertension - 140-159/90-99 Second stage hypertension -: 160/100 and above 3. Know the signs and symptoms Here are the most common signs and symptoms Severe headaches Fatigue due to physical stress Blurry vision Chest congestion Breathing problems Heartbeat irregularities Blood in the urine 4. Maintain a proper diet Avoid foods high in sodium, cholesterol and saturated fat Consume foods rich in potassium, calcium and vitamin c. Eat fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy products and wheat 5. Lose some weight Lose weight if you are 30% above your normal weight or more Exercise regularly 6. Drug ad Natural Supplements Use herbal treatments such as garlic, burdock or Hawthorne Use conventional treatments prescribed by doctors such as diuretics, beta-blockers and calcium channel blockers. Magnesium & Blood Pressure: How Does Magnesium Affect Blood Pressure?

Day in and day out I hear from people that are struggling with high blood pressure and their doctors are telling them that if they don't change their diet, if they don't change their exercise routine or if they don't change their lifestyle, they're going to end up dying because of their high blood pressure. Now, I'm not saying that those doctors are wrong, but what I am saying is we need to look at the bigger picture. We need to look at some other things outside of just the good old fashioned changing your diet and adding more exercise. All right, so what I want to talk about in this video is how magnesium actually affects blood pressure. You see, as we're progressing through various forms of research, we're starting to find that there's a lot more to blood pressure that what we thought. We used to just think it was kind of a sodium thing, how our bodies were sensitive to sodium and how that would ultimately affect the overall water retention, how it would overall effect just how our constricting blood vessels, et cetera, et cetera. But as we go forward we're learning that minerals really do play a bigger role outside of just sodium. So when it comes down to magnesium, it's pretty powerful and I want to reference this entire video surrounding one particular meta-analysis study. Now, for those of you that have watched my videos before, you know that a meta-analysis is a study that takes a look at a bunch of different studies aggregated together. So in this particular one, we took a look at a study that was published in the American Journal of Hypertension, this is a journal that specializes in blood pressure. So blood pressure research looking at all kinds of different studies and this one particular meta-analysis took a look at 34 different studies that had a total of 2,000 patients. So this is a very big study. These are the kind of studies you want to look at to give you a very solid, definitive answer. So, the studies that they looked at were what are called randomized placebo studies, which means the subjects did not know whether they were receiving a placebo or if they were receiving magnesium. Now, since we looked at a lot of different studies, it ranged anywhere from 248 milligrams of magnesium that were given to the subjects all the way up to 960 milligrams of magnesium that were given to the subjects. What they did is they looked at all these studies, and some of these ranged from three weeks all the way up to eight months. They took a look at where the average balance would change in terms of someone's blood pressure or where the average change would just generally occur and what they found is after about three months on average, if you consumed approximately 368 milligrams of magnesium, you were expected to see approximately a two millimeter of mercury decrease in your systolic and a 1.8 millimeter mercury decrease in your diastolic blood pressure. And then researchers later on, after digging into the research even more found that, really, only after a month, you would see a big difference. That's pretty darn powerful and it may not sound like a whole lot when you're looking at the big picture, but when it's just one simple factor that you're changing, that is very powerful. This is not changing the diet and not changing exercise. References 1) Zhang X , et al. (n.d.). Supplement to Lower Blood Pressure Naturally - Blood Pressure Reducer 1000 Review

04:44
Order here! http://bit.ly/BloodPressureSupplement Is hypertension slowing you down? Men’s Healthy Lifestyle brings you the most powerful blend of all-natural ingredients to help you manage your blood pressure and regain your natural form. BLOOD PRESSURE REDUCER 1000 contains natural ingredients that are clinically-tested to provide optimum blood pressure reduction, which prevents serious and fatal conditions such as heart attacks, stroke, and infarctions. Blood Pressure Reducer 1000 is created to answer to the growing demand for an all-natural supplement that can aid heart health. Blood Pressure Reducer 1000 aims to regulate blood pressure by tackling the major factors that affect blood pressure, and combine the right ingredients to create a synergistic effect that would help manage and retain healthy blood pressure. The main effect of Blood Pressure Reducer 1000 is through vasodilation. Vasodilation has much to do with regulating blood pressure, and preventing hypertension. Blood pressure elevation typically rises gradually, and with each uptick in blood pressure, the consequence on the body increases. With an all-natural way to dilate blood vessels, Blood Pressure Reducer 1000 helps to reduce the risk of developing hypertension and its dangerous health consequences by regulating blood pressure through vasodilation. Blood Pressure Reducer 1000 promotes vasodilation by triggering the relaxation of the smooth muscles that control vasodilation and vasoconstriction. With smooth muscles relaxed, blood vessels dilate and allow an increased volume of blood to flow through the arteries. This prevents the ‘bottleneck effect’ that increases blood pressure, which makes the heart pump faster, to bring the essential nutrients to the various parts of the body. Vitamin C Supplements Reduce Blood Pressure Without Side Effects Associated With Medication

03:35
http://preventdisease.com/news/12/041512_Vitamin-C-Supplements-Reduce-Blood-Pressure-Without-Side-Effects-Associated-With-Medication.shtml Vitamin C Supplements Reduce Blood Pressure Without Side Effects Associated With Medication A new study released in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition shows that taking vitamin C supplements in the short-term reduces both systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) all without any side effects making it an excellent natural alternative to dangerous medications. Previous research has found that therapy with vitamin C may help heart failure patients by improving the function of their blood vessels. The current meta-analysis led by Stephen P Juraschek of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and colleagues showed that taking as low as 500 mg per day of vitamin C for an average of eight weeks lowered SBP and DBP by 3.84 mm Hg and 1.48 mm Hg, respectively. Twenty-nine trials met eligibility criteria for the primary analysis and among participants who had hypertension or high blood pressure, taking vitamin C reduced SBP and DBP by 4.85 mm Hg and 1.67 mm Hg, respectively. The researchers said in their report that observational studies indicated increased vitamin C intake, vitamin C supplementation, and higher serum vitamin C are all associated with lower blood pressure. This meta-analysis was intended to examine the blood pressure-lowering effects of vitamin C in clinical trials. Previous trials were inconsistent. The researchers concluded that "vitamin C supplementation reduced SBP and DBP. Long-term trials on the effects of vitamin C supplementation on BP and clinical events are needed." Late famous chemist Dr. Linus Pauling recommended that people need to have increasing intake of vitamin C as they are getting older. People in their 50's may take 5000 mg per day. Vitamin C does not result in any side or adverse effects. Commenting on the study, Dr. Samuel Georges said "the study demonstrates worthy alternatives for those sensitive to blood pressure medications, especially considering the lack of side effects from vitamin C supplementation." Intraveous injection of vitamin C solution has been found to protect against cancer. This vitamin may also help diabetes and heart disease among other things. It should be pointed out that vitamin C supplements on the market may be full of fillers. Foodconsumer.org recommends that food consumers should use 100% pure vitamin C. Intraveous injection of vitamin C has been found to prevent damage induced by cancer-causing radiation, prevent gastric cancer, lung cancer, Alzheimer's disease, leukemia, prostate cancer, melanoma, breast cancer, smoke-induced atherosclerosis, infections, diabetes, heart failure damage, heart disease, age-related cataract, gout, inhibit HIV replication, and promote wound healing. You don’t need medication. You don’t even have to change your diet or exercise either. One very simple way to do this is to increase your magnesium. This invaluable mineral is important to the health of every cell and organ, especially your heart. Playing a role in over 600 different reactions in your body. Unfortunately, researchers estimate that up to 80% of American do not get enough magnesium from their diet to replace the magnesium lost.1 Magnesium & Blood Pressure If you didn’t already know, 1 out of 3 Americans (33%) suffer from high blood pressure (hypertension).3 … which can increase your risk of having a heart attack or stroke. Sadly, ½ of these people don’t even know they have hypertension and less than 20% have this under control.3 However, the good news is that in a clinical study5, people who had the highest levels of serum magnesium, had a 48% lower risk of hypertension 69% lower risk of type 2 diabetes 42% lower risk for CAC, which is the hardening of your arteries. All very positive for your heart and overall health. Better Than A Drug? One type of drug prescribed for hypertension are “calcium channel blockers”. These are medicines which relax and widen blood vessels, therefore allowing the blood to flow through the blood vessels smoothly, lowering blood pressure. The good news is that magnesium acts like a calcium channel blocker, easing blood vessel flow and lowering blood pressure – naturally, without any synthetic drugs. It was found in a human clinical study6 of more than 8,500 people that a higher intake of magnesium may decrease the risk of high blood pressure. Where To Get Your Magnesium From FOODS As far as best “magnesium-rich” foods, most of it is greens and vegetables: Spinach Beet greens Collard greens Turnip greens Broccoli Brussels sprouts Kale Bok choy Romaine lettuce Raw seeds: Pumpkin, sesame and sunflower have the highest Raw nuts: Cashews, almonds and Brazil nuts are the best sources Fatty fish: Wild-caught Alaskan salmon and mackerel are the best sources Unfortunately, getting optimal magnesium levels can be difficult because most foods are depleted of vitamins and mineral. SUPPLEMENTS Obviously, taking a pill a lot easier and more efficient. Unfortunately, there are about 9 common forms of magnesium supplements, which can get very confusing. Plus, most supplements of magnesium are poorly absorbed. So What’s The Best Form? 🌡3 Juices Clinically Proven To Lower High Blood Pressure & Hypertension

See the list of the best natural vitamins and food extracts for lowering your blood pressure: Click here: 👉👉 http://drsam.co/yt/LowerBPIngredients Or see these 5 clinically proven solutions for lowering High Blood Pressure: 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJbBiEbbQyw #hypertension #highbloodpressure ==================================== 🌡3 Juices Clinically Proven To Lower High Blood Pressure & Hypertension ==================================== Pomegranate Juice I really like pomegranates, they taste great and have a lot of benefits due to their antioxidants. I personally like the whole fruit, but it is messy to eat since you have to pick apart each of the little individual pomegranate seeds. So, you better not be wearing anything white, because the stuff does stain. However, if you’d like to bypass it all, having 1 cup daily, of pomegranate juice for 28 days (4 weeks) can quickly lower your blood pressure. A study reveals “a significant fall in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as mean arterial pressure.”1 And if you don’t want to deal with the sugar and calories, you can just take Pomegranate Extract (5:1 ratio) in a natural, supplement form. And at the end of this video. I’ll let you know where you get and the best form. Watermelon Juice Watermelon contains an amino acid called citrulline (similar to arginine), which helps the body to produce nitric oxide, a gas that relaxes blood vessels and encourages flexibility in arteries. These effects aid the flow of blood, which can lower high blood pressure.2 An increase in nitric oxide can also help improve erection strength, short term You’ll need about 2 cups of watermelons or 1 cup of the juice, 2-3x daily, to get these positive effects. Beet Juice Drinking 1 cup of beet juice daily for 28 days (4 weeks) can help reduce blood pressure in the short and long term.3 Researchers believe that the beet’s high levels of inorganic nitrates, causes the reduction of blood pressure. One thing I’d like to pre-warn you about -- don’t be alarmed if your urine is pinkish or light red in color - beets will do that. Hawthorn Berry Juice I have a “bonus” fruit juice which also helps lower blood pressure and that’s Hawthorn Berries. I call this a “bonus” juice because finding actual Hawthorn berries is a bit of a challenge. However, the actual juice is really difficult to find, which is unfortunate because it’s really powerful at lowering blood pressure. This is because Hawthorn Berries contain antioxidant flavonoids, such as vitexin, which are used to lower high blood pressure relieve angina (chest pain caused by reduced blood flow) improve heart pump efficiency reduce abnormal heart rhythms as well as reducing stress related hypertension. Hawthorn is believed to reduce blood pressure by relaxing peripheral blood vessels and dilating arteries in the same way as ACE inhibitor, antihypertensive drugs – by blocking the action of ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme). Hawthorn may also increase levels of nitric oxide (a powerful blood vessel dilator) … And it also has a mild diuretic action, which decreases fluid retention and helps lower blood pressure. Its antioxidant action may also reduce hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis). As you can see, it has lots of heart-healthy benefits, in addition to lowering high blood pressure. ======================================== Thank you for watching. In fact, research has demonstrated1-3 the vital role this mineral plays in your cardiovascular health, by reducing your risk for hypertension, stroke, heart attack and plaque build-up in your arteries. This invaluable mineral is important to the health of every cell and organ, playing a role in over 600 different reactions in your body. So what mineral am I speaking of?... It’s Magnesium! When magnesium levels are low, you can have major problems in your muscles and organs. Symptoms of a deficiency can include unexplained fatigue or muscle weakness, abnormal heart rhythms, eye twitches, muscle spasms, restlessness, insomnia and even hair loss. It is quite possible to be unaware of a deficiency, which is why it has been dubbed the "invisible deficiency." Some researchers estimate that up to 80% of American do not get enough magnesium from their diet to replace the magnesium lost.(1) I bring this up because studies have shown that less than 25% of US adults are getting the minimum requirements for magnesium - which is only about 300 mgs for women and 400 mgs for men.(2) Magnesium & Blood Pressure I could go on and on about the importance of Magnesium, but I hope you get the point. However, today I want to focus on lowering your blood pressure. If you didn’t already know, 1 out of 3 Americans (33%) suffer from high blood pressure (hypertension).3 … which can increase your risk of having a heart attack or stroke. Sadly, ½ of these people don’t even know they have hypertension and less than 20% have this under control.(3) In fact, having high blood pressure is known as the “silent killer” because there are no real symptoms. Other than getting your blood pressure tested regularly, it’s hard to tell if yours will be elevated or if it’s normal. However, the good news is that in a clinical study5, people who had the highest levels of serum magnesium, had a 48% lower risk of hypertension 69% lower risk of type 2 diabetes 42% lower risk for CAC, which is the hardening of your arteries. Where To Get Your Magnesium From Unfortunately, getting optimal magnesium levels can be difficult because most foods are depleted of vitamins and mineral. And most supplements of magnesium are poorly absorbed. FOODS As far as best “magnesium-rich” foods, most of it is greens and vegetables: Spinach Beet greens Collard greens Turnip greens Broccoli -Raw seeds -Raw nuts -Fatty fish SUPPLEMENTS Obviously, taking a pill a lot easier and more efficient. Unfortunately, there are about 9 common forms of magnesium supplements, which can get very confusing. Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate Magnesium Oxide Magnesium Citrate Etc. So What’s The Best Form? Over the years, I’ve tested many different forms and combinations and I’ve discovered the best is a combination of 4 different magnesium's, which are clinically proven for maximum absorption: TRAACS® Magnesium Glycinate Amino Acid Chelate Albion® Di-Magnesium Malate Magnesium Citrate ======================================== Thank you for watching. 💖 Pomegranate Extract Lowers Your Blood Pressure Naturally - TIP

5 Best Foods for Lowering Your Blood Pressure, Naturally! ... Scientifically Shown To Work The Same Day! 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/TiredOfHBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/SurprisingHBPFacts ======================================= 💖 Pomegranate Extract Lowers Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= If you want to lower your blood pressure, you can do so naturally. You don’t need medication. You don’t even have to change your diet or exercise either. One simple way to lower your blood pressure is to use a specific form of Pomegranate Extract. This amazing fruit not only tastes good, but has a multitude of health benefits that can help you lower your blood pressure and ensure the health of your heart and arteries.2 Helps regulate blood pressure. Powerful Antioxidant effect. Helps clear artery blockages. Lowers "bad" LDL cholesterol. Can help with various healthy conditions (erectile dysfunction, prostate cancer, kidney disease and more). Drinking pomegranate juice daily is helpful, but I don’t recommend it because Sugar increases blood pressure and fruit sugar, fructose is the worst. That’s the clinically proven extract and dosage for improving your blood pressure levels.3 Making It Work Better However, there’s a special way to make Pomegranate Extract work 3x better and that’s to combine it with 4 other specific food “extracts” that are clinically proven to lower your blood pressure naturally. In fact, this is the same formula my own dad uses to lower his blood pressure. I’ve made another video about this topic and you can access this private video by clicking the link below in the description area. Please watch it now, while it’s fresh on your mind and then let me know how much this special formula has lowered your blood pressure. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Flaxseeds Lower Blood Pressure

07:28
The largest decrease in BP ever shown by any dietary intervention is flaxseeds according to a paper presented at the American Heart Association 2012 Scientific Sessions. Just 2 tablespoons of milled flax seeds resulted in a drop of 10 mm of Hg systolic and 7 mm Hg diastolic. This is equivalent to most antihypertensive drugs, and without their associated "side effects." Flaxseeds cause a doubling of plasma alpha linolenic acid and a 10 fold increase in lignans that in combination with the high fiber content of flaxseeds, each of which lower BP. This level of reduction of BP would be expected to result in 50% fewer strokes and a 30% reduction in heart attacks. The body converts the alpha linolenic acid into EPA and DHA, which have profound positive effects on inflammation, coagulation, and cardiac rhythm disorders. Accessed August 22, 2016. 3. http://www.cdc.gov/bloodpressure/facts.htm. Accessed June 14, 2016. ======================================= 🌡 What Is Systolic & Diastolic Pressure & The Ideal Numbers ======================================= I talk a lot about the importance have having proper blood pressure numbers not only because I have a family history of hypertension and heart disease… But also because high blood pressure is known as the “silent killer”. There are no real symptoms to warn you. And surprisingly, ⅓ of adults over the age of 20 have high blood pressure. So the problem starts early. And the older we get, the worse the numbers become. For example, over 60% of the population over the age of 65 has high blood pressure. For women, it’s even worse because of menopause.2,3 Sadly, 70% of the population doesn’t even know they have high blood pressure, which greatly increases your risk of death by 43%, in addition to other health ailments.2,3 Now, before I give you the ideal blood pressure numbers, let’s first talk about what the numbers even mean. The top number, known as Systolic, refers to the amount of pressure in your arteries during the contraction of your heart muscle. The bottom number, called Diastolic, refers to your blood pressure when your heart muscle is between beats. Both numbers are important in determining the state of your heart health. Numbers greater than the ideal range, indicate that your heart is working too hard to pump blood to the rest of your body. This obviously puts more stress on your heart, as well as your veins, blood vessels and arteries. In fact, this puts more pressure on your brain as well! So, what’s the ideal range?... Here’s a quick chart on blood pressure levels. As you can see, anything in the red that’s over 140/90 is considered “high” blood pressure. The yellow zone is better, but still a problem. Ideal range is in the green, which is LESS than 120/80. I prefer around 110/70 or 115/75. Now, the reason I like it lower is because studies1 have found that lower than 120 mmHG Systolic (top number) caused 43% lower risk of cardiovascular death 38% lower “heart failure” 27% in less deaths 25% lower deaths from “first” heart attacks 17% lower heart attacks 11% lower strokes So lower is better, as long as you feel fine… and preferably done naturally - through specific diet, exercise and supplements. So if you want to live longer, lowering your blood pressure levels to 120/80 or lower, is a huge benefit and a necessity for total health. I would skip the drugs and try to do it naturally with diet, exercise and supplements. And this is really important if you’re over the age of 40 because lots of clinical evidence that aging is a major contributing factor to hypertension because of the change in your hormones. Like I said, this is a very important topic to me personally, because of my family history. Below this video in the description area, I’ve got two links for you to visit and you’ll discover proven, simple and easy ways of lowering your blood pressure, naturally. So make sure you take a look right now, while it’s fresh on your mind. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. Garlic for cholesterol | Garlic lowers cholesterol and high blood pressure

03:46
Garlic for cholesterol | Garlic lowers cholesterol and high blood pressure Garlic, especially raw garlic, has been used for several centuries as a seasoning and as a medicinal food because of its health benefits, which are. Combat high cholesterol and triglycerides by containing allicin; Reduce blood pressure as it relaxes blood vessels; Prevent thrombosis by being rich in antioxidants; Protect the heart by lowering cholesterol and blood vessels. To get these benefits, you should consume at least 4 g of fresh garlic a day or 4 to 7 gram of garlic in capsules, as it loses much of its effect when used as a supplement. Nutrition information and how to use it. The following table shows the nutritional composition of 100 grams of fresh garlic. Quantity in 100 g fresh garlic. Energy: 113 kcal. Protein: 7 gram. Carbohydrate: 23.9 gram. Fat: 0.2 gram. Fibers 4.3 gram. Calcium: 14 mg. Potassium: 535 mg. Phosphor: 14 mg. Allicin: 225 mg. Garlic can be used as a seasoning of meats, fish, salads, sauces and side dishes like rice and pasta. Also, it is important to remember that raw garlic is more potent than cooked, that fresh garlic is more potent than old garlic, and that garlic supplements do not bring as much benefit as their natural consumption. Besides garlic, consuming ginger daily also helps to lower high blood pressure. How to Use Garlic to Protect the Heart. To protect the heart, preference should be given to the use of fresh garlic, which may be added as a seasoning of cooking preparations, placed in the water or taken as tea. Garlic Water. To prepare the garlic water, you should put 1 clove of crushed garlic in 100 ml of water and let the mixture rest overnight. This water should be consumed fasting to help cleanse the bowel and lower cholesterol. Garlic Tea. Tea should be made with 1 clove of garlic for every 100 to 200 ml of water. You should add chopped or crushed garlic in boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes, remove from heat and drink warm. 5 Best Foods for Lowering Your Blood Pressure, Naturally! ... Scientifically Shown To Work The Same Day! 💔 ►►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerBPRightAway Or you can watch this video on my channel: http://drsam.co/yt/SurprisingHBPFacts Refferences: 1. http://www.polyphenolics.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/3-BP-Effect-of-GSE-in-PreHyp-Journ-Pharm-Nutrit-2012.pdf 2. http://umm.edu/health/medical/altmed/herb/hawthorn#ixzz3ZGAKkDdF 3. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3249900/ 4. http://www.drugs.com/npp/hawthorn.html ======================================= ♥ Hawthorn Berries - TIP ======================================= If you want to lower your blood pressure, you can do so naturally. You don’t need medication. You don’t even have to change your diet or exercise either. One simple way to lower your blood pressure is to use a specific form of Hawthorn Berries. These berries work through multiple mechanisms. Dilate and widen blood vessels and arteries, which reduces the pressure and stress on your heart. It acts as a natural and safe ACE (angiotensin-converting-enzyme) inhibitor, which are drugs used to lower blood pressure3 Helps regulate your body's stress response, including lowering Cortisol levels.1,2 This is exciting news because, for the first time ever, you can address the psychological side of blood pressure, which is rarely dealt with. What’s The Best Form Don’t drink the juice or eat the berries. You’d have to consume hundreds of calories to see any benefit at all. Plus, the fructose and higher blood sugar will actually INCREASE your blood pressure. And most supplements don’t work either, because they’re either “dried” powder in capsules, which doesn’t contain any of the extracts. Or it’s in liquid form, which becomes rancid and inert after a few weeks. What you want to take is the extract form. English Hawthorn Berries are the most potent, at the maximum effective extract (standardized to 3.2% vitexin-2-rhamnosides and 2% flavonoids) at the correct clinically proven dosage of 900 mgs daily4. Typically, you’d take 300 mgs, 3x daily. However, there’s a special way to make Hawthorn Berries work 3x better and that’s to combine it with 4 other specific food “extracts” that are clinically proven to lower your blood pressure naturally. I’ve made another video about this topic and you can access this private video by clicking the link below in the description area. Please watch it now, while it’s fresh on your mind and then let me know how much this “simple formula” has lowered your blood pressure. Eating or juicing a minimum of 2 stalks of celery a day can do miracles in helping to lower blood pressure. Celery contains compounds called phthalides, which have a two-fold effect on lowering blood pressure. These phthalides relax the smooth muscle surrounding the arterial walls, cutting the work your heart does to pump blood throughout your body. Phthalides also decrease the production of stress hormones, reducing symptoms of hypertension. Kindly share this video on your social media so we can educate others worldwide. ☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally

05:23
How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure by 23% In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/LongTermLowBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/WorstFoodForBP ======================================= ☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= Lowering high blood pressure is a very important topic not only for avoiding a heart attack or stroke, but simply for a longer life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure, which has typically lead to strokes on my dad’s side of the family and heart attacks on my mom’s. The good news is that there are lots of simple ways to lower high blood pressure, naturally. And today I’m going reveal 3 simple pressure points on your body, that will instantly lower your blood pressure. Something important that I want to bring to your attention about today’s topic is that these solutions are for instant results, NOT long-term solutions … which I’ll get to at the end of today’s video. So if you’re feeling stressed or your blood pressure is rising, you can almost instantly and quickly use today’s 3 pressure points to lower your blood pressure and help avoid anything bad from happening. If nothing else, you’ll get instant relief and relaxation. Acupressure Point LI4 LI 4, which stands for “Large Intestine 4”, is an extremely useful acupressure point that is extensively used to treat chronic pain, acute stress and various types of diseases along with treatment for high blood pressure. This point is situated in the webbing between the forefinger and the thumb… right in the middle as you see here. It calms and balances blood flow throughout the body and clears stagnation. As an added benefit, it also boosts your immunity. The most effective way to apply pressure to LI 4 is to slide your thumb along the webbing until you reach the junction of the thumb and index finger bones. How to apply acupressure? Begin by moving your thumb in a small circular rubbing motion over LI 4 for a few seconds. Then you can apply gentle to moderate thumb pressure depending on how sensitive the area feels. If there is any pain, it should be a “good hurt,” not severe or uncomfortable. You can hold the point as long as you are comfortable, up to several minutes. I typically suggest about 20-30 seconds, then take a few second break and then repeat as often as you’d like. PC 6 PC 6 or Pericardium 6 is yet another important acupressure point for treating high blood pressure. It soothes and helps the heart and circulatory system in their proper functioning. This point is also known as the Inner Gate, and it is located on the inner forearm, approximately three finger-widths away from the wrist crease as you see here. This point can be stimulated by applying firm pressure to the point using your index finger or thumb. Again, apply pressure for about 20-30 seconds, then take a break and repeat as needed. G20 The G20 is below the base of your skull, in the hollows on both sides of the neck, between the two vertical neck muscles. Putting pressure here lowers your blood pressure, reduces headaches and stress by relaxing your nervous system. Use your thumbs, fingers, or knuckles to gradually apply pressure into the hollows of your skull. Close your eyes as you tilt your head back slowly. Take long, slow deep breaths as you hold for two to three minutes. Direct the pressure slowly and firmly into the center of your head. Other Acupressure Points Now, there are lots of other acupressure points -- on your feet, arms, legs, and so forth. I picked these 3 areas for lowering your blood pressure because you can do them any where, any place -- they’re easy to access. It’s just your hand, forearm/wrist and the back of your head. Easy access, you can do it yourself and you’ll get fast relief. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. Control BP with Nutrilite // Nutrition Can control BP

22:17
Control BP with Nutrilite // Nutrition can control BP High blood pressure (hypertension) is defined as high pressure (tension) in the arteries, which are the vessels that carry blood from the heart to the rest of the body. Blood pressure readings are given as two numbers. The systolic blood pressure (the top number) equals the pressure in the arteries as the heart contracts. The diastolic pressure (the bottom number) is the pressure in the arteries as the heart relaxes. Normal blood pressure is below 120/80; blood pressure between 120/80 and 139/89 is called "pre-hypertension," and a blood pressure of 140/90 or above is considered high while a systolic blood pressure of about 90 to 100 is considered low blood pressure. It is beneficial to add potassium to the diet. Studies show that people who consume more potassium have lower blood pressures. Good sources of potassium include: bananas, melons, oranges, spinach and zucchini. Treatments for high blood pressure include: Lifestyle modifications: Quit smoking, Lose weight, Exercise, Avoid alcohol Eat a low-sodium, low-fat diet **************Blood pressure is a measurement of the pressure in your arteries during the active and resting phases of each heartbeat. Here's what the numbers mean: Systolic pressure. The first (top) number in a blood pressure reading, this is the amount of pressure your heart generates when pumping blood through your arteries to the rest of your body. Diastolic pressure. The second (bottom) number in a blood pressure reading, this refers to the amount of pressure in your arteries when your heart is at rest between beats. Current guidelines identify normal blood pressure as lower than 120/80 mm Hg. Nattokinase and blood pressure – Video abstract [99553]

02:41
Video abstract of clinical trial report “Consumption of nattokinase is associated with reduced blood pressure and von Willebrand factor, a cardiovascular risk marker: results from a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter North American clinical trial” published in the open access journal Integrated Blood Pressure Control by authors Jensen et al. Objective: The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of consumption of nattokinase on hypertension in a North American hypertensive population with associated genetic, dietary, and lifestyle factors. This is in extension of, and contrast to, previous studies on Asian populations. Materials and methods: A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-arm clinical study was performed to evaluate nattokinase, a fermented soy extract nattō from which vitamin K2 has been removed. Based on the results from previous studies on Asian populations, 79 subjects were enrolled upon screening for elevated blood pressure who consumed placebo or 100 mg nattokinase/d for the 8-week study duration. Blood collections were performed at baseline and 8 weeks for testing plasma renin activity, von Willebrand factor, and platelet factor-4. Seventy-four people completed the study with good compliance. Results: Consumption of nattokinase was associated with a reduction in both systolic and diastolic BP. The reduction in systolic BP was seen for both sexes but was more robust in males consuming nattokinase. The average reduction in diastolic BP in the nattokinase group from 87 mmHg to 84 mmHg was statistically significant when compared to that in the group consuming placebo, where the average diastolic BP remained constant at 87 mmHg, and reached a high level of significance for males consuming nattokinase, where the average diastolic BP dropped from 86 mmHg to 81 mmHg. A decrease in vWF was seen in the female population consuming nattokinase. In the subpopulation with low plasma renin activity levels at baseline, an increase was seen for 66% of the people after 8-week consumption of nattokinase, in contrast to only 8% in the placebo group. Conclusion: The data suggest that nattokinase consumption in a North American population is associated with beneficial changes to BP in a hypertensive population, indicating sex-specific mechanisms of action of nattokinase’s effect on vWF and hypertension.
