Diet Plan for 6 Pack Abs (STEP BY STEP!)

You’d be right. That said, getting abs still remains rather elusive to many and certainly being able to maintain them year round is even harder. Not any more. In this video, I show you a 5 step plan for how to get a 6 pack that you can use to start getting your abs to show fast. Despite the fact that many are aware of the importance of proper nutrition when it comes to getting abs, it is still a mighty struggle to get them. It usually comes down to the methods those people are using to try and get them in the first place. Crash diet plans and temporary deprivation based tactics are not going to cut it long term if you want to get and keep your abs. Anything that forces you to feel as if you’re missing out or be deprived of what you really want is only going to be a temporary solution at best. As soon as you get tired of not having what you want, you’ll quickly give in and lose your ability to keep your hard earned abs. That said, the 5 step formula for getting a 6 pack starts with cutting out the obvious crap foods from your diet. You should know pretty quickly what these are. It’s the cakes, sweets, alcohol, fatty salad dressings, etc that just scream problems the minute you eat them. You know what they are and that means you know they should be gone, so do it. There’s never been a better time than now to start making the changes that are going to dramatically help you in your pursuit of your abs. Next step is to start eating more often. Yep, despite what keyboard scientists who read a few articles on google scholar want you to believe, there are far more important reasons to be eating more frequently throughout the day than whether or not this is maximally anabolic. I cover these for you in the video. Next up, you’re going to want to take another pass through that diet of yours. On this second time through, you’re going to want to remove the less obvious items that aren’t helping you as best they can to get your 6 pack abs. For me, I lay out three perfect examples. I thought these foods were healthy but I was only partially right. How they were being prepared was making all the difference in me seeing my abs consistently…or not. Moving on, you now want to eat more of the good foods you swapped in. This helps you to maintain and continue to build new muscle. Too often, people who take out the offending foods will free up many calories in their diet. If you don’t replace them with good foods you’ll likely wind up not supporting your muscle growth and be skinny without enough muscle mass. Finally, where the etching in of those abs can happen, supplementation. Use high quality supplements to fine tune your efforts and really take your results to the next level. Hardgainer Eating Plan (FULL DAY + TIPS!)
If you are skinny and find it difficult to pack on muscle then you are going to definitely want to watch this video. Here I am going to break down how to eat to build muscle and give you strategies on the best ways to approach your meal plans to give you the best chance of success. Too often, the overly simplified advice of “eat big and get big” is not enough. Here we are going to see why this can lead to an abundance of low quality gains (i.e. fat) instead of defined muscle. If you have been lifting for any length of time you have likely heard how important your nutrition is to the way your body looks. Pack a bunch of low quality foods into your diet and even though you may pack on some mass through training, it is going to look bloated and non-aesthetic when it is composed of mostly increases in body fat. This is not the look you should be going for especially if you are going to need to perform at a high level as well. Instead, the goal should be to build lean muscle without unnecessary or excess body fat. In order to achieve this you must first realize that simply eating more food indiscriminately is not the way to go. You would be better off learning how to make smarter food selections and opting for high quality nutrient dense foods. There is a problem with this approach however, and it can be a big one if you don’t manage it properly. That is, often times the nutrient dense foods are not calorically dense. Meaning, the healthier the food option becomes the fewer calories it has. When you attempt to simply cram more food into each meal to compensate for the sparser calories you often find that you get too full too quickly and cannot sustain it. This is where the approach to eating more frequently throughout the day comes in helpful. Now there is nothing magical about eating 6 times per day rather than 3. However, when it comes to hardgainers, it is especially helpful and a much more successful approach to eating since meal frequency is always an easier ask than increased meal volume when the stomach is used to eating a certain amount per sitting. Next, it is important that you chronicle your meals for about 2 to 3 days. This forces you to assess how much you are truly eating in a day. Often times, this is eye opening to those that actually take the time to do it. It becomes abundantly clear that they are not eating enough food to amount to any kind of muscle protein synthesis. Higher protein intake can help to lower the demand for calorie excess however in both instances, your body still needs enough high quality food to help you to build muscle. It is here that liquid calories and making the more calorie dense foods like avocados, natural peanut butter and nuts your staple foods, becomes most helpful. Adding a few protein shakes or smoothies in to your existing meals and not forgetting to opt for these more calorie compacted food options for snacks is a great way to quickly increase the intake throughout the day. Like I do everything right, I lift heavy weights, I do tons of cardio, i eat 6 small meals a day, I don't eat past 6 at night, and I still can't see my abs. I can't figure out what the heck I'm doing wrong... What's up guys my names Max and in today's video I want to go over the 9 foods you should never eat again if you want a six pack and if you want to lose weight. Since you've probably already realized that ice cream is one of them let's start with ice cream first. First of all ice cream is super high in sugar which can lead to weight gain, increased levels of blood triglycerides and diabetes. When you have a high spike in blood sugar which ice cream will definitely cause you to have your body reacts by releasing a lot of insulin. When insulin levels are high in your body it's literally impossible for you to burn fat and it's very easy for you to gain weight. Couple this with the fact that most ice creams will have at least 300 calories in just one cup and you'll easily see how ice cream is one of the worst foods to eat when trying to burn fat. Another food thats terrible for you if you want to see your abs and its also just as bad for your health...and that food is popcorn. Almost all microwave popcorn varieties come in a bag that is lined with perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA). This chemical is the same toxic stuff found in teflon pots and pans. And This chemical when heated has been linked to infertility, cancer and other diseases in lab animals. There are also gmos, artificial flavors, msg, and I don't know if you guys know this but regular corn farming requires a lot of pesticides. On top of all of that trans fats are still used by most popcorn brands even though trans fats have pretty much disappeared everywhere else since they're so strongly linked to heart attacks. And finally last but not least certain studies are starting to show that it might be a bad idea to Nuke any of your food not just microwavable popcorn. So yeah popcorn maybe the single worst food you can have for fat loss and for your health. Moving on.. we have Oreos and in general any type of cookies that you buy in a package like Chips Ahoy, keebler fudge cookies I think they're called. Now why are these so bad? Well all of the same things that applied to ice cream apply here as well. You will get an insulin Spike and it'll be impossible to burn fat until your insulin levels go back down. But something that makes this such a dangerous food to eat if you're trying to burn fat is the enormous calorie content. In just 6 Oreos we're looking at 270 calories and I bet that almost nobody eats just 6 Oreos. Oreos are addicting as soon as you eat one you know you're going to eat 20. If you eat a row which is typically how much people eat you're looking at 675 calories. Good luck burning that off. Oreos are super high in sugar fat and calories. That is definitely something you want to avoid while cutting body fat. Next we have soft drinks. Let me show you guys something this right here is peach flavored Snapple. And in one cup there are 200 calories and close to 48 grams of sugar or 12 teaspoons. You only really should be allowed a maximum of 6 to 9 teaspoons of sugar a day. You already went over with just one of these drinks. Now it's not only Snapple and I know that you guys already know that Pepsi coca cola Mountain Dew Hawaiian Punch brisk sprite and all that other canned soda.... I already know that you know that that's bad for you.... especially when you're trying to burn fat. But you might have not known that the orange juice and apple juice and in fact most juices that you see at the store are absolutely horrible for you. Apple juice has 24 grams of sugar in a cup. Granted that's half the amount that you're going to get from a cup of Snapple but thats still going to cause a major halt for your fat loss. Up next we have chips. Luckily lately there have been some Brands releasing chips that are actually not that bad for you. Unfortunately most of them still are pretty bad for you. Almost all chips are super high in salt, sugar, and fat. Also because they're cooked at such high temperatures it could cause the formation of carcinogens. Don't be fooled by the kettle cooked chips and the "natural"chips because .....it's the same shit.

Regardless, since we can't spot reduce one of the major goals has to be to reduce overall body fat. When I say create a caloric deficit with your diet, most people immediately want to know which diet plan is best to burn the most body fat in the shortest amount of time. And this is a very fair question, but it's not the right question to ask. It's a fair question because there are so many different diet approaches to choose from. There's low carb dieting, low fat dieting, fasting, paleo, vegetarian, atkins, keto, the dash diet, the mediteranean diet, the blood type diet and the list can go on and on. There's definitely a lot to choose from, but it's not the right question to ask because to get six pack abs you have to be able to diet consistently over TIME. That's right it's gonna take time to see your abs, so the number one question you should ask is which diet will I be able to stick to everyday. And it turns out there was a study done on over 600 people that observed the changes in weight lost over the course of a year. The 600 people were divided between 2 groups low carb and low fat, almost everything else remained identical. At the end of the study researchers found that some people in each group lost a lot of weight, others lost a little bit of weight, and some even gained weight. But the amazing thing was that both charts matched almost identically, and the reason why was one thing...adherence. Some people in the low carb group were able to easily give up carbs for a year and others cheated for the majority of the year because they couldn't stick to only eating mostly high protein and high fat foods. The same thing happened in the low fat group. The point is as long as you can find a diet plan that you can stick to you'll be very successful with reducing your body fat, so it's not about finding the best one, its about finding the one that works for you. The best way to do this is to find a way of eating that doesn't feel like dieting at all. So everyday you'll want to start by picking your favorite whole real single ingredient foods. Single ingredient foods will naturally fill you up and make it easy to create a caloric deficit, but its very important to pick foods that you actually enjoy eating if you want to be able to stick to eating them consistently. Next you'll want to decide how often to eat. Again the right way is the way you can actually stick to. Do you do better with small consistent meals throughout the day or will you be able to adhere to a fasting protocol better where you eat only one two or three times a day? By eating only single ingredient foods daily and choosing what times of the days to eat them based on your personal preferences you'll slowly change your relationship to food which is the major key to successfully be able to stick to a long term diet. The next thing you'll want to do daily is weight training. How Do I Pack for a Business Trip?
Hello I’m Alan Whitfield with Harry Rosen. We often get asked about how to pack for a 2 to 3 day business trip. With a little planning you can travel light, especially if you take advantage of your hotel laundry service. Last minute packing generally leads to overpacking and wrinkled clothes. Instead take a moment to study your agenda to determine how many meetings and social occasions you expect to have. What we have laid out here represents a typical wardrobe for 2 to 3 days, assuming you’re also wearing an outfit on the plane. You’ll notice that all of these items can be coordinated with each other. The jacket and trousers can be dressed up or down. No one wants to check luggage. A good carry on and sturdy garment bag like these will carry everything you need. The hanger on a garment bag can take up to three pairs of trousers if your trip requires a longer stay. Place your jacket on top, cover it in dry-cleaner’s plastic, and push out any big air bubbles to prevent wrinkles. If a longer stay is requires you can layer on another jacket and more dry cleaner plastic. The first items in your carry on should be your shoes. Pack them heel down evenly across the floor of the bag to provide a good foundation for the rest of your items. Use the belts and socks as shoe trees to support your shoe’s shape. Use your shoes’ duster bags to protect your shoes and keep your other clothes clean. Now, fill in the gaps with your sunglass case, rolled underwear, t-shirts, and sweatshirt & pants. Try to make the base as flat and even as possible. You can either roll your ties and pack them into the gaps or fold them in four and insert them into the inside pocket of your jacket. Avoid placing them between shoes so that they don’t get pinched and wrinkled along the way. Overtop place your knits and shirts folded from the launderer. Plan on wearing your overcoat on the plane to avoid unnecessary weight on your dress shirts. One of the key tricks to wrinkle free packing is to make sure you unpack and hang everything the moment you arrive at your hotel. If you’re room’s not ready ask the concierge to hang your garment bag for you. You’re all ready to go. Thank you and safe travels.

Too often, people think that doing ab exercise after ab exercise without paying attention to what they put in their mouth is going to get them abs. That is simply not the case. Sure, you may have a killer six pack, but I can guarantee you it will be hiding under a thick layer of stomach fat if you’re not attentive to how you eat. In this video, I show you the absolute number one key to eating for abs and how to keep them year round. The thing you must have in your meal plan above anything else is convenience. Let’s face it, if you are the slightest bit inconvenienced by your diet you are likely to give up on it quickly. The reason this happens is that most diet plans already make you change too much about the way you live. They become an inconvenience that becomes harder and harder to stick to long term if they feel like a second job in order to succeed on them. If you can keep your meal plan preparation simple and convenient, you will be amazed at just how effectively you can make a lifestyle change in the way you eat…and how easy it will be to get your abs to show all year round. The two best ways to get abs is to build this convenience into the foods that you eat and prepare. As I show you, I pick one day out of the week to prepare as much food as I can for the next week to ten days. I will cook up a bunch of chicken breasts and then dress them up however I’d like to change the taste and keep the variety from day to day. One day it could be spicy cajun spices, the next tomato and olive oil, or the next pesto or mango salsa. I prepare a large amount of sweet potatoes and then portion them out into single tupperware containers that quickly get placed in the freezer and taken out each day as I need them. The beauty of preparing everything at once in bulk is that I can spend the time required to do it just once, and benefit from it for the next week or more. This level of convenience allows me to always stay locked in on my nutrition regardless of how busy my schedule may get on any given day. How To Pack Light For A Cruise
Hey everyone, I’m Sheri with CruiseTipsTV. We talk a LOT about packing around here…and it probably seems like we are major overpackers, but that’s not really the case. We do like to travel with quite a bit of gear, but we follow some tried and true rules to “keep it light” so we can make room for the stuff that we know will make our vacation more comfortable. So, how do we pack light? Number 1. I like to Start with a Light suitcase - we've found great bargains on lightweight brands and discount stores like Ross, marshalls and tjmaxx. Although you'll want to make sure to look for suitcases with high quality zippers and a tough exterior. Number 2. Another way to keep it light is to separate clothes by day. We do this using packing cubes but large ziploc bags work too. Why do this, you ask?? Because packing day by day prevents you from packing too much. But selecting a specific outfit for each day or occasion you avoid packing stacks and stacks of the same type of clothing item without a plan. It's also easy to scale back at the last minute to reduce your total packing weight. Number 3. If your ship has a self serve laundromat Pack a small supply of laundry detergent and plan to do a Load or two laundry on the ship- sure, you can buy it onboard, but detergent takes up very little space. (Hold up tide pod). This is something we do more now that we have a child, but if the idea of doing laundry on your vacation makes you woozy, skip it! Remember… Not every cruise line offers onboard laundry, so be sure to do your research! Number 4. Alright....drum roll please....This may be the best tip we can offer folks...minimize the number of shoes you pack- they're heavy and shoes are a space killer!!!. If possible, wear your most bulky pair of shoes on embarkation day instead of packing them...and DON'T pack uncomfortable shoes, even for formal night..Most cruise ships are huge and you'll be walking a LOT so choose carefully and ladies. . . leave those blister inducing stilettos at HOME. I like to pack a pair of high quality, but worn-in flip flops or sandals, 1 pair of athletic shoes that double as walking and workout shoes and 1 dressy pair for formal nights....take a deep breath ladies, you can do this! Number 5. Research your cabin's amenities and toiletries in advance. Chances are you can leave your hairdryer, soap, and shampoo at home. On most cruises, you can replenish your supplies at grocery or drug stores in port IF you run out. We often pack a minimal amount of bulky items like our favorite shampoo, sunscreen and drinking water and buy what we need in port if necessary a few days in to the cruise. Number 6. Leave your hangers at home and pack your formal wear flat, in clear plastic to avoid wrinkles.Your dry cleaning bags are perfect for this. Number 7. Ladies- you might consider minimizing how much makeup and beauty products you pack. I like to pack my liquid foundation and daily moisturizer in a contact lens case, and leave the bottles at home. Number 8. Lastly, packing is more successful if you have a plan. So, start a packing list on your smartphone or computer a few weeks before you cruise, and as you think of more must-pack items, add them on! How to pack for a Long Motorcycle trip? What to take?
Long motorcycle trip - what you really need? How to pack it, when you are going to a long motorcycle trip? The key word here is long. We all know how to pack when we talk about one week trip, but when you plan to ride for more than a month, the situations is different, really, I am not sure and I try to convince you that you need exactly the same. I already told you in one of the previous videos, the weight matter. The last think you would like to have on a long motorcycle trip is heavy bike. Every person is different and everybody have different priorities. I am not going to change you, but I will tell you what I do. When I pack, I always make very simple list: Camping gear: - tent - mattress - sleeping back - pillow - towels - cooking staff - other, like tooth paste, brush and so on Riding gear: - helmet - jacket - pants - boots - gloves x 2 - shirts x 3 Other clothes: - walking shoos - pants - under ware, pants, socks - thongs Tools: - basic tools - tire set - spare parts Camera equipment: - cameras - charges and cables Medical kit And that is basically everything. When you follow the list, it’s almost impossible to forget important things. Believe me is more than enough. What we need and what we must to have are two different things. Even if you load your bike with 50 extra, you will always need more. My advice is: Pack as light is possible, you will be amazed, how easy the life is going.
