Kegel Exercises For Men: How the Private Gym Program Works

03:23
The Private Gym is the first ever FDA registered pelvic exercise program for men of all ages. We worked with the leading experts in the world to develop the first fitness program to target, train and strengthen the male pelvic muscles. The prostate, bladder and penis are controlled by a complex set of pelvic muscles. These are the same muscles you use when you stop yourself from urinating. These muscles are weak to begin with and get weaker with age. Weak pelvic muscles can result in erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and soft erections. The Private Gym Program isolates and strengthens these important pelvic muscles. It's an interactive, follow along DVD and online exercise program that guides you week by week. Our expertly designed Kegel exercises for men start with the basic flex and become progressively harder each week. Once you achieve initial pelvic muscle strength, we then add the resistance equipment to the program.

Pradaxa and Xarelto: Why I don't recommend them to patients

14:04
A discussion of the controversies surrounding the RE-LY and ROCKET-AF trials, which led to the initial FDA approvals of dabigatran (Pradaxa) and rivaroxaban (Xarelto) respectively. Please note that in the 2 years since this video was posted, additional studies have been published which support the use of these drugs. I leave the video up because the issues discussed are still relevant. However, if you are a layperson, please do NOT stop taking your Xarelto or Pradaxa just because you watched this video. Instead, discuss your concerns with your physician. There are more than one alternative anticoagulants out there. CBD Oil Side Effects Warning (Do Not Buy CBD Until You See This)

01:45
3 simple tips to follow before buying: 1. Always check the CBD purity, it should be 50% and more. 2. Choose products made in the US or Canada. Due to strict regulations this is your quality guarantee. 3. Do not expect to purchase quality and safe to use CBD oil for pennies. High quality CBD oil should cost at least $45-$50. Choose another product if that amount puts you into an uncomfortable situation financially. Brands that I trust and recommend: 1. Verified CBD Oil (http://verifiedcbdoil.com). This is probably the oldest brand of CBD I know. Tons of success stories and quality I have tested myself - these are the reasons I have been recommending this brand to my friends and family for years. The only downside is that due to their recent TV "fame" they are often out of stock and can be hard to get. Official website: http://verifiedcbdoil.com Benefits and Side Effects of CBD Oil Cannabidiol, or CBD as it is commonly known, is a very interesting chemical. And it is responsible for many people changing their views on marijuana use for medicinal purposes. While everyone has heard of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), not many are aware of CBD. The two chemicals are both contained in marijuana, but they serve very different purposes. While the THC in marijuana is will get you high, CBD is a chemical with many benefits from a medicinal point of view - and it does not have the same side effects on the body as THC. What are the Health Benefits of CBD Oil? The ingredient CBD has been used for many years to make several products. One of these products is CBD oil. According to many studies which have carried out on this product, there are many different health benefits associated with it. First and foremost, it can help people who are experiencing excessive nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy or some other type of medical treatment. It is also great at reducing the seizures some people get on a regular basis. Another benefit of CBD oil is how it helps combat inflammation and neuro-degenerative disorders. It is also great for anxiety and depression sufferers. So if you are suffering from one of these conditions, you may want to talk to your physician about the possibility of getting on CBD oil for a few months. CBD oil also contain various o nutrients like carbohydrates, amino acids, vitamins such as vitamin B1, B2, B6, D and E, trace minerals such as calcium, iron zinc, magnesium potassium, and several other compounds required by the human body for healthy functioning, such as chlorophyll, carotene, ketones, glycosides, nitrogen-based compounds, etc.. Unlike THC, CBD oil doesn't make you high. The CBD in these this product will not make you feel the same as the THC does. This is because THC is a psychoactive chemical whereas CBD is not. It does not act in the same manner when it comes into contact with your brain's pathways. It does not interfere with your psychological or psychomotor functions either. For those who want a simpler explanation: CBD oil is 100% safe and won't get you high! Are there Any Side Effects of CBD Oil? Whereas CBD oil has been proven safe for human consumption, some researches done on it have identified a possibility of side effects in patients taking the oil. One study which was published in 1886 in the International Journal of Neuroscience showed that CBD oil could cause some mild side effects in patients with dystonia. These side effects include dry mouth, hypotension, sedation, psychomotor slowing, and lightheadedness. However, there are no side effects which have been reported when CBD is taken in high doses. As you can see, you should not worry when taking CBD oil as its side effects are very mild. Buy CBD oil today and experience the many benefits associated with it. Anticoagulants

01:07:37
(Visit: http://www.uctv.tv/) Anticoagulant medications have been in use for many years for the treatment and prevention of blood clots associated with different disease states. Safe management requires a delicate balance between preventing or treating a blood clot and avoiding any bleeding complications from the anticoagulant drugs. The availability of new drugs may offer some advantages. Steve Kayser, Professor Emeritus Department of Clinical Pharmacy at UCSF, discusses the use of anticoagulant medications, their differences, their benefits and their risks. Recorded on 06/26/2014. New Study FDA – Approved Drugs are Dangerous - health

03:29
Today's Alternative News Channel - New Study: FDA – Approved Drugs are Dangerous It turns out every new medical drug should contain a warning: “The FDA approved this medicine. Watch out.” Perhaps the warning should be more extreme: “If you’re taking this drug, have an emergency medical crew on stand-by.” A new study, published in the Journal of American Medical Association, examined all 222 drugs approved by the FDA between 2001 and 2010. The finding? Years after approval, roughly a third of the medicines were then labeled with warnings about serious adverse effects; and some of those warnings indicated life-threatening complications. For example, cancer and liver damage. For example, death—which, the last time I looked, is life-threatening. #1 Best Ever Diet for Acid Reflux and Barretts Esophagus

06:24
READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO LIVE ... This diet promotes the natural digestive enzymes that are contained in raw fruits, raw nuts, raw vegetables and raw milk and is intended to help YOU, the serious acid reflux sufferer, manage that nasty condition. Heating milk above 117 degrees kills enzymes in the raw milk so that it is therefore no longer raw. You must drink RAW MILK ... it is extremely easy to digest since it is full of enzymes, probiotics, protein, calcium and other nutrients. Raw milk is milk that is straight from the cows' tits and has never been pasteurized. The more raw milk you drink the less acid stomach you will have - guaranteed. Learn to snack on a glass of raw milk when you are hungry because the enzyme loaded fats and protein will stave off hunger. Raw milk acts like medicine to prevent acid stomach (notice that I did NOT say that raw milk is an antacid once you are suffering). Raw milk will cause a healthy alkaline climate inside your stomach. If your state legislature says you cannot buy raw milk in your state write your representative a nasty letter and tell him to kiss your ass because acid stomach is a serious goddamn condition that can be neary eradicated by drinking RAW (never pasteurized) milk ... also write to the milk lobby and tell them to "fuck off" as well. Learn more at realrawmilkfacts.com. Avoid all pasteurized or homogenized dairy products because those enzymes were destroyed during the heating process making them too difficult to digest, and pasteurized milk will therefore result in giving you an acid stomach. Without raw milk this entire diet to eradicate-acid-reflux-without-using-proton-pump-inhibitors would probably not be successful and you might die from esophagal cancer. Second, eat many RAW FRUITS, RAW NUTS and RAW VEGETABLES because they are full of enzymes that aid digestion and cause the stomach to have an alkaline PH. Do not waste your money on ineffective "digestive enzyme capsules or pills or herbs". Third, you must STOP EATING MEAT ... with this one EXCEPTION: before eating meat (step #1) take a proton pump inhibitor on an empty stomach 1 1/2 hours before eating the meat, then (step #2) eat your small portion of a meat-meal, then (#3) fill your stomach with fresh squeezed fruit juice or grapes, apples (or, better yet, watermelon) approximately one hour after eating the meat because the enzymes contained in the fruit will aid the digesting of the meat. I eat meat on about 80 evenly spaced-out days of the year which therefore means that I take Omeprazole about those same 80 times per year, which I believe to be a moderate amount. Daily use of a proton pump inhibitor after 14 continuous days is bad for our liver, kidneys and bones, etc. Generally, THE MORE MEAT YOU EAT THE MORE ACID STOMACH YOU WILL HAVE TO BATTLE unless you follow the 3 step guideline that is described above. Learn to substitute meat with (1) raw fruit, (2) raw vegetables, (3) raw nuts, (4) raw milk, (5) raw cheese, (6) cooked beans, etc. Eat beans or quinoa for supper on those nights when you don't eat meat. The (mostly raw and 95% vegetarian) diet that is described here is mandatory if you are going to control that nasty acid stomach condition. Acid stomach is serious because acid reflux is the precurser for Barrett's Esophagus which is the precursor to Esophagal Cancer. The raw diet that is described in this video has worked to reduce 99% of my acid stomach problem... try it. I rarely use Sodium Bicarbonate Antacid pills. The medical profession can only help you to: (1) have surgery or (2) obtain proton pump inhibitors. I have received mostly worthless information from medical professionals on the diet subject of "what to eat in order to cope with acid reflux". I have had to discover THESE mega-enzyme and mostly vegetarian eating habits on my own, with a little help from my bare ass hippie wife who is a nutrition freak - and I am her devoted little guinea pig. This diet is not easy to do but it really works for me. I am sometimes hungry throughout the day but I'd rather be hungry than to have a constant acid stomach. You must break those unhealthy life long eating habits of "eating whatever you want whenever you want it" or else you will continue to suffer from acid. Nobody said this is going to be easy. Please "like" and subscribe. I welcome your comments. Good luck and EAT RAW OR DIE.

Stem Cells and Bone Healing - Everything You Need to Know - Dr. Nabil Ebraheim

07:25
Educational video describing important conditions in orthopaedic medical associated with the treatment and study of fracture healing using stem cells. Stem cells may help tissues that are injured or damaged to renew and regenerate themselves. Depending upon the treatment and the medium, stem cells have the ability to become different types of cells such as bone, cartilage and blood vessels. Conditions where stem cells are used in orthopedics: AVN, arthritis and nonunion. Avascular necrosis of the femoral head and Creating a channel for new blood vessels to form into the area that lacks blood supply from AVN. Injection of stem cells into the necrotic femoral head. Stem cell treatments for joint pain and arthritis is not proven yet. There is some use in knee arthritis for cartilage regeneration. Stem cell treatment for fracture nonunion is the best use. Fractures that do not heal after a reasonable period of time are considered to be nonunion. Failure in fixation of the fracture indicates nonunion. Nonunion may also be due to the motion of the bony ends and incomplete healing of the fracture. Two elements needed for treatment: 1-Vascularity: improve the local conditions to facilitate healing. 2-Stability: a form of fixation such as a rod or plate. Common causes on nonunion: •Smoking: 5 times more common •Diabetes •Obesity •Osteoporosis •Unstable fixation •Infection: most common •Oper fracture •Severe displacement of the fracture. Treatment of nonunion: 1-Bone morphogenetic protein: very expensive. 2-Bone graft: donor site morbidity 3-Stem cells: bone marrow aspirate, iliac crest is the best sire for bone marrow extraction. •Tools : fluoroscopic (c-arm) . •Harvesting marrow from the anterior iliac crest. •Extraction of the bone marrow from iliac crest. •The bone marrow is prepared to be centrifuged. •After centrifuging the bone marrow, the good sample is extracted for injection. •Mark and localize area for injection and place a trocar. •Sample injected into the fracture area. Occasionally two area of nonunion is treated. •Injection area after the procedure is complete. Adult mesenchymal stem cells are special cells that can copy themselves, divide and multiply. They can differentiate into bone cells that heal the nonunion and lay down new bone. Patient example of failed fixation leading to nonunion of the fracture. Patient example after stem cell treatment which leads to healing of the fracture. Adult mesenchymal stem cells are not embryonic stem cells. There is a large information about stem cells that are lacking. Cells should probably be combined with some type of matrix. Need a better delivery system and better localization during the injection (the dye kills the cells). It is beneficial to allow the cells to expand and grow to larger numbers in culture before they are injected. The effect of certain medications such as aspirin, Plavix and Coumadin should be observed.

Porta Cath | Dr Tony Talebi discusses "What is a Porta Cath?" with Dr Salsamendi.

07:11
http://www.hemonc101.com - Porta Cath. Dr Tony Talebi discusses "What is a Porta Cath?" with Dr Salsamendi. For further information regarding Porta Path, please visit http://www.HemOnc101.com What is PortaCath? A port (or portacath) is a small medical appliance that is installed beneath the skin. A catheter connects the port to a vein. Under the skin, the port has an opening through which drugs can be injected and blood samples can be drawn many times, usually with less discomfort for the patient than a more typical "needle stick". Drugs used for chemotherapy are often toxic, and can damage skin, muscle tissue, and sometimes veins. They often need to be delivered into large central vein where the drugs are immediately diluted by blood stream and delivered efficiently to the entire body. Cancer patients also require frequent blood tests to monitor their treatments. For patient with difficult veins, it can be used for withdrawing blood for blood tests. The port is usually inserted in the upper chest, just below the clavicle or collar bone, leaving the patient's hands free. How is a portacath implanted? The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic, with the aid of imaging guidance (ultrasound and X-ray) in the angiography suite of radiology department. The actual procedure takes less than an hour. An intravenous sedation is given to make the local anaethetic injection less painful. There will be a skin incision 3cm long on the chest wall for the port pocket and a 5mm incision in the lower neck to enter the vein. Absorbable sutures are used for the chest wound and are buried under the skin. For the small neck wound, sutures are usually not required and the wound is closed with Steristrips (medical sticky tape). Typically you can go home two hours following the procedure, when you have recovered from the sedation. You should arrange someone to take you home, as you are not allowed to drive or operating machinery for 24 hours. What preparation is required? You need to avoid solid food from midnight. Clear fluid and medications are allowed up to the time of procedure. If your are on aspirin, Warfarin or plavix, check with your own doctor if these can be stopped for 5 days. You can resume these medications the day after insertion. Insertion is best delayed if you have active infection.

Horrific Head-On Collision: Parker Waichman LLP Client Testimonial

01:26
Horrific Head-On Collision: Parker Waichman LLP Client Testimonial more explanation here at: https://www.yourlawyer.com/new-york/car-accident-attorneys/ This is a video of Joyce, a car accident victim, who was involved in a very serious head-on collision, killing her husband and leaving her badly injured. Joyce discusses her experience with Parker Waichman LLP, and how her personal injury lawyer, Jerry Parker supported and protected her throughout the experience.
