If the way you are eating now has you looking forward to the chances you get to depart from that diet then you are setting yourself up for failure. In this video, I’m going to show you how the mentality of a “cheat meal” is what may be single handedly responsible for keeping you from losing weight and keeping it off forever. To start, the mentality of cheat meals means that you are splurging or indulging. You are enjoying something that you aren’t capable of experiencing or having during your non-cheating periods. When the regular, every day foods and diet you follow cause you to have a clear dichotomy between foods you actually enjoy and those you only eat because you feel like you are supposed to be eating them, then you are setting yourself up for failure. If on the other hand, you were able to identify foods that you actually enjoyed that were still nutritious and in line with your goals of losing weight, body fat and building muscle then you would be on the way to nutritional freedom and permanent weight loss. Too many people think that the only way to lose weight and have abs is to eat steamed broccoli, dry asparagus and iceberg lettuce. That couldn’t be further from the truth. The best way to lose weight is to start looking at food as fuel for your muscles and your performance and stop hating the limited food choices you have left yourself. The avoidance of carbs, fats and even some proteins in the pursuit of six pack abs is a mistake. Rice, pasta, potatoes, butter and oils can all be (and should be) part of a nutrition plan that is capable of helping you lose weight and put on lean muscle mass. If you fall victim to the carb phobia that is far too rampant these days then you are likely to be robbing your muscles of the exact nutrients they need to perform at their best. Beyond that, it is these very foods that tend to help us maintain our sanity when changing our eating lifestyle. If you completely eliminate starchy carbohydrates from your diet then you are going to quickly fall off of your eating plan. Carbs and fats are preferred energy sources for our bodies and avoiding them for any length of time in the pursuit of fast fat loss is a recipe for failure. When you incorporate these back into your eating plan, you will suddenly find that the choice to have something like carrot cake, beer or even cupcakes is something that you are making because you wanted them not because your body felt as if it needed them! There is a huge difference between the two. Once you string together a period of time that you are doing this your results become self motivating and you will find that you make less choices for “cheat meals” and more decisions are made to continue eating your nutritious food choices since you prefer them and actually enjoy them. This is the best way to lose weight long term because you aren’t basing your attempt on deprivation or diets. This way works regardless of the way you are eating now. Even if you are using intermittent fasting as your method of eating at the moment, the principles are still the same and will help you to lose weight forever. And although exercise can increase the amount of calories that we burn and help us burn a little more fat the main driver of fat loss is going to be diet. So I want to give you guys the best 3 diet approaches too easily burn fat fast. As you burn fat from your whole body you'll definitely notice a difference around your waist and like I said these diet approaches are very effective for seeing results within a few days. 2 effectively burn fat we can't just concentrate on calories in and calories out. Insulin is a fat storage hormone and it is directly linked too fat loss. If you want to burn fat the fastest way to do it is by controlling and lowering your insulin levels. Insulin is released to control your blood sugar by shuttling glucose into your muscles and your liver to be used for energy. When your insulin levels are hi your body cannot burn fat. In fact It has no need to burn fat because your body can get plenty of energy from the glucose thats in your bloodstream that triggered the insulin to be released to begin with. The worst part is that not only does insulin block fat loss but it also causes the body to store excess glucose as fat. However all hope is not lost you have another hormone known as glucagon that pretty much has the inverse function. After depleting stored glucose from your muscles and from your liver your blood sugar will begin to drop. When your blood sugar drops too low glucagon can actually raise your blood sugar by converting glycerol in your fat cells into glucose for fuel. Glucagon also signals the fat cells to release free fatty acids in a process known as lipolysis. To put it simply glucagon signals the body to release stored fat to be used as fuel. There are many studies that compare the effects of these two hormones insulin & glucagon. But my favorite is one of the simplest where a group of researchers studied the effects of these two hormones on rats. The study was published in the Journal of Comparative & Physiological Psychology In this study half of the rats where injected with insulin & the other half were injected with glucagon. The rats that received the insulin gained body fat & ate more. The rats that received the glucagon lost body fat. Now nobody's going to be injecting you with glucagon but there are ways that you could naturally lower your insulin levels & increase your glucagon levels through diet. And these 3 diets that I'm about to go over do exactly that in the most effective way. As long as blood sugar is available your body will preferentially burn that for fuel over fat. So what is the best way to lower blood sugar in the shortest amount of time? The answer is our first dye method that we're going to go over & that's fasting. There is no better way to lower insulin levels & lower blood sugar levels then not eating at all. Now I'm not advocating for you to starve because that usually leads to a binge which leads to a very high spike in blood sugar & insulin storing any kind of fat that you might have lost right back if not more. But I do highly recommend that you try a couple simple fasting approaches such as intermittent fasting which involves a 16 hour fast followed by an 8 Hour feeding window. A little bit of a more advanced version of fasting would be a 20-hour fast followed by a four hour feeding period this is typically referred to as The Warrior Diet. And even more advanced than that would be the one meal a day diet where you would fast for the entire day & only eat one meal. After that comes your longer-duration fasts where you don't eat anyting for 2 to 7 days. Although I don't recommend these for beginners fasting for longer durations is scientifically proven to be the most effective way to lower blood sugar & insulin levels while simultaneously increasing glucagon levels. Meaning there is no other diet approach out there that will lower your insulin & burn fat quite as much as fasting. And this makes perfect sense because even protein can be converted into glucose & can spike your insulin. But if you eat nothing at all the only thing that your body has to work off of for energy after depleting your liver& your muscles of glycogen is stored energy in the form of fat. Again don't worry if you're not willing to not eat for 7 days

Well I can tell you one thing for sure its no secret that certain foods are better for your health, your insulin levels, and your metabolism while other food is much worse for you. On the other hand it's also no secret that you can still lose weight while eating foods that aren't so healthy for you like junk food and processed food. I know that might surprise some of you but it's definitely possible to even eat ice cream and still burn fat. That's right portion size is probably the biggest determining factor of whether you'll lose weight or not. Contrary to mainstream beliefs you can gain weight eating healthy food like brown rice chicken breast and broccoli and you can lose weight eating processed food like plain pasta and meatballs if you limit your portions. However to achieve the best body composition after burning the fat away it's best to eat healthy real food instead of junk food while still also controlling that portion size. So what is considered healthy real food. Well it's definitely nothing that you buy that has a picture of what you're buying on the box along with a long list of ingredients. This is going to be natural mostly single ingredient foods. For carbs for example you want to stick to natural sources that are low glycemic. Some examples are brown rice, yams, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, quinoa, beans, legumes, lentils, all bran, ezekeil cereals and breads, and brown rice pasta. Any kind of carb that digests slowly and doesn't Spike insulin is a great choice. Even Moderate glycemic carbs like fruit are okay when trying to burn fat but again it's all about portions. If you're eating six fruits a day plus other carbs you're not going to lose weight or burn fat. Focus on getting 1 to 3 servings of carbs per day depending on how much you weigh. a serving size for carbs would be considered a fist. So a fruit would be considered a full serving of carbs if it's the size of your fist. Next you want to make sure that you have a lot of protein when trying to burn fat. I'm not saying that you can't burn fat on a low protein diet but it is a lot harder then on a high protein diet. Even though for years especially in the 70s and 80s doctors were saying that bodybuilders are crazy for having so much protein in their diet it seems that many doctors have changed their minds and now for weight loss many of them advocate a high protein diet. A big reason is because of the thermogenic effect of foods. Certain foods will require more calories for digestion. Many sources of protein will use 40% of their calories for the digestion process. So in a way you end up with a lot less calories to use for energy from protein then you do from carbohydrates or fats. When your body doesn't have enough energy from your diet that's when it pulls that energy from fat stores. So eating a lot of protein helps create a negative calorie balance because a lot of it gets used for digestion and also especially because protein is also very filling. So with all that said try to get about one gram of protein per pound of body weight when trying to burn fat. That usually turns out to be about one palm of protein 5 times a day again this will vary based on your weight. If you want to have Five Palms of protein in one meal and only eat once a day you can do that or if you want to spread out throughout the day you can do that as well. Good sources of protein for fat loss include fish especially lean Whitefish, chicken breast, turkey breast, lean turkey, shellfish, greek yogurt, lean pork, cottage cheese, tofu, eggs, and especially egg whites. And then finally for fat you want good natural sources of fat such as avocados, salmon or egg yolks which would count as both protein and fat......, nut butters, pasture raised organic butters, olive oil, nuts, and coconut oil. If you're eating carbs in your plan then you can have one to two tablespoons of fat per day or about half an avocado per day or a handful of nuts per day. Once again this depends on how much you weigh some people will have more some people will have less. Also it's very possible to lose a lot of body fat through a ketogenic diet in which you have a very high amount of dietary fat throughout the day however most keto plans take out carbohydrates entirely.

In order to reduce the amount of assumptions i get and unnecessary notification that are rather unimportant as even me making a video falls of def ears to a few tempered humans, i thought of adding this into my description. Type into your "Google Toolbar" for a BMI calculator, and you shall be presented with one online. Also, notice how i said don't starve yourself. If i would say that, it would be so incoherent to saying to eat under 1000 cals which literally is STARVING YOURSELF. WHAT DID I SAY AT 11:20-11:25? I said "SOUP" can fill you Up. (btw soups with creams are Fattening). Foods That will help you see results in 2 weeks: Lemon / Lime Pineapples Apples Prunes (After or Before every meal {CAN ALSO BE USED FOR SNACKING). GreenTea ( For 3 - 4 months [MORNING + LATE AFTERNOON + EVENING] half an hour after every meal. Oolong Tea / Wulong Tea (After 3 - 4 months). half an hour after every meal. Honey + Lemon + Hot Water (Before Sleeping). TIPS & WARNINGS: Green Tea & Oolong is best from either a traditional Chinese market/store or Walmart. Do not add too much honey to your prior sleep drink because it can cause heartburn as normal honey does. Do not Eat over 5 - 6 Prunes a day. It might cause irritation to your bowl movement. Do not go overboard with Pineapples and Apples just because it helps burn fat. Everything should be eaten in healthy quantities. Fruits can cause uncomfortable bloating or a beautiful gassy BUM!!! hahahaha Eat frozen yogurt instead of regular Ice cream. Hope I haven't missed out any important Tips or Additional Information. It is no secret that losing weight can be quite a struggle for many. This constant battle to drop weight and stick to a diet plan serve only to keep you frustrated and lacking confidence in your ability to stick to something. This doesn’t have to be the case. If you understand the real reasons why you are unable to stay consistent, then you will likely unlock your ability to get this right once and for all. This starts with not making yourself accountable. I like to think about this on a much deeper level than just saying you are going to do something and then not doing it. If only you are accountable to yourself without considering others, you will likely not hold this pursuit as dear as you could. Instead, think about what your not sticking to the plan could mean for those that find you to be an important part of their life. Will being unhealthy have an impact on your ability to provide for your family for as long as they are going to need you? Quite possibly so. Will failing to care about your own health set the wrong example for your kids who look up to you and everything you do? Likely so. Start realizing that others are watching and all of a sudden your own ability to value what it is you are chasing might skyrocket. Next is failing to find the eating style that fits your nutritional struggles at the moment. For example, if your main issue is that you mindlessly graze all day and eat at random times and adopt an intermittent fasting approach to fix this, you are likely setting yourself up for failure. Not because intermittent fasting is incapable of producing weight loss but rather in your specific case it is directly opposite of the mannerisms that are most embedded in your approach to eating right now. Instead, you would want to do IF if your issues revolved more on frequent large portion eating. Continuing on with diet and nutrition, what you drink is just as important as what solid foods you put in your mouth when attempting to lose weight. Failing to drink enough water early in the day is something that I’ve covered before on this channel but is no less important here. Seventy five percent of us walk around in a chronically dehydrated state. The secret to combatting dehydration is to never let yourself get there in the first place. Staying ahead starts with drinking 20-30 ounce of water first thing in the morning. Weight training must be a cornerstone of any attempt to lose weight and look good. Whether you are in clothes or out of them, what you see in the mirror is going to be your most honest and immediate feedback on how much you have been sticking to your plan of losing weight. No lean muscle gains will be had from simply walking on the treadmill or calling your workout complete after 45 minutes on a stairclimber. Better start weight training if you want to be impressed and satisfied with what you see looking back at you. Healthy fats are a great thing for a healthy diet, except when it comes to losing weight, and then they must be eaten in moderation. Due to the caloric density of fats vs carbohydrates and proteins, you simply cannot go hog wild eating these if you want to be successful in your attempt to lose weight. This is a common mistake made by people who will argue the health benefits of fats. I’m not arguing with you one bit. I’m just saying, confusing healthy foods for foods that will make you skinny is a common mistake and one that you need to be aware of if losing weight is at the top of your goal list. Finally, you have to some way make this attempt look different from the last time you attempted to lose weight. The second you slip up trying to lose weight the same exact way that you tried to last time, your mind will be flooded with memories of why you were unable to stay committed and you will likely throw in the towel even faster this time. Eggs are great to incorporate into your diet plan because they’re high in protein, high in healthy fats and they can help you feel full for a very low amount of total calories. It's very likely you are currently retaining 4 pounds or more of water weight -- you need to get rid of this extra weight. To do it, you need to know what the deal with this unwanted weight is. When your body is not supplied with the amount of water it needs, it goes into "alert mode" and starts accumulating more and more water. In other words, the body goes back to working like it did thousands of years ago, when water was scarce. Back then, extra water weight helped people survive the rough conditions; today, it just makes people feel fat and with swollen bellies. To fight a bloated stomach, you need to trick your body into making it believe there's plenty of water available, and that there's no need to carry the extra water weight. The simplest way of achieving this it to drink lots of water all the time. Once you start, you'll body will realize it doesn't need the stored water any longer, and will trigger a signal to release it from the body. The elimination process will happen pretty quickly. Take your avocado and divide it between the two sheets. Smash it into the middle of the roll. Add your cucumber, carrots and greens and roll tightly like a burrito. Cut into sushi pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Dip into coconut aminos. Place potatoes over your bowl of greens and drizzle with dressing.
