Learn some of the symptoms of adrenal fatigue, the negative effects and how the adrenal glands function overall. Find out how this issue can affect sleep patterns, workout productivity, weight loss, sex drive and stress levels. Join Celebrity Trainer & Organic Foods Expert, Thomas DeLauer to Learn about how he combats adrenal fatigue with my clients at http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com When we're stressed out, our bodies have a natural response, and like you see in many of my other videos, our bodies release that hormone called cortisol. Cortisol is fine and dandy, it does what it's supposed to do; it elevates our blood pressure, and it gets us prepared for that fight or flight response, that adrenaline response, that noradrenaline response. What happens when your adrenal glands stop working effectively? If you've ever woken up in the morning and feel like you just needed a cup coffee, like you just, coffee is what's going to pull you out of that slump, well, that's what it feels like to have adrenal fatigue. So, let's dive in to what you can do. The first one is what I call an adrenal cocktail. This is one of my favorites that I will tell you as someone that has worked in a corporate setting, and also as an entrepreneur myself I know exactly what it's like to slave a lot of hours and beat yourself up all the way to the point of exhaustion. So, I've used this cocktail specifically when I was going through a period of stress. And what you're going to do is you're going to take about four ounces of orange juice. Now, with that four ounces of orange juice you're going to take a quarter teaspoon of what's called cream or tartar. Now, cream of tartar, you may have used it in cooking, you've seen it on the shelves before and nobody ever really knows what to do with it. Now, there's one more thing you're going to add to that cocktail. You're going to add the Himalayan pink salt. The reason you're going to add the Himalayan pink salt is because when you have adrenal fatigue, what happens is your body starts excreting a lot of the natural sodium that you need through your urine. So, when your adrenals are taxed, your body is less efficient at modulating the potassium, the sodium, and the magnesium that it needs to function. So, by adding Himalayan pink salt, you take some of the stress off of the adrenal gland, off of the kidneys, and give them a chance to recover a little bit. Now, the important thing is that you have this adrenal cocktail first thing in the morning. You see, your cortisol levels are already at their highest in the morning, so if you can combat them with this adrenal cocktail, you're going to get a lot more benefit first thing so your body is receptive to it than you would, say later in the day. Insulin Resistance & Potassium: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1AOt... Dr. Berg talks about restless legs syndrome (RLS) and what to do about it. There are 2 main causes, one is a vitamin B1 deficiency due to lactic acidosis, and the second cause being a potassium deficiency. Dr. Berg then talks about insulin resistance and how this alone will keep your potassium from being absorbed. So the cause may be dietary but it may be an insulin problem. The other problem is stomach acid - if you do not have the acid in your stomach, you will not be able to absorb potassium from that alone. Potassium Citrate is a good remedy.

Q&A -476 - Constipation, LDN for Multiple Sclerosis, Born RH Incompatible
02:29 – Inês - Hi Dr. Morse, thank you so much for all you do! I've been watching all your videos again after 3 years and i'm back to raw foods. I'm almost 24 years old, i've suffer from constipation all my life and had pimples since teenage years around my mouth and chin, sometimes cystic pimples. I never took the birth control pill but 4 years ago i had an induced abortion surgery and had to take some hormonal pills before. Since then i've seen myself get even more tired, seriously fatigued and depressed. I'm on therapy but i do realize now after watching your videos it's mostly my adrenals that are way down. The whole reason i'm sending this message is because i got a real scare with my health - about 2 months ago i saw that my ovaries are swollen (mostly on the left side but sometimes both sides are equal). It does not hurt, but i have felt the slightest pain sometimes when going to the toilet, rarely though. I'm always bloated. Finally did 5 colonics (once a week) this past month and saw major improvement in my belly and also hair got thicker. A lot of mucus came out on those colonics… 42:21 – Ramona - Please tell me what is your opinion about administrating LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone) for Multiple Sclerosis or other autoimune dysfunctions. I am also attaching you a file with a study made on several persons with MS treated with LDN. 47:31 – Bonnie - I have learned so much from you over the past 2 years of watching your YouTube videos and I thank you so much for sharing your teachings. I was born RH Incompatible back in 1960 before the introduction of the drug RhoGAM (Rh (D) immune globulin medication. I was my Mother's 2nd born child. I was not given a blood transfusion at birth. I can't find any information on the Internet regarding the long term health of Adult Survivors of RH Disease. (Babies born to an RH Negative Mother and an RH Positive Father, and the baby in the womb having RH Positive blood, resulting in being born RH Incompatible.) I've had a lifetime of health challenges, starting with chronic inflammation of my small intestines as a child which lasted till my mid 30's. I had a radical hysterectomy at age 35 due to pre-cancerous cells, and at age 50 I became so weak, I could barely lift my legs to walk and was diagnosed through a muscle biopsy of having Muscular Dystrophy. After applying your teachings the last 2 years, I have regained 60% of my strength back but I'm still not 100%.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Not Improving with Medicine
https://www.drlam.com/blog/what-is-chronic-fatigue-syndrome-how-are-its-symptoms-related-to-adrenal-fatigue-syndrome/22610/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a condition where there are specific clinical criteria that need to be met in order to be so diagnosed. Once diagnosed then the patient is usually put on a battery of compounds including muscle relaxants as well as items to help deal with the fatigue such as stimulants. This is Dr. Lam, founder of DrLam.com. Now when this type of situation continues and the sufferer has been struggling with chronic fatigue for some time, they either improve, they can just stay put and plateau out, or they actually get worse and not improve. Now, obviously, if the situation improves, then they are happy. If the person does not improve, then the question is why. Now in the case of chronic fatigue vs. adrenal fatigue, there are a lot of similarities, but there are also a lot of differences. I won't go into all the differences here, but it suffices to say, that they have their own set of parameters to watch out for, and if a person is being treated for chronic fatigue, but fails to improve, then you have to think of adrenal fatigue as a possible reason. There are things to look out for in adrenal fatigue that is very different, such as the history. In chronic fatigue usually the history is not as much stress induced, but it is more so in adrenal fatigue. In chronic fatigue, you have less sympathetic type of symptoms, but that is quite prominent in advanced stages of adrenal fatigue. So a detailed history would be able to tell the story; and that's usually the only way because laboratory tests are not sophisticated enough nor sensitive enough to specifically tell you about chronic fatigue, nor adrenal fatigue. Both are highly dependent upon the clinicians' clinical skills, experience, as well as their understanding of what the body is going through physiologically. So if you have been told that you have chronic fatigue, and you, despite conventional medical help, it's not improving, you have to think whether you do have indeed the symptoms of adrenal fatigue and not chronic fatigue. Low Estrogen Symptoms Checklist + Treatment Guide
This video will teach you everything you need to know about low estrogen (for both young and older women). Estrogen is a critical sex hormone found in both men and women. When we talk about estrogen we are almost always referring to estradiol (the most powerful estrogen). This hormone helps regulate important functions in the body such as your weight, how much fat you store (and where), heart disease, bone density, mood and so on. Low levels of estrogen can cause serious and significant symptoms which need to be identified and treated as soon as possible. Testing for low estrogen is easy (compared to high estrogen) and should always be accompanied by progesterone and sex hormone binding globulin. This video also discusses the causes and treatments of low estrogen! Hey guys! I'm Dr. Westin Childs and I focus on thyroid health, hormone balance, and weight loss. I write about thyroid disorders, weight loss, insulin resistance, estrogen/progesterone balance on my blog. 6-SECRETS TO HEALING COPD, IPF AND EMPHYSEMA THAT YOUR PULMONOLOGIST DOESN’T WANT YOU TO KNOW!!! 1: STEM CELL THERAPY 2: NEBULIZED PRP 3: GENETIC TESTING 4: HOMEOPATHY 5: COMPLETE BLOOD WORK 6: DIET AND LIFESTYLE WATCH THIS REVOLUTIONARY, GROUND BREAKING VIDEO NOW! PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO OUR SPECIFIC PROTOCOLS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ALL PATIENTS THAT APPLY FOR CARE. TO APPLY FOR CARE, PLEASE EMAIL DR. JOHNSON AFTER WATCHING THE VIDEOS AT mljohnson@askdrjohnson.com Watch the Lung Disease and Stem Cell Therapy video and patient success testimonials here...https://www.ohlungsuccess.com Watch the video on genetic testing here...https://www.drjgeneticsupport.com One of the best supplements to heal the lungs is Seaxym Here is the link for Seaxym...http://drjsupplements.com/seaxym.aspx WHAT MAKES THE OPTIMAL HEALTH STEM CELL AND WELLNESS INSTITUTE DIFFERENT FROM EVERY OTHER STEM CELL CLINIC? #1: REMOVAL OF UNDERLYING INFECTIONS AND CHEMICALS! THIS IS A MUST! We have specific protocols to remove underlying infections and chemicals from the body. Many chronic pain or chronic disease patients have infections or chemicals still lodged in the body that are at the root cause of their condition. Our specific protocols help to eliminate them. No other stem cell clinic has our protocols! This is why there are failures with chronic pain or disease and stem cell therapy, The infections or chemicals that CAUSED the condition in the first place are not being removed from the body! #2: COMPLETE BLOOD WORK! Complete blood work to reduce underlying infections, chemicals and inflammation! We do a Complete Metabolic Panel (blood sugar, liver, adrenal, gut, kidney and gall bladder function.) a CBC with auto diff (breaks down the red and white blood cells), a compete Lipid Panel (cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, and Cholesterol/HDL ratio) and a complete Thyroid Panel (your thyroid DRIVES your metabolism...TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Total T4, Free Thyroixine Index or FTI, T3 Uptake, TPO or ATA, TGB or ATG, TBG or Thyroxine Binding Globulin and Reverse T3) #3: PLATELET RICH PLASMA OR PRP! We use PRP with a nebulizer as a home therapy to help the stem cells heal the body and reduce inflammation! This is especially helpful with lung disease patients. We also may use it with other chronic disease patients. #4: INTRATHECAL INJECTIONS! We use intrathecal injections into the spine with chronic neurological patients like MS, Parkinson’s and stroke rehab patients. An intrathecal injection allows the stem cells to cross the blood-brain barrier. Having the stem cells cross the blood-brain barrier helps the neurological patient to heal faster! #5: ALL 3-STEM CELL PROTOCOLS! We are familiar with ALL 3-Stem Cell Therapy Protocols…amniotic, adipose, and bone marrow! To be frank, we have found through using stem cell therapy on hundreds of patients that adipose or fat derived stem cell therapy is by far the best! See our information on the types of stem cell therapy below! #6: HIGH NUMBER OF ADMINISTERED STEM CELLS! Extremely High Number of IV administered Stem Cells! 60 ml = 2 million stem cells! #7: HIGHLY TRAINED STAFF! Our staff is highly trained! We continue to go to conferences and seminars to implement the latest advances. #8: GENETIC TESTING! We do Genetic Testing! Please go to www.drjgeneticsupport.com and watch the video! #9: FOUR -POINT THERAPY PROGRAM! Include our 4-Point Therapy Program! Go to www.drj4pointtherapyprogram.com. PEMF, laser therapy and Hako-Med therapy help the stem cells grow (proliferate) and turn into other cells (differentiate) #10: COMPOUNDING PHARMACY! We use a compounding pharmacy for our specific patient needs! Whether for LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone) or a topical cream to reduce pain, specific formulas can be produced for the patient! Our compounding pharmacy is one of top compounding pharmacies in the country, Home Town Pharmacy in Sun Prairie, WI. www.hometownpharmacy.com #11: ACUPUNCTURE! Acupuncture has been shown to help stem cells grow and turn into other cells. Our on-site acupuncturist uses a specific type of acupuncture to allow stem cells to grow and differentiate. #12: CLINICAL RESEARCH TRIALS! We participate in Clinical Research Trials! Since we are not a teaching institution, this does not mean free care. We do work with indigent and reduced fee patients but there is a 3-year waiting list. THESE 12-FACTORS ARE WHY PATIENTS COME FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD TO OUR CLINIC IN APPLETON, WI! Adipose (Fat) vs. Bone Marrow Stem Cells Adipose stem cells are preferred over bone marrow stem cells because they: • Are more abundant • Live longer • Easier to harvest (take out) • Protected from the aging process, so even if you are “older” your stem cells are still “good” • Better at regenerating (creating more cells) • Better at growing new blood vessels • Better at increasing oxygen to damaged tissues

Q&A with Dr. Younger: What Research Is Being Done and Will Be Done?
On September 2, 2016, Dr. Jarred Younger, with the Neuroinflammation Pain and Fatigue Lab at UAB (The Younger Lab) answered presubmitted and live questions about his research into ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome), fibromyalgia, Gulf War illness and other complex chronic diseases. He answered the following questions: 1. What details can Dr. Younger give on the interest from pharmaceutical companies in ME/CFS and fibromyalgia? 05:35 2. What are the studies The Younger Lab started this summer? 09:32 3. What is the status of the daily blood draw for ME/CFS study? 12:22 4. Has The Younger Lab received funding for the brain temperature study for ME/CFS? 14:26 5. What is the status of the fibromyalgia alcohol intolerance study?15:16 6. Could there be a connection between the hypometabolic state the Naviaux study found in ME/CFS patients and Dr. Younger's theory of an overly responsive brain immune system causing the disease? 17:49 7. Why did Dr. Younger decide to study botanicals as a possible treatment, and is he going to do any studies with pharmaceuticals? 21:25 8. Can Dr. Younger advise me on what treatment I need for my disease? 24:32 9. What is the status of The Younger Lab's study on ME/CFS and LDN (low-dose Natrexone) and will it include objective measures in that study? 25:11 10. What is The Younger Lab pursuing in it's research: triggers, causes, symptom treatment--how deep is it going to find out the disease process? 28:15 11. How soon will The Younger Lab do a study of botanicals as a treatment for ME/CFS? 30:25 12. How long before The Younger Lab finishes the Gulf War illness botanicals clinical trials study? 32:10 13. Will The Younger Lab be including Korean ginseng in it's botanicals research? 32:20 14. What is the status of the dextromethorphan study and how will it be done and on what disease? 34:00 15. Will The Younger Lab be studying deplin (L-methylfolate)? 35:35 16. Will The Younger Lab be studying the effectiveness of different LDN dosage amounts or considering that variable in it's studies? 37:00 17. What is the status of the immune system tracking study (looking at the immune system and the blood brain barrier)? 40:15 18. Why haven't there been more large-scale studies of LDN in fibromyalgia and other illnesses? 41:45 19. Will The Younger Lab be studying FV100, which has been useful in treating pain in shingles? 44:35 20. Will The Younger Lab be studying Xyrem on fibromyalgia or ME/CFS? 46:40 21. What was the response rate of people with fibromyalgia on LDN and how long does it take to feel the effect, according to The Younger Lab's study? 48:45 22. Will The Younger Lab be studying B12 and cobalamin? 50:40 23. Will The Younger Lab's research include the autonomic or vagal nervous system? 51:40 24. Do any of The Younger Lab's studies include an exercise challenge to see the effect? 54:05 25. Will Dr. Younger be working with Kevin Fontain, at UAB, who has published studies with Dr. Peter Rowe? 54:05 26. What criteria does The Younger Lab use in its ME/CFS studies and what tools does it use to measure symptoms? 56:20 27. Does The Younger Lab exclude depression when it studies ME/CFS? 59:10 28. Does The Younger Lab accept donations for it's research? 1:00:25 29. Does The Younger Lab have a cut off age for study participants? 1:01:40 30. Can people who live in another state participate in The Younger Lab's studies? 1:03:05 31. What should a person do if they tried LDN and it made them worse, does that mean they aren't a match for LDN treatment or should they try it again? 1:08:05 Here is a link to our website: https://cas.uab.edu/younger

Understanding & Treating Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Part 1 of 3
Part 1: What's In A Name? ME vs CFS? Defining ME/CFS & Diagnostic Criteria It is estimated that over 1 million people in the United States are living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ME/CFS). CFS is a debilitating disease characterized by extreme fatigue and a host of other symptoms such as sleep disorders, muscle pain, headaches, swollen lymph nodes and sore throat, to name a few. These symptoms can worsen after physical or mental activity and do not improve with rest. There is no known cause for CFS and despite advances in research a cure remains elusive with treatment primarily focused on providing relief. People living with CFS, the majority of whom are women, face challenges in every aspect of life. Productivity suffers both at home and at work, relationships with family members and friends often deteriorate and the ability to actively engage in many of life's activities is compromised. Many people with CFS are looked upon as lazy or delusional by their peers, and tragically even health care providers have doubted CFS to be a legitimate illness. This stigma along with losing one's sense of accomplishment can cause depression and further one's sense of despair. The effects of CFS can devastate a person's quality of life for many, many years. Dr. Gary Kaplan, a member of the Department of Health & Human Services' Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Advisory Committee (CFSAC), will share his view on the challenges of diagnosing CFS and what needs to be done differently to advance its treatment. Dr. Kaplan will also comment on the recent findings of the National Institutes of Health's (NIH) Pathways to Prevention conference "Advancing the Research on ME/CFS," which was held on Dec 10, 2014.
