You will not see any testosterone boosters or pro hormones because I don’t believe in them or recommend them to my viewers. Even the pre workout supplements must undergo severe scrutiny based on the dangers that have been shown to riddle that product category for the past couple of years. All that said however, I make it very clear that any supplementation plan must start with a commitment to good nutrition. If you think that you are going to make up for a bad diet by taking supplements you are flat out fooling yourself, and likely wasting a lot of money. Supplements are meant to supplement a good nutrition plan. When you have a dedication to eating well, not perfect, but well…supplements can be a savior and a huge difference maker as they really help with the consistency needed to see great results. In the morning! • As multivitamins contain both water and fat soluble vitamins, be sure to include some healthy fats with your meal for optimal absorption. -B-Complex vitamins - Taking B vitamins with breakfast helps to boost your metabolism and convert your food into energy, which can be used throughout the day. -Vitamin C- Vitamin C is best taken in the morning to support the immune system and boost energy levels. • Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin that lasts only a few hours in the blood stream, so if your formula recommends more than 1 tablet per day, take it in divided doses with meals to get the full benefit. In addition: -Digestive Enzymes - Digestive enzymes can be taken with any meal or within 30 minutes of your meal. Unless you have serious digestive issues, they don't necessarily need to be taken with light meals or snacks, but can be very beneficial for optimal breakdown and absorption of nutrients when taken with main meals. -Fiber - Fiber supplements may be taken either first thing in the morning or before bed. Be sure to take fiber with a full glass of water and get plenty of water during the day. Is it good to take your vitamins at night? It is good to take vitamins in general if you aren't getting enough nutrition from your diet. I heard that you should take them at night for better absorption. Yes, they'll sit in your stomach all night and digest. But the same is true during the day unless you pop a pill right before a marathon. Is there a bad time to take vitamins? For actual vitamins, there is no bad time. Don't take them without water, since the fluids help you break down and absorb the vitamins. I was told to take weight loss supplements in the morning, while others are best at night. Most weight loss supplements are just appetite suppressants or stimulants. If you take it at night, you won't sleep. Let's say it is a vitamin B pill. When should I take that? Whenever it doesn't make you look like you're popping too many pills. Though if you are taking appetite suppressants, taking vitamins at that time reduces the risk of malnutrition. I eat sensibly. Most people popping weight loss supplements are going to drink shakes or eat a frozen dinner at night, not nine servings of vegetables to get all the micronutrients they need. I heard that you don't want to take them all at once. True, because then your body has trouble absorbing them all. And you should check with your doctor on timing since some supplements could interfere with medication you are taking. I heard you shouldn't take vitamins in the morning due to poor absorption. That's only if you take them on an empty stomach, since your body will push it on through. Take vitamins with a small snack so your body stops to digest it. Someone said you have to take vitamin B or C with dinner. Those are water soluble vitamins. If you take it without any water or food, it is flushed out of your system. And it adds to the pile in the bottom of the porta-potty. Or it feeds the plants at the water treatment center.

Learn how to lose weight while eating one meal a day. There are a lot of benefits to eating once per day. Uh oh...isn't that gonna slow down your metabolism? Or make you lose muscle and cause all those gains you worked so hard for to just disappear. Or even make you store more body fat? The answer is no. no. and definitely not. The truth is that you can eat once a day without destroying your metabolism and without losing your gains and you could even lose weight and burn fat while eating once a day all the while reaping great health benefits. I know this may sound crazy because mainstream Fitness and nutrition advice is always to eat five to six small meals a day and to avoid eating one meal a day at all cost. It's too bad that these people giving mainstream advice don't know that there's really nothing inherently wrong about only eating one meal a day. Now this doesn't mean that you can't do the whole eating one meal a day thing totally wrong causing you to gain a bunch of weight. It also doesn't mean that eating 5-6 times a day puts you in the clear and automatically guarantees weight loss. Meal frequency does not play as much of a vital role in the fat loss process as the food quality and quantity. If you eat the same exact amount and the same exact type of foods between 3 meals 6 meals or just 1 meal the effect on the amount of weight gained or lost should essentially be the same. It would kind of be like filling up a cars gas tank with 4 Separate quarter tank fill ups versus just filling it up once with a full tank. If it's the same amount of gas it's going to produce the same amount of energy and after you go through all that energy that's when your body starts to dip into your fat stores for additional energy. Your metabolism will be no slower with one big meal than a bunch of smaller meals. In fact in 1966 there was a study done on a man that lost over 276 pounds while on a 382 day fast where he ate nothing except for vitamin and mineral supplements prescribed by his doctor. Now even though this is a little extreme it does show that when your body is low on calories it doesn't just go into a starvation mode and shut down your metabolism. Your metabolism does slow down when you cut calories whether you cut them out of each meal or you just don't eat as many meals throughout the day or like in this case you just don't eat at all. However it's not like your body is being run without using energy... your metabolism in this case is being fueled by fat cells. And you can as shown in this study go from 456 pounds to 180 pounds without eating at all. Now this is not at all what I recommend in fact this is very dangerous and a study like this wouldn't even be ethical nowadays, but just keep in mind that it's not like you're metabolism is just going to shut down and you're going to somehow exist without burning any fat. The energy to even breath and have your heart beat has to come from somewhere. In this particular case the man in the study only regained 16 pounds over the course of five years and studies show that people that eat less frequently and fast for the purpose of weight loss end up maintaining it easier than those that do it through calorie restrictions imposed on their daily meals. There are other starvation diets where they starved a group of people and at the end of it all as soon as they started eating normally again their metabolisms came right back up to normal. Keep in mind too these are extreme cases and eating once a day is not going to put you into a starvation mode. And the effect that it has on your metabolism is the same effect that cutting calories throughout the day would have on your metabolism. So what's the benefit of eating once a day versus Multiple times a day. Well first of all chances are very high that if you only eat once a day you're going to have a harder time eating enough calories to gain weight than you would if you're eating all day. It's a lot easier to have a satisfying meal while cutting or dieting when eating just one meal a day because you can have all of your calories at once in that one meal. Eating once a day and fasting have been shown in studies to have benefits on the longevity of your life. It's proven with multiple studies that if an animal has 30% less calories throughout its lifetime it'll live 30% longer. If eating once a day can get you to eat less calories throughout your lifetime there's no reason why you're not getting this same benefit. Another benefit is that you don't have to cook a bunch of meals and worry about eating them and grazing all day. By not worrying about eating all day you can be a lot more productive. You may want a nicely outlined jawline because you've seen certain actors with it, and you'd like to copy that look. You may also want one to attract some ladies. It's believed that women appear to prefer men with nice jawlines. Scientists believe that the reason why women prefer more defined jawlines is because it is a sign of high testosterone levels, and a stronger immune system making it more preferable from a genetics standpoint. Regardless of the reason why you want a more defined jawline there is a lot of bad information available about how to get one. A lot of the info is focused on exercises that are supposed to help make your jawline more muscular and this is not necessarily the best way to do it. There are so many products that are sold to help reduce your face fat that are completete nonsense, and the people selling them are just trying to make a quick buck. Really a chiseled jawline doesn't have to do quite as much with muscle as it does with reducing body fat. Unfortunately as I've said many times before there is no way to target fat burn to one particular area of your body. The face and the jaw is no exception to this rule. So since reducing face fat is one of the most efficient and fastest ways to create that defined jawline, and the only way to reduce face fat is to burn fat from the whole body. Our goal has to be aligned with losing body fat not face and jaw exercises. So how do we reduce body fat? Well there are a bunch of ways, but what it comes down to is creating a calorie deficit. You have to exercise more leading you to burn more calories throughout the day. Or you can cut calories from your diet and eat less. You can have two giant meals per day or 6 small meals throughout the day, it really doesn't matter as long as your calories end up balancing out and you burn more than you take in. The same thing goes for how many days per week you should exercise. You can exercise 7 days a week and give yourself a little more room to eat more food. Or you can exercise 3 days a week and cut back a little more calories from your diet. Both approaches can work for reducing body fat. One of the best and easiest ways to reduce your body fat is just by sticking to real natural foods. I know some people are afraid of the high fat content in some real natural food like salmon or eggs for example, but I'm very skeptical that Salmon or eggs are making you fat. It's the ice cream, potato chips, and processed foods that are making you more bloated and making you fatter. Stick to whole real ingredients in everyone of your meals and you'll be on one of the fastest routes to a chiseled jawline. The key point that I want you to take from this video is that doing facial exercises is the slowest route to defining your jaw. The reason has to do with what I just said, seeing your jawline is all about reducing body fat. And to reduce body fat it's all about burning more calories and taking in less calories. Doing chin and jaw exercises burn pretty much no calories at all. These exercises require the use of very small muscles that are not going to get your heart rate up and will not burn a significant amount of fat. Also if you want to build up your jaw muscles there are better ways to do it than just opening and closing your mouth, chewing gum, and "howling at the moon." Chewing gum especially is not very beneficial because it's going to be very hard for you to build your jaw muscles symmetrically. Think about it you're most likely going to be chewing more on one side than the other. The best way to build the jaw muscles is by lifting weights. When you lift weights in general you will naturally bite down and flex your jaw muscles. You can bring a mouthpiece to the gym and really bite down hard as your lifting weights to focus more on building up those jaw muscles. To target your jaw muscles even more you can take a towel loop it through a weight, put the towel in your mouth, and do neck extensions. This will help build your jaw and neck muscles much more than some facial exercises and it'll build your muscles in a an even way. Remember thought that the number one key to getting that chiseled jaw is not doing exercise, but rather to reduce your body fat to have more definition in the jawline.

However, if your child is deficient or is a really picky eater, maybe doesn't eat any protein, doesn't eat vegetables, you may want to consider supplementing with a children's multivitamin. When choosing a multivitamin for your child, it's important to choose the more natural brands over the synthetic ones. And if you're still not sure, it's best to consult your doctor or nutritionist about what then your child needs to supplements. Keep in mind that some vitamins and minerals may interact with your child medications and may them sick or nauseous. Therefore, it is really important to make you get the right dosage of vitamin for your child, which can be checked with your doctor, and as well that they're not taking megadoses, which can be toxic to your child's health. A megadose just means is too much for your child's body to process. Ideally is best for kids to get most of their vitamins from fresh, healthy foods, including a variety of vegetables and fruits, high quality proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats. Finally, the best way you make sure your child is getting the vitamins and nutrients they need, is to involve them in the preparing and cooking process of whole fresh foods. That way you know you're getting the nutrients they need to lead a healthy balanced life style.
