I get emails about this topic almost daily if you can believe it. And yes there are lots of causes. However, most guys never even think about the prescription drugs they’re taking, which can cause erectile problems and for sure, make this situation much worse. And today I’m going to reveal the #1 - most prescribed and popular drug, that is one of the biggest causes of impotence. Okay, so what drug is the biggest problem?... It’s blood pressure drugs.3 And if you're curious, the #2 worse drugs are antidepressants and other psychiatric medications… which I’ll get into in a future video. There are over 35 different hypertension drugs, which all cause some form erectile or libido problems.6 In fact, it’s estimated that over 70% of men who take blood pressure medications, decide to get off of them because of these negative side-effects.1,2 Also, these drugs cause “sexual” problems in women as well. Unfortunately, you can’t just get off your blood pressure medication and say “oh, who cares” because high blood pressure is known to cause heart disease, a heart attack or stroke. The sad part is that having high blood pressure ALSO causes erectile problems and lowered libido because of poor blood flow and stress on your veins, arteries and blood vessels. And the worse part is that 75% of the people who have high blood pressure, don’t even know it!4 So… what are you supposed to do? You have to lower your blood pressure?... And you can’t take prescription drugs?... Natural Solutions As I’ve stated in all of my videos, you do NOT need to take drugs to help fix your health challenges. Nature already has the solutions. Under today’s video, I’ve given you links to proven, all-natural solutions for lowering your blood pressure. In fact, it’s the SAME formula that my dad and I use personally. So whether you’re a man or women and you want to improve your sex drive, libido and help fix any erectile problems, make sure lower your high blood pressure, stay away from hypertension drugs and do it naturally! ======================================== Thank you for watching. Common Side Effects of Hypertension Medication, Hypertension Medication with Least Side Effects If you're looking for a natural remedy for high blood pressure that work, please check out Detorex at http://www.detorex.com Although 120/80 mm Hg or lower is the ideal blood pressure goal, doctors are unsure if you need treatment (medications) to reach that level. If you're an adult age 80 or older and your blood pressure is very high, your doctor may set a target blood pressure goal for you that's slightly higher than 140/90 mm Hg. Changing your lifestyle can go a long way toward controlling high blood pressure. But sometimes lifestyle changes aren't enough. In addition to diet and exercise, your doctor may recommend medication to lower your blood pressure. Which category of medication your doctor prescribes depends on your stage of high blood pressure and whether you also have other medical problems. High Blood Pressure Medication List

03:04
High Blood Pressure Medication List - http://healthpress.co/LowerBloodPressure Having a systolic pressure of 160 or higher or a diastolic pressure of 100 or higher, or possessing both readings to be high; you have stage 2 high blood pressure. In such scenarios, you will most likely require to take a minimum of at least two common medications upon starting your treatment. Similarly to stage 1 hypertension, you will be most likely to be prescribed a thiazide diuretic. Excess water and sodium are eliminated from your body by the thiazide diuretic. This will effectively lower your blood pressure. Together with the diuretic, you might also be recommended to take: A calcium channel blocker: Due to this drug being used, calcium cannot go to both the heart and the blood vessel muscle cells. This allows the cells to stay relax and thus reduce the blood pressure. An ACE inhibitor: By inhibiting the production of the hormone that causes blood vessels to shrink, this drug aids to keep the blood vessels relax. A beta blocker: This drug work by lowering the nerve signals to the heart and blood vessels thus reducing the blood pressure. An angiotensin II receptor blocker: Expands blood vessels by stopping a hormone called Angiotensin from affecting the vessels. When your blood pressure increase dramatically, it is crucial to lower it rapidly in order to prevent or delay the complications. A two-drug combination generally works faster as compared to a single drug to get your blood pressure under control. Similarly to Stage 1 Hypertension, a double medication combo also protects the patient against heart disease, kidney failure and stroke. In some cases, a third, or more, medication may be needed in order to get your condition under control. High blood pressure is more often than not present with other health problems. Some of the conditions present might be serious enough to warrant a more aggressive treatment. These conditions are: -Diabetes -Heart failure -Chronic kidney disease -Previous heart attack -High risk of coronary artery disease -Enlarged left chamber of the heart (left ventricular hypertrophy) -Previous stroke By having Hypertension, you have a greater risk of contracting any of the conditions in the above list. Thus, if you already have one or more of these conditions plus high blood pressure, your chances of developing a life-threatening complication increases. Therefore, a more forceful treatment might be needed in order to reduce your risk of getting these complications. You might be prescribed specific high blood pressure medications to treat these conditions, as well as additional medications for your high blood pressure. Example: Beta blockers might be prescribed for your chest pain (Angina), these drugs also work to lower your blood pressure, prevent chest pain, reduce your heart rate and reduce your risk of death.

But, they’re just not looking at the right place. We do know a lot of its causes. A lot of times your doctor will say: "Well, we don’t know what’s causing your high blood pressure." Then, once you are diagnosed, your doctor will want to prescribe medication. According to a recent report in the Journal of American Medical Association, hypertension should be treated with medications only if the patient’s systolic pressure is above 150. This is an increase of 10 points above the previous recommendation. The report is based on an analyses of over 30 years of clinical studies which showed that lowering below 150 over 90 does not offer any additional benefits in reducing the risk of heart attack, heart failure, and stroke. So, for 30 years basically, doctors have been prescribing medications to people that did nothing (those that had a systolic pressure between 140 and 150). Now, if you’re 190 or 200 or something higher than that, that’s an acute condition. We got to fix that, but that ten points represented over a million people that didn’t need to be on medication and were exposed to the side effects for no reason. THE MOST COMMON SIDE EFFECTS OF BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION: 1. Weakness 2. Erection problems 3. Cold feet 4. Depression 5. Skin rashes 6. Dizziness 7. Constipation 8. Headaches 9. Irregular heartbeat 10. Swollen ankles. BP ki dava hogi band | You Can Stop Your BLOOD PRESSURE medication if...

03:16
1st you need to understand hypertension.. Blood pressure Keeps fluctuating in everyone depending upon our physical & psychological stress levels..( BP sabh mein upar neeche hote rehta hai..stress mein jyada aur rest mein Kam hota hai ). Normal range of blood pressure is between 90/60 to 140/90 & blood pressure keeps fluctuating in every one.. in stress it rises & while resting it decreases.. if it is constantly higher then 130/80 & does not decrease by resting it's then called hypertension... you need to take a digital BP machine & keep a BP record (Digital BP machine le lo.(see my video on how to use it properly).aur khud ka BP check karo.. ...check it daily for at least one week & Every time you need to measure BP twice or thrice with a gap of 15 mins rest & note down the lowest reading..We need to know how low your blood pressure can go by just resting... If your blood pressure does not become normal by resting then you will need for the revaluation and medication. (Har 15 -15 min k Baad...aur note karo BP aaram karne se kamm hota hai ya nhi...Ager aaram karne se BP normal ho jata hai to apko BP ki bimari nhi hai...sirf stress hai..aur..jinka BP continuously lagatar high rehta hai unko dawa chalu karne ya badhane aur tests ki jaroorat Hoti hai.) You need to first understand few things about blood pressure. Many factors can affect blood pressure, including: 1) The amount of water and salt you have in your body 2) 2) The condition of your kidneys, nervous system, or blood vessels 3) 3) Your hormone levels 4) 4) your lifestyle - smoking, drinking, exercise 5) Stress, less sleep, smoking, alcohol, overweight, heart, kidney problems , lack of physical exercise. All of these can cause High blood pressure.. 6) You are more likely to be told your blood pressure is too high as you get older. This is because your blood vessels become stiffer as you age. When that happens, your blood pressure goes up. 7) Highblood pressure increases your chance of having a stroke, heart attack, heart failure, kidney disease, or early death. So my advice to you would be 1) Basic tests should be one to rule out cardiac / kidney issues & find if there is any treatable cause of High blood pressure 2) unless any recent evaluation has been done I would advice these test ECG ECHO Lipid Profile TSH KFT Renal doppler Fundoscopy Vit D Vit B12 Get back to me with a detailed history and old / new records For Now Keep taking the same medicines which you are taking ( if you are taking )...plus Start lifestyle changes & diet changes Emphasizes vegetables, fruits, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. Includes whole grains, fish, poultry, beans, seeds, nuts, and vegetable oils. Limits sodium, sweets, sugary beverages, and red meats. Along with this, other lifestyle changes can help lower your blood pressure. They include staying at a healthy weight, exercising, and not smoking. Diabetes and Hypertension Medication - Part 3

02:16
If you have diabetes and hypertension, your physician will explain the interaction of antihypertensive medications and blood glucose levels. Because of this interaction, if you need medication, your medication and diet may be a little different from those prescribed for others with high blood pressure who do not have diabetes. Diuretics are the most widely prescribed category of antihypertensive drugs. Unfortunately, in addition to reducing your blood pressure, some diuretics may also reduce your potassium stores. Some authorities say that inadequate potassium may interfere even more with your ability to make adequate insulin. If you are advised to take a diuretic, you may also be advised to eat a diet rich in potassium (bananas, citrus fruits) or take a potassium supplement. Some diuretics also tend to increase levels of cholesterol and triglycerides, and you may be advised to offset these effects by following a diet that includes less animal fat and fewer dairy products. Many persons with hypertension take one of a category of drugs known as beta blockers, which influence one part of the sympathetic nervous system. Tex works by blocking the effects of the stimulation coming to the heart and blood vessels through an I special group of sympathetic nerve fibers called beta-adrenergic. These drugs decrease cardiac output by acting on nerve receptor sites in the heart. In this way, they reduce the amount of sympathetic nervous output into the heart. The heart rate slows the heart does not work as hard, less blood is pumped, and blood pressure goes down. However, the beta blockers also suppress the effect of hormones, including adrenaline, responsible for constricting blood vessels and maintaining salt and water levels in the body.

Visits http: bloodpressureinformation.info for all the latest & best information on Blood Pressure, symptoms, treatment & medication. Diuretics Some of these medicines may decrease your body's supply of a mineral called potassium. Symptoms such as weakness, leg cramps or being tired may cause. Eating foods containing potassium may prevent significant potassium loss. To prevent potassium loss by taking a liquid or tablet that has potassium along with the diuretic, if your doctor recommends it. Diuretics such as amiloride (Midama), spironolactone (Aldactone) or triamterene (Dyrenium) is called "potassium sparing" agents. They don't cause your body lose potassium. They might be prescribed alone but are usually used with another diuretic. Some of these combinations is Aldactazide, Dyazide, Maxzide or Moduretic. Some people suffer from attacks of gout after prolonged treatment with diuretics. This side effect is rare & can be managed by other treatment. This is because of hyperurecemia caused by diuretics. In people with diabetes, diuretic drugs to increase blood glucose. A change in drug, diet, insulin or oral hypoglycaemic dosage resolves that in most cases. Your doctor may change your treatment. Most of the time rate of increase in blood sugar isn't much. Impotence can also occur in a small percentage of people. Beta blockers Acebutolol (Sectral), atenolol (Tenormin), metoprolol (Lopressor, Mepressor, Merol), nadolol (Corgard), pindolol (wipers), propranolol (Inderal) or timolol (Blocadren) can cause insomnia, cold hands & feet, fatigue or depression, a slow heartbeat or symptoms of asthma. Impotence can occur. If you've diabetes & you're insulin, your response to treatment monitored closely. ACE inhibitors, these drugs such as captopril (Capoten), enalapril (Vasotec), lisinopril (Zestril or Prinivil) may cause rashes, loss of taste, a chronic dry, hacking cough most frequent side effect, & in rare cases, kidney damage. Angiotensin II receptor blockers These drugs can occasionally cause dizziness. Calcium channel blockers Diltiazem (Cardizem), nicardipine (Card), nifedipine (Procardia) & verapamil (Calan & Isoptin) may cause palpitations, swollen ankles edema, constipation, headache or dizziness. Side Effects of each of these drugs differs a lot. Alpha-blockers These drugs can cause rapid pulse, dizziness or a drop in blood pressure when standing up, ie E postural hypoteson Combined alpha-and beta-blockers People taking these drugs may experience a drop in blood pressure when standing up. Central America agonists Alpha methyldopa (Aldomet) may produce a greater fall in blood pressure when you're in an upright position (standing or walking) & can make you feel weak or faint of pressure was lowered too far. This medicine may cause drowsiness or sluggishness, dry mouth, fever, or anaemia. Male patients may experience impotence. If this reaction continues, the doctor may need to change drug dosage or use another medicine. Clonidine (Catapres), Guana benz (Wytensin) or guanfacine (Tenex) can cause severe dryness of mouth, constipation or drowsiness production. If you are 1 of these drugs, not suddenly stop because your blood pressure can quickly lead to dangerously high levels. Peripheral adrenergic inhibitors reserpine can cause a stuffy nose, diarrhoea or heartburn. These effects aren't serious & no treatment is needed other than the amount of drugs taken to change. If you've nightmares or insomnia or get depressed, "says the doctor. You should stop using drugs. Guanadrel (Hylorel) or guanethidine (Ismelin) may cause some diarrhea, which may persist for some people. This side effect is usually less of a problem if you continue treatment. These drugs reduce blood pressure more when you are standing. Therefore, you dizzy & lightheaded & feel weak when you get out of bed in the morning or stand up suddenly. If you notice any of these reactions, & if they persist for more than a minute or 2 to sit or lie down & either reduce or omit the next dose of the drug. If symptoms continue, contact your doctor. If you're taking guanethidine won't be standing in the hot sun or at a social gathering if you begin to feel faint or weak. These activities cause low blood pressure. Male patients may experience impotence. Contact your doctor if this happens. These drugs are rarely used unless other drugs don't help.

► TOP 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure

07:22
How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. ☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally

05:23
How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure by 23% In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/LongTermLowBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/WorstFoodForBP ======================================= ☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= Lowering high blood pressure is a very important topic not only for avoiding a heart attack or stroke, but simply for a longer life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure, which has typically lead to strokes on my dad’s side of the family and heart attacks on my mom’s. The good news is that there are lots of simple ways to lower high blood pressure, naturally. And today I’m going reveal 3 simple pressure points on your body, that will instantly lower your blood pressure. Something important that I want to bring to your attention about today’s topic is that these solutions are for instant results, NOT long-term solutions … which I’ll get to at the end of today’s video. So if you’re feeling stressed or your blood pressure is rising, you can almost instantly and quickly use today’s 3 pressure points to lower your blood pressure and help avoid anything bad from happening. If nothing else, you’ll get instant relief and relaxation. Acupressure Point LI4 LI 4, which stands for “Large Intestine 4”, is an extremely useful acupressure point that is extensively used to treat chronic pain, acute stress and various types of diseases along with treatment for high blood pressure. This point is situated in the webbing between the forefinger and the thumb… right in the middle as you see here. It calms and balances blood flow throughout the body and clears stagnation. As an added benefit, it also boosts your immunity. The most effective way to apply pressure to LI 4 is to slide your thumb along the webbing until you reach the junction of the thumb and index finger bones. How to apply acupressure? Begin by moving your thumb in a small circular rubbing motion over LI 4 for a few seconds. Then you can apply gentle to moderate thumb pressure depending on how sensitive the area feels. If there is any pain, it should be a “good hurt,” not severe or uncomfortable. You can hold the point as long as you are comfortable, up to several minutes. I typically suggest about 20-30 seconds, then take a few second break and then repeat as often as you’d like. PC 6 PC 6 or Pericardium 6 is yet another important acupressure point for treating high blood pressure. It soothes and helps the heart and circulatory system in their proper functioning. This point is also known as the Inner Gate, and it is located on the inner forearm, approximately three finger-widths away from the wrist crease as you see here. This point can be stimulated by applying firm pressure to the point using your index finger or thumb. Again, apply pressure for about 20-30 seconds, then take a break and repeat as needed. G20 The G20 is below the base of your skull, in the hollows on both sides of the neck, between the two vertical neck muscles. Putting pressure here lowers your blood pressure, reduces headaches and stress by relaxing your nervous system. Use your thumbs, fingers, or knuckles to gradually apply pressure into the hollows of your skull. Close your eyes as you tilt your head back slowly. Take long, slow deep breaths as you hold for two to three minutes. Direct the pressure slowly and firmly into the center of your head. Other Acupressure Points Now, there are lots of other acupressure points -- on your feet, arms, legs, and so forth. I picked these 3 areas for lowering your blood pressure because you can do them any where, any place -- they’re easy to access. It’s just your hand, forearm/wrist and the back of your head. Easy access, you can do it yourself and you’ll get fast relief. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. Creatine and high blood pressure medication - safety

01:08
I am not a doctor, nor do I possess any degree in the medical field. You are urged to consult your doctor regarding any and all advice, opinions, or suggestions weather directly or indirectly implied by this video. Creatine and high blood pressure medication. Some people are wondering if they can safely take creatine while they are continuing to take their medication for high blood pressure. I don't truly think that anyone can answer that, unless you go to your doctor, and speak with them, have your blood pressure checked. You can always try taking creatine. If you do try taking creatine, just to see how it effects your blood pressure, you would have to go to your doctor, my suggestion is at least once a month. Before trying creatine speak with your physician, it's always a good idea. After you've spoken with them, and you have gotten creatine, even though the recommended dose is 5 grams, please consider taking only, and i do mean only 3 grams at maximum. You are taking extra creatine, yes, but you also have to take better care of yourself, because you have high blood pressure. Thank you for watching. CHERRY JUICE For Lowering HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. HOW Do Cherries help Lower Your BLOOD PRESSURE?

10:42
Tart Cherry Juice Effectively Lowers BLOOD PRESSURE! Drink cherry juice to reduce high blood pressure. Drinking cherry juice is as good as medication in reducing high blood pressure. Drinking cherry juice can significantly reduce high blood pressure, particularly in males with early hypertension, to a level comparable to that achieved by medication, new research has found. High blood pressure if left untreated, increases risk of heart attack, heart failure, kidney disease, stroke or dementia. The findings showed that men who drank tart Montmorency cherry juice — a variety of sour cherry — saw a peak reduction in their blood pressure of seven millimetre of mercury (mmHg) in the three hours after consuming the drink. This reduction is comparable to the level achieved by anti-hypertensive drugs, the researchers said. When phenolic acids, protocatechuic and vanillic — compounds present within the cherry concentrate — reached their peak levels in the plasma, systolic blood pressure showed greatest improvement. “The magnitude of the blood pressure lowering effects we observed was comparable to those achieved by a single anti-hypertensive drug and highlights the potential importance that Montmorency cherries could have in the effective management of high blood pressure,” said lead author Karen Keane, lecturer at Northumbria University in Britain. Raised blood pressure is the leading cause of deaths from heart diseases, yet relatively small reductions in blood pressure can have a large impact on mortality rates, Keane added in the paper published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. The team worked with fifteen participants who were displaying early hypertension with blood pressure readings of at least 130/90 mmHg, meaning they were at higher risk of experiencing heart related problems. They were given either 60ml of a Montmorency cherry concentrate or the same amount of a commercially available fruit-flavoured cordial. Blood pressure and blood samples were taken before the cherry concentrate was consumed and blood pressure was measured on an hourly basis thereafter. Cherry Juice for Blood Pressure High blood pressure, or hypertension, is one of the most common ailments, affecting about one in three Americans, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It can make you more likely to develop life-threatening conditions such as heart disease and stroke. However, cherry juice may help to keep your blood pressure within normal levels and protect you from more serious conditions. Cherry Juice Benefits Cherry juice is a very rich source of anthocyanins, which are antioxidant compounds that help to neutralize free radicals, or unstable oxygen molecules. Free radicals can damage your blood vessels, leading to increases in blood pressure. High levels of inflammation can also cause high blood pressure. That can damage your kidneys, which play a role in controlling blood pressure. Evidence At the Experimental Biology meeting in 2011, researchers from the University of Michigan, University of Arizona and Brunswick labs presented their findings on cherries and cardiovascular health. In three studies, they found that cherries significantly lowered levels of inflammation, and they attributed this benefit to the anthocyanins that give cherries their red color. Cherries also helped overweight and obese participants to lose weight and body fat, two factors that can increase blood pressure. Sources Cherries are members of the Rosaceae family and are classified into two groups — Prunus avium L., or sweet cherry, and Prunus cerasus L., which is the tart or sour cherry commonly used in cooking. They come in many varieties and some of the most popular in the United States are Bing, Montmorency, Rainier and Lambert. Regardless of which variety you choose, you will be able to take advantage of their antioxidant-rich juice to help treat blood pressure. Considerations If you have risk factors for high blood pressure such as obesity, a sedentary lifestyle, high-fat diet, cigarette smoking or diabetes, consult your doctor for a diagnosis. High blood pressure should be treated under the guidance of a doctor. When drinking cherry juice to help regulate your blood pressure, choose low-sugar varieties or make your own juice at home from fresh cherries.

Elevated Blood Pressure Risks - Should I Take Blood Pressure Medication?

http://www.naturalfoodsdiet.org/elevated-blood-pressure-risks-should-i-take-blood-pressure-medication/ Elevated Blood Pressure Risks - Should I Take Blood Pressure Medication? What are the risks of elevated blood pressure and should you consider taking blood pressure medication? In this video, Dr. Gerhauser discusses the risks versus benefits of using blood pressure medication. So when we visit the doctor and he or she always checks that blood pressure and insists on treating it, many times giving you a sample that a drug rep left them when they brought the doctor and the clinic staff lunch. So we have strong evidence it may not even help and no verification that it is worth the risk of side effects and the costs, especially the high costs of a new drug that is still under patent protection. I know the drug companies have supplied our clinic with all kinds of samples of the new blood pressure medications and they try to convince us we should get all of our patients on these expensive medications even though there is no proof that they're effective. Oh yes, they're FDA approved to, in the short-term, lower your blood pressure and proven to cause side effects. But the ultimate reason that we take them, to prevent death and disease are unproven. Cure High Blood Pressure Stop Heart Attacks Natural : No Medication is a video put together to inform those that are looking for a natural non chemical no medication way to not only lower blood pressure in minutes, but if used continuously along with regular exercise, and healthy diet eliminate it altogether. Read on to learn other facts not put in the video. What is in the video is all about lowering blood pressure quickly. Please share this video with your friends and loved ones. 1) Raw almonds. Eating just a handful of truly raw almonds every day can make a significant difference in keeping your blood pressure levels in check. A key component of the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension Diet, also known as DASH, raw almonds are rich in monounsaturated fats, which have been scientifically proven to help lower blood cholesterol levels, reduce arterial inflammation, and ultimately lower blood pressure levels. Even though they are high in fat and calories, almonds also help promote weight loss and the building of lean muscle mass, which means they naturally promote healthy circulation. When eaten in conjunction with other blood pressure-lowering nuts like walnuts, almonds are one of the most powerful cardiovascular "superfoods" available. 2) Cayenne pepper. Arguably one of the fastest foods to lower blood pressure, cayenne pepper is a powerful vasodilator, which means it helps expand blood vessels and improve blood flow. This effect naturally lowers blood pressure levels by increasing the rate at which blood flows throughout the circulatory system, which in turn takes some of the pressure off arterial walls. Mixing one or two teaspoons of cayenne pepper in either warm water or tea with both honey and aloe vera is a powerful homemade remedy for alleviating hypertension. If this beverage is too spicy for your tastes, taking cayenne pepper capsule supplements is another great option for lowering blood pressure naturally. 3) Coconut water. Rich in potassium, electrolytes, and other important nutrients, coconut water has been shown to help significantly lower blood pressure levels in most of the people that drink it. A recent study published in the West Indian Medical Journal found that drinking coconut water helped 71 percent of participants achieve a significant reduction in systolic pressure, and 29 percent of participants achieve a significant reduction in diastolic pressure. The results were even more amplified when participants drank both coconut water and mauby, a tropical drink made from buckthorn tree bark. 4) Raw cacao. Rich in flavonoids and other anti-inflammatory nutrients, raw cacao is another food-based weapon against hypertension that you will want to keep readily stocked in your health arsenal. Not only do the flavonoids in cacao function as adaptogens to help the body better deal with stress, which is a common cause of hypertension, but they also help regulate stress hormone levels throughout the body, which play a critical role in blood pressure regulation. Numerous studies have also found that cacao flavonoids demonstrably reduce blood pressure levels upon consumption, resulting in an average blood pressure reduction of 4.7/2.8 millimeters of mercury (mmHg). Cacao flavonoids also help protect the body against stroke and heart disease, which are commonly linked to high blood pressure. 5) Turmeric. Modern science is just barely hitting the tip of the iceberg concerning the superfood capacity of turmeric, also commonly known as curcumin. But one of the herb's already known benefits concerns its abilities to significantly decrease inflammation throughout the body, which is a primary cause of high cholesterol and even high blood pressure. By actively reducing inflammation, turmeric helps improve cardiovascular function and maintain healthy blood flow. When taken alongside non-irradiated black pepper, the primary active ingredient of which is piperine, turmeric is a powerhouse at loosening up blood vessels and clearing the buildup that often leads to high blood pressure. Turmeric is also a natural blood thinner, which is another way this powerful herb aids in the fight against hypertension. 6) Garlic. A 2010 study out of Australia found that garlic is another powerful food-based medicine that naturally lowers cholesterol levels and reduces blood pressure. Taking garlic tablets or capsule supplements is a great way to regularly consume the herb in high enough amounts to derive significant benefits.
