These two products can produce an inflammatory response even if you are not gluten or wheat intolerant. A leaky gut (which is an actual medical term now) has been linked to joint pain. A leaky gut lets toxins into the bloodstream which can then lead to inflammation around the joints. Because arthritis causes inflammation in joints, it can be extremely painful, resulting in swollen and stiff joints. This can impact the quality of a person’s life. According to the arthritis foundation, gluten can cause flare ups of arthritis symptoms. 2. Dairy. Almost all dairy products contain a type of slow digesting protein called casein. Casein protein can have the potential to irritate the tissues around the joints. This will then evolve from a joint irritation into a full-blown inflammation. 3. Corn oil. Corn oil should be avoided since any food with abnormally high doses of omega-6 fatty acids can have the potential to cause inflammation. An excess of any oil, such as canola, grapeseed or sunflower, can lead to inflammation. It is easy to overindulge in these omega-6 fatty acids since so many foods contain this compound. 4. Fried and processed foods. It should be pretty straightforward as to why the reduction in fried and processed foods can eliminate or reduce inflammation and subsequent joint pain. 5. Foods that have been fried, grilled, heated or pasteurized. A toxic byproduct, known as advanced glycation end product (or AGE), is found in many fried, grilled, heated or pasteurized foods. It can actually cause inflammation. When these AGE foods are consumed, it elicits an autoimmune response since some proteins in the body are ‘attacked.’ This then causes the onset of arthritic symptoms due to increased inflammation. 6. Select vegetables. Vegetables such as eggplants, peppers, potatoes, and tomatoes can actually worsen arthritis pain. This is because a compound called solanine which is found in these vegetables can create ‘adverse physiological reactions’ in people with arthritis. 7. Sugar. Things like fructose, glucose, and sucrose can stimulate molecules in the body which will then stimulate inflammation. You should also avoid drinking carbonated drinks, which are loaded with sugar and are extremely high in calories. This can lead to weight gain and inflammation. If you are trying to cut sugar out of your diet, you can opt for sugar free alternatives, add more fruits and veggies to your diet, and avoid over indulging on sweets. 8. Refined carbohydrates. White flour products such as white bread, white potatoes, and most cereals can cause inflammation since they are high on the glycemic index. Furthermore, refined carbs may increase the risk of obesity. Obesity is one of the primary risk factors of arthritis. 9. Alcohol and tobacco. Alcohol and tobacco have been linked to a specific type of arthritis called rheumatoid arthritis. Tobacco and alcohol use can lead to a large variety of different health problems, including inflammation. Smokers are at a higher risk for developing rheumatoid arthritis, while alcohol can increase a person's risk of developing gout. So try to cut back on drinking and smoking, and make healthier choices which includes getting adequate rest and exercise. 10. Smoking. Smoking is a big factor in the symptoms associated with rheumatoid arthritis. People who have smoked for more than 20 years are at a much higher risk of developing severe rheumatoid arthritis. Smoking can also decrease the effectiveness of certain drugs which are used to treat rheumatoid arthritis. Scientists suspect that smoking can also affect the immune system's functionality. Luckily, smoking is an environmental risk factor, and is also completely preventable. If you smoke and have arthritis, you should consider quitting. It’s your habits of including a healthy diet high in antioxidants, low in inflammatory foods, like high fatty processed meats or high sugar foods that over time are going to help lower the inflammation in your body,” said Bloemers. Both gluten and wheat cause an inflammatory response in many people, especially in those who are intolerant or suffering from a leaky gut. A leaky gut allows toxins and waste to enter your bloodstream through your intestines, causing the body to initiate an immune response. This immune response is what leads to inflammation. 2. Dairy. The majority of dairy products contain casein, a type of protein that is known to cause inflammation. Studies have shown that casein protein can irritate the tissue that surrounds the joints, resulting in pain and inflammation. 3. Corn Oil. Corn oil contains omega-6 fatty acids. Any food that contains high doses of omega-6 fatty acids can upset the balance of omega-6 and omega-3, causing inflammation. I can't figure out what the heck I'm doing wrong... What's up guys my names Max and in today's video I want to go over the 9 foods you should never eat again if you want a six pack and if you want to lose weight. Since you've probably already realized that ice cream is one of them let's start with ice cream first. First of all ice cream is super high in sugar which can lead to weight gain, increased levels of blood triglycerides and diabetes. When you have a high spike in blood sugar which ice cream will definitely cause you to have your body reacts by releasing a lot of insulin. When insulin levels are high in your body it's literally impossible for you to burn fat and it's very easy for you to gain weight. Couple this with the fact that most ice creams will have at least 300 calories in just one cup and you'll easily see how ice cream is one of the worst foods to eat when trying to burn fat. Another food thats terrible for you if you want to see your abs and its also just as bad for your health...and that food is popcorn. Almost all microwave popcorn varieties come in a bag that is lined with perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA). This chemical is the same toxic stuff found in teflon pots and pans. And This chemical when heated has been linked to infertility, cancer and other diseases in lab animals. There are also gmos, artificial flavors, msg, and I don't know if you guys know this but regular corn farming requires a lot of pesticides. On top of all of that trans fats are still used by most popcorn brands even though trans fats have pretty much disappeared everywhere else since they're so strongly linked to heart attacks. And finally last but not least certain studies are starting to show that it might be a bad idea to Nuke any of your food not just microwavable popcorn. So yeah popcorn maybe the single worst food you can have for fat loss and for your health. Moving on.. we have Oreos and in general any type of cookies that you buy in a package like Chips Ahoy, keebler fudge cookies I think they're called. Now why are these so bad? Well all of the same things that applied to ice cream apply here as well. You will get an insulin Spike and it'll be impossible to burn fat until your insulin levels go back down. But something that makes this such a dangerous food to eat if you're trying to burn fat is the enormous calorie content. In just 6 Oreos we're looking at 270 calories and I bet that almost nobody eats just 6 Oreos. Oreos are addicting as soon as you eat one you know you're going to eat 20. If you eat a row which is typically how much people eat you're looking at 675 calories. Good luck burning that off. Oreos are super high in sugar fat and calories. That is definitely something you want to avoid while cutting body fat. Next we have soft drinks. Let me show you guys something this right here is peach flavored Snapple. And in one cup there are 200 calories and close to 48 grams of sugar or 12 teaspoons. You only really should be allowed a maximum of 6 to 9 teaspoons of sugar a day. You already went over with just one of these drinks. Now it's not only Snapple and I know that you guys already know that Pepsi coca cola Mountain Dew Hawaiian Punch brisk sprite and all that other canned soda.... I already know that you know that that's bad for you.... especially when you're trying to burn fat. But you might have not known that the orange juice and apple juice and in fact most juices that you see at the store are absolutely horrible for you. Apple juice has 24 grams of sugar in a cup. Granted that's half the amount that you're going to get from a cup of Snapple but thats still going to cause a major halt for your fat loss. Up next we have chips. Luckily lately there have been some Brands releasing chips that are actually not that bad for you. Unfortunately most of them still are pretty bad for you. Almost all chips are super high in salt, sugar, and fat. Also because they're cooked at such high temperatures it could cause the formation of carcinogens. Don't be fooled by the kettle cooked chips and the "natural"chips because .....it's the same shit.

Arthritis can even cause chronic pain and changes in the joints. Fortunately, there are foods we can add to our diet that can help to reduce inflammation, pain and prevent arthritis symptoms. Lets discuss some foods that can help to fight against arthritis and reduce symptoms associated with this condition. 1. Ginger, a very healthy and popular spice, has beneficial phytonutrients that have powerful health benefits. Due to the anti-inflammatory effects ginger can provide, it can be quite helpful as an arthritis treatment. Ginger specifically contains chemicals that provide excellent anti-inflammatory benefits, making it helpful for those suffering from arthritis pain. Another great spice for arthritis is turmeric, again due to its anti-inflammatory effects and powerful phytonutrients. 2. Cherries can also be helpful in treating arthritis and its symptoms. This is because cherries are a great source of anthocyanins. These are powerful antioxidants that work to help reduce inflammation by inhibiting the production of inflammatory chemicals. Especially helpful for those individuals with arthritis, they promote the health of connective tissue and help to eliminate free radicals through out the entire body that irritate body tissue and cause inflammation. If not a fan of cherries, you can also get these compounds from blueberries and blackberries. 3. Grapefruit and oranges can also be great to fight against arthritis and treat the symptoms associated with it. This is because they are great sources of vitamin C. Vitamin C plays a vital role in the health of collagen, a major component of our cartilage. Healthy collagen levels can help to improve the health and quality of our joints and tissues. This is because this popular tea contain a natural antioxidant known as EGCG in its abbreviated form. There are studies that suggest that EGCG works to reduce and stop the production of unwanted inflammatory chemicals in the body, even those that are involved in arthritis. As well, there is some research that suggests EGCG and other catechins in green tea can even prevent cartilage from breaking down and help to preserve our joints. 5. Olive oil can also help in the prevention and treatment of arthritis. As we have mentioned in other videos, olive oil is packed with healthy monounsaturated fats. In addition to these healthy fats, it also contains a natural compound known as oleocanthal, which may work to help prevent arthritis related inflammation in the body. When choosing olive oil, try to choose extra virgin olive oil, as this type has the highest amount of antioxidants which can also help to reduce inflammation and the more oleocanthal there is likely to be. 6. Lastly, foods such as salmon can also be beneficial for arthritis. This is because salmon contains high amounts of healthy omega-3 fats. Omega-3s work to decrease inflammation in the body by working to suppress the production of enzymes that erode and damage cartilage. There are studies that also show that omega-3 fish oil can reduce symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, specifically reducing symptoms of joint stiffness and swelling, pain and fatigue. If you don’t eat salmon or do not enjoy its taste, you could also consume flaxseeds, chia seeds or walnuts for their omega-3 fats. Gluten researchers have long known that people with autoimmune forms of arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis, are at higher risk for celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder triggered by gluten. More recently, medical experts have begun to acknowledge the connection between gluten and joint pain Many sufferes agree that following a gluten-free diet can probably keeping joint pain and other symptoms of inflammation in check. AGEs damage certain proteins in your body, and your body tries to break these AGEs apart by using cytokines, which are inflammatory messengers. Researchers have shown that reducing the amount of foods cooked at high temperatures in your diet could potentially help reduce blood AGE levels. 5.
