This video is about whats your skin type
hello all :)
i hope you enjoy this short video on skin types!! comment yours down below if your reading this :)
Hey everyone, I just wanted to sit down and make a quick video with you with you on different skin types and how you can tell what your skin type is, plus the skin type of other people. Thus, you will then be more likely to become your own esthetician and will be better off picking out your skin care products as well as understanding the future videos I plan on making. So if you would like to learn a little bit about skin types with me, then please keep watching.
So skin types, there's different amounts. It really depends on where you're researching, is where you're going to find the different categories of skin type. It seems like some people go off and do further research and develop their own scale, than what everybody learns, So I’m just going to go over some basic skincare right now just the ones that the majority of everybody is already familiar with. Understanding your skin type is going to be so beneficial at picking out skin care. when people say that skin care is specific to each individual, they are going off of skin types, and even that is iffy. What works for one person with the skin type, could not work the same as somebody else with the same skin type. Just understanding this knowledge doesn't mean that you're going to fool proof, perfect products for your skin, But it will definitely lead you in the right direction.
Ok so a normal skin type, would be what I would consider your goal skin type. it's not too dry, it's not to oily, doesn't really show any fine lines and wrinkles, doesn’t have any visible pores and it's not really sensitive to anything, so that's like goal skin type, right? Combination skin, will be dry in some areas and oily in others. So if you find that you have an oily T-Zone, but then your cheeks are dry, well you probably have combination skin. Oil, the dryness. Combination. Dry skin and mature skin and sensitive skin, they're all kind of in the same category because they all use similar products, there like special in her own little way, for self explanatory reasons, but they require like the same type of products.
Dry skin you're going to have almost visible pores, not quite as much as a person with oily skin, a dull, rough complexion, as well as some visible lines that will look like dehydration, and then mature skin pretty much resembles that, plus it'll have a deeper wrinkles, the ones that creams unfortunately cannot really help. Your next skin type would be oily skin type, which would basically be, oily skin. Here is when you will notice your people with an all over shiny complexion, usually they have larger pores, and this is also the type where you would find black heads and stuff. This is the one that doesn’t really make sense, and why other people would go off and create other skin types, because based on this explanation, I have an oily skin type, except I have very dry skin. So that’s where it doesn’t quite fit and that is where you kind of have to take these base skin types, and form it around your skin. I hope this makes sense to you.
These simple terms will go a long way in learning more about skin care. So thank you for watching I look forward to seeing you in my other videos and I am super excited to come up with more skin care videos for you cuz that's just what I've been looking forward to thank you for watching and I will see you in my next video.

This channel is here for me to hopefully share all the education I've learned with skin and health care. I also love beauty! I have watched beauty videos on Youtube for over 5 years. I went to school for esthetics to learn how to be a makeup artist and fell in the love with the other side of it, the side I never thought I could love and then learned it was my passion all along. From then I worked as a skin care specialist first hand with a dermatologist.
I now stay at home with my son on a farm. It gets lonely from time to time and with my love of talking I figured I could combine the two, put myself up on camera, and with any luck someone will take the time to share my knowledge with me. I hope you all want to get to know me as much as I want to know all of you :)
